Purchased a Viking, Sapphire 930 1 year ago. Had nothing but problems,thread will not cut.( new blade) Top thread gets stuck in bobbin case, then I have 3 threads coming up out of bottom. Material binds up from top thread pulling underneath. DOES NOT WANT TO SEW 2 COTTON SEAMS TOGETHER, EVEN ON WOVEN HEAVY. DOES NOT WANT TO START A SEAM, JUST SEWS IN ONE SPOT. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS MACHINE, CAUSE I TRUSTED HUSQVARNA BRAND, it looks impressive, BUT

I purchased a new mower on May 4 of this year. In less than 10 uses, I have had issues with drive belt 3 times and now having problems with transmission. It is going out for repair for a second time in the last week. What is Husqvarnas policy on replacing a defective mower? I totally feel as if I have purchased a complete lemon. How do I contact someone in their corporate office to hopefully get resolution beyond the escalation department'.

We pd $6000 for a new mower that is a piece of crap. We still owe $4000 and it has been in the shop more than here at our expense.
We have sent letters after letter to corporate and no reply.
We had prior one we loved which is why we purchased a 2nd one.
We are so dissatisfied. We have let everyone know. You all should pay this junk off or offer z decent one.

I think the only way to get Husqavarna to ever get serious about their on-going warranty issues is to have some good class action suits filed against them. I have warranty issues now on a mower with less than 1 hour operating time and they won't even reply to the service dealer and give an OK to fix. Filing complaints with the Federal Consumer Agency would also be a good start. Enough complaints to the Feds will start an inquest and a royal slap in the face. The Media can also help with consumer complaints like channel 4 and 5.. BBB complaint is my next step and then the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

i just got a 46 inch riding mower, its in the shop now 2 times , its a 2016 i have a 08 runs better than this crap, now he says the free nutral switch wont work and is broke everything i got is hasqvrana but that is gonna change

Brand new tiller with less than 10 hours had a tine break as a result of a poor weld. So far it has been almost 3 weeks and I still have no replacement. Will tend to look harder at non-Husq products in the future.

Ok I've got your riding lawnmower have had for the last 5 years why do I have to buy a new battery for it every year.i take the battery out every fall and bring in the house.i keep it at full charge all winter.it may start mower once then I have to jump start it.this will be the 6th battery so far. I paid 1.900 time I added bag.this has been a waste of my money.with battery costing me $60 A year.i can not or will I recamend your product to anyone.

Purchased a brand new riding mower 48'' cut. Mower has razor like sharp edges around bottom of seat and other areas with burs that were not ground smooth. The grease fitting on right side smacks the bottom of the deck when the deck shifts back and fourth breaking the grease fitting off. Need better quality control and some design changes. For the cost this should not be happening.

I build log cabins for a living . your chainsaws have a lot more power than the stihls.But your mufflers suck. I have had to buy 4 of them over the past 3 years at 121 $ a pop plus my lower end whet down . I am going to buy a new chainsaw . why should I buy one of yours?

Very disappointed in the snowblower I got for my garden tractor.so that mean I won't be buying any of your product.so I guess will buying cub cadit for now on

Husqvana lawn mover is the worst lawn mower I have ever purchase. They have the worst customer service and warrenty that I ever dealt with. I bought a lawn mower and after 3 months have had to use a clothes pin to keep it going. it will cost me almost as much to fix it using there warrenty as it cost me. So if anyone is looking to buy a lawn mower dont look at Husqvana. Last 2 lawn mower I had last over 10 yrs each and had little or no issue with them.
