Handicapped??-Get Out!!
My husband and I, both handicapped, went to a Southern California IHOP. His feet were aching so he walked ahead of me and sat down first, which is very unusual for him since he always assists me. I had trouble negotiating my way into the restaurant's tent because there was a curb step down with no hand rail, only a short post that offered no support because it was loose and shook. When I asked the staff manager for a helping hand she declined saying that to touch a patron was against the law. She then pointed to the exit and told my husband and me to leave.

I Seen Yours Cooks Handle Food Without Gloves On Several Occasions!they Do Not Wear A Hairnet Or A Hat! I Ordered Food There At Lake Worth And Military Trail In Lake Worth Wearing No Gloves Touching Food With There Bare Hands And I Got Sick To My Stomache!

Just had breakfast at the location on Williams Boulevard in Kenner, LA. The food was awful! I waited about 20 minutes for the food to come. The eggs were runny. The pancakes were thick and very dry. The hash browns weren't even browned. Experience was very disappointing to say the least. I told the waitress and she said that the cooks can't speak English and mess up orders all the time. I still was charged for food I had one bit of and was disgusted.

Ihop at 5048 Veterans Memorial IS HORRIBLE. OMG I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN. Was there on 4/18/2017 at 5:30PM and there was only one person working there, i ask him. My order was wrong 3 separate times, food cold. toast brought 30 minutes afte other food and was so cold and no butter. Butter won't melt on cold toast. No other customers were there when I arrived by several came in after and had to go into the kitchen and scream for assistance. This has happened to me 2 other times and I AM DONE. No one to take my money which I should not have even paid when I left, so I left the money on my table. I spoke to Maria, one of many so called managers at this Ihop about this today and she didn't seem to be concerned. this place will not last. I will be reporting this to the BBB also. No don't send me any coupons cause I won't be back!!!!!

After eating about 1/4 of my omelet I felt gritty substances in my mouth. I took my napkin and the napkins of friends at the table spitting the content of my mouth out into the napkins. A mag.or asset. Mgr. Was near, I called him over explaining the problem. I was nice and all of the party had a laugh.I went to the bathroom and washed my mouth. By the time I returned the billwas there. I was charged full price for the meal. I said nothing and paid the bill. 5 in our party. Will we eat there again?

this the worst food experiece i have ever had! first i called in an order that i was told it would be 15 mins... turned out to be an hour and ALL my food was cold and wrong complete with hair in my gravy! there were three people in the place eating and now i see why! i eat out 5 or six times aweek but i will never ever eat ihop again.

Was looking forward to seeing the new I Hop open in Beavercreek, Ohio; but now having second thoughts. I have heard very few good reports. People waiting on their food after they have ordered over an hour only to get it Wrong and Cold! If corporate wants this restaurant to succeed they need to step in fast and see what or who the problem is.
