I'm a praud owner of a 2012 megapro bike in Jakarta, Indonesia. For 5 years I never missed maintanance. Now it doesn't matter anymore, cause I've been waiting for parts i've ordered for 5 months now, your honda HEPS even said one of the parts I ordered was no longger manufactured by your AHM.
What am I suppose to do? Just watch my baby slowly turns to scraps??!

I am a return Honda customer. My family members own Hondas. I currently own an extremely reliable 2005 Honda Pilot Limited EX-L. I wanted to purchase another Honda Pilot. I test drove the Honda Pilot AWD Elite. I discovered that the 9 speed transmission has serious problems! No one at the dealership informed me of this issue. I trusted Honda and Gillman Honda San Antonio. I researched the transmission on my own and decided I will not buy another new Honda. TOO BAD!!!

I Just Bought New Crv 2017 They Claimed 14 Gallons Of Tank But Every Time I Go To Fill It Up
After 40 Mile Range Gas Left Still Takes Only 11 Gallons Of Gas Which Is Really Misguiding Consumer , This Is Not Fair. If I Get Total 14 Gallons I Would Be Happy
But Due To This I Will Not Recommend To But Crv ! Unless Honda Is Doing Something About It ,

My daughter's car has just past her 10 year warranty by 5 months when her car engine block cracked. However, Honda honored the warranty of the cracked engine block and we only had to foot about 5% of the total bill.

I Am Mad As Hell About My Brand New 2017 Honda Crv. For Over 20 Years I Have Been A Faithful Honda Owner. I Have Talked My Whole Family In To Consistently Buy Nothing But Hondas. On 12/23/2016 Someone Turned Into My Wife's 2001 Honda Crv, Which Totaled It, So I Took Her Down To Our Local Honda Dealer 12/24/2016 First Thing The Next Morning To Buy A 2017 Crv. Adam The Sales Man Is The Greatest And Helped Us With A Unit That Made My Wife Happy. Later We Found The Radio Defective So Lisa In The Shop Who Is Also Fantastic, Got Right On It. The Manufacturer Had Them Try Everything But The Sound Only Comes Out Of One Side, Am Tuner Sounds Like It Is Under Water, Bluetooth Will Not Pair, The Radio Cannot See The Usb Sockets, Etc.

This Is Not The Dealer's Fault Because They Are All Doing The Right Thing. The Problem Is The Person Who Shipped My Replacement Radio To The Dealership By Ground 1/4/2017. (fedex#: 9611019742829938496162). We Had To Postpone Our Out Of Town Trip Due To This. We Have To Leave Town Early This Sunday Morning. My Bank Just Gave You Guys $36,000, So Why Would This Radio Be Sent By Ground During The Bad Weather Season?

Your Are A Powerful Company So Please Overnight Another Radio By Tomorrow So The Dealer Can Have It Installed By This Saturday, So I Do Not Have To Go Back To The Dealer With Smoke Coming Out Of My Ears Demanding My Money Back!!!! Remember The People At Victory Honda Of San Bruno, Ca Are All Wonderful, It Is Your Shipper, So Please Fix It!!!!!

I bought my first Honda, a 2016 CRV Limited. The car is super with a great ride and handling, very good seat comfort, and a very peppy engine. Quality is top notch. But.. the car is missing what I consider standard features for a $32K top of the line car such as no glove box light, no heated steering wheel, no floor lights, no standard remote start, and no visible or audible alarm when another car is in my blind spot. The tiny radio control buttons are unusable when wearing winter gloves so radio volume and station change knobs would be a great help. Don't get me wrong, I love the car, I just expected more based on the Honda product reputation.

I have my third leased CRV and I just love the car. Have not had any problems with them. My comment is that the 2 arm rests for the driver, one on the door and the other at the console, are very uncomfortable in that the material on both are very rough, scratchy. After a long trip, my elbows actually hurt. I now bring two hand towels to cover them whenever I leave the house, not just on long trips. How much trouble could it be to change that material to something soft that doesn't irritate the skin? It is not a petty complaint, I will not lease another one if the condition does not get rectified.

Hey Honda, 2012 CRV EXL with only 7,920 miles on it. Was told yesterday by dealer that because I do not drive very much my real brake pads need to be replaced because the pins have frozen and the rear brakes are continuously being used even though I am not applying the brakes.

Really? 7,920 miles and rear brake pin frozen and pads need replacing???

I absolutely LOVE my Honda Element 2004. I took the back seats out and use it as a farm and dog truck. I can carry 5 bales of hay, or 200 pounds of dogs, garden tools, large boxes, etc. I just saw the commercial for the replacement vehicle for the Element. Booooo! Try to fit hay in that thing, or room for large dogs. You should have kept making the Element. When I wear mine out I'll be trying for another one.

My Civic 2003 both seat belt pretensions were deployed after trouble shooting by my mechanic, he said I should bring the car to dealers fix them for free because they are lifetime guarantee by Honda. The pause code is 10-1 showing from SRS blinking 10 time slow and 1 fast, mechanic told me go there and tell them exactly what happened, and recently safety transportation had recall and announced the seat belt issues from Honda. I took the car there, and dealer refused to fix and asked for 120 dollar for checking. I believed Honda is a jerk to do a business in America and refuse about safety issues even GOV could do any better for our safety either.

I am a Honda city Owner. I raised a complaint stating that 5th gear slips to neutral at 35000 Km when the car was well covered under warrenty on 3-Dec-2010. The complaint was not attented. Moreover, gear-box oil was never changed till now, which is scheduled to be changed at 60,000km Paid Service. My car is now at 98000 km and I could not drive the car at 5th gear, as it immediately slips to neutral. Now, Honda dealer has replaced the gears and Honda Manufacturer says wearing of gears is usual with Honda and that the Wear&Tear does not come under warrenty.

I haved owned other cars before buying Honda City - Ford, Scoda, Chev. and a local Tata Indica. I have a car license and love to drive cars and keep them single handed. I have never heard of such thing. I love Honda and I have taken care of her as my baby. Such thing has never happened with other cars and I have never heard of gear Wear&Tear and replacement of gears box.

I am shocked to find that gears can wear at 35,000 km with Honda City.

Positive comment: I would like to thank the Honda corp. for an excellant vehicle. I purchased my Odyssey EX Nav in 03/2000 and still love it,to date I have traveled 341,000 miles with this car and still love it. I have recommend this to many that have purchased Odysseys and they have thanked me for the recommendation. I've had minor repairs and 2 Transmissions never any engine problems and has the original plugs.Timing Belt changed at each 100,000 miles. This last change the machanic commented the engine looks as new as when purchased. I am 70 yrs old and hope this car will last my lifes end. THANK YOU HONDA for building a high quality and reliable vehicle and may your product quality never lessen. To date I am still recommending Honda and have the proof to show. For further references or to see Phone 540-463-9785 Gloria Hull 45 Forest Path Trl Lexington VA Thanks again for this GREAT vehicle.

I am a faithful Honda customer of many years. Since 2008 I have bought new from a Honda dealer a 2007 Ridgeline RS, a 2010 civic coupe ex, 2011 Crv EX, and a 2013 Accord EXL. I loved all the vehicles, except the passenger seats are miserable. Whoever designed them seems to have forgotten that couples who travel a lot do not enjoy going from a comfortable driver seat to misery on the passenger side. We are considering going with another brand next time... Solely because as we grow older we like a consistent seat whether we are driving or just riding. We would cheerfully pay a few more dollars to get the same quality/adjustability seat on both sides and that probably will determine our next purchase... Also if the front of the Civic and CRV seats were about a half inch higher, the added tilt would increase the comfort 100%! It would shift the weight more stable to support the back!

I own a 2011 Honda Pilot and am having issues with the rotors. I took the car to the Yuma Honda Dealer after 15000 miles and they told me it was because the vehicle got wet after it was hot - they charged $100 for resurface the rotors now however I live in Yuma and we do not have a lot of rain so wondering what the people on the East coast due with lots of rain and the same issue. Now 16000 miles later we have the same issue, took it to the same dealer and they stated the problem now might be for riding with 2 feet causing the brakes to get hot - I am not riding the car with 2 feet but I needed to get the car repaired so they charged $100 to resurface the rotors again and they stated that the next time they will need to replace all 4 rotors at a cost of around $900. I believe this is an issue with the rotors in the Honda Pilot due to the fact that I owned several vehicles before and never experienced issues like this. I would appreciate Honda looking into this before someone gets hurt with the brake issues.

I own a 1997 civic ex. it has less than 68000 miles on it, original paint job ( still beautiful ); and has always been garage kept. my service records show that I
have had all the checks necessary to maintain good performance of the car.
Since I am disabled, I only operate the car about two or three times per month to go grocery shopping. The car is garage-kept. In october, 1912, I went into the garage to start my car, but there was no juice at all. I had it towed to findley honda in Henderson to have them troubleshoot it. they performed a diagnosis and told me I needed a new alternator and battery at a cost of around $700.00 dollars I paid the bill and drove the car home to my garage. the next time I tried to start the car, wouldn't start. I called findley honda right away. I then called AAA to tow my car back to the shop.
They sent a man out and he charged the battery enough to start the car. i then started the car and tried to drive it over
to findley honda for repairs. Half way there the car conked out, and I could not get it to start. I called AAA again and they sent a tow truck and towed me to findley's repair.
the result of their test showed that the new battery had a bad cell in it so they installed, I think, a new battery and i drove it home to my garage. As I said, I don't drive it much so it sat there until December unused. when it was time for me to grocery shop, I went into my garage and tried to start the car. bingo! nothing happened. dead as kelsey's nuts.
I called findley again and asked them to have it towed back to the shop. the advisor said that the technician would have to check it out to determine whose problem it is.
I discussed this with my advisor, and he said that while sitting unused, it was possible that the computer in the car might have drained the battery. I said that
I have had the car since i bought it new in san diego. it is a 1997 civic, and that this problem existed. That is the biggest crock of you-know- what I have ever heard.
I have come to the conclusion that the battery and the alternator were not replaced or they did not troubleshoot the problem far enough.
the advisor wrote me a letter and said that I missed an appointment with him on december 19th 1912 at six pm. when I spoke with him on the phone, I had no way to get there, and I would see him the next day.
I had to go to the emergency room that day, as i was having a heart attack, and was hospital and house bound until yesterday. I'm not going for that line that the problems might not be connected. I spent over $700 to have the car fixed, it has not been fixed, and I should not have to pay for towing, or any other charges to fix the problem(s).
I bought the car at cush honda in san diego. you can go back to their records and see that I took excellent care of my car there. I have been just as diligent at findley honda. I feel that I have not been dealt with fairly as regards this problem.
Please notify me very soon as to what actions you are going to take as regards my dilemma.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully,
Martin A. Lenz

I would like to start by saying Hondas are reliable cars they last a long time and I appreciate that. However, if you want to keep your Honda that is a whole other story. Honda has a reputation of being easy to steal because you can open and start the car with other keys. My sisters Honda Accord was stolen yesterday (12/11/11), right out of our driveway. She is a 21 year old that works for everything she has. So she can't just go buy a new car. I'm just making a suggestion that Honda do something to fix their lock system.

Good Mix

Hondas are a good mix of quality and price. They are cheaper than higher end brands, but still very good, durable cars.

I have a Honda Accord 2001 that I always service at the Rick Case Honda dealer in South Florida. For the last 5 months I have been trying to have them fix a problem I have with the honk. It works on and off. It is very scary not to be able to use it when you need it the most. They say because the honk always works when I take the car to the dealer, they cannot fix it.

A couple weeks ago I sent an email to Honda customer service about Hardin Honda. I have had to date no responce from Honda on my issue with Hardin. I can only assume that Honda corp. has no intrest in this matter.
A service tech did call me and basicly explained to me why I was overcharged and that why there is nothing in writing on my service order about the traction control issue. Even the service manager who I tryed to contact numerous times didn't call.
Needless to say the damage this causes.
I guess as far as everyone else is concerned it's over. Well I won't forget it.
