They harass and shake down those who pay
I did not choose them, but they financed a leased car that I had. At the end of the lease, I purchased the car and registered it in the city that I lived in. The city billed me for property taxes during my ownership, in which I paid. (I guess the city billed Chase also) in which they paid the property tax not just for their time of ownership, but also for the time they didn't own the car. Now they have been sending me delinquent notices that I owe them for what they paid. I believe the city owes them a refund not me. They said this is beyond their control and that I can take it up with the city, but I owe them the money. I have to pay the property tax twice because they took it upon themselves to pay the city for a car that they do not own. What a great company. They go to and harass those who will pay, to get more money.

Fraudulent Foreclosure by JP Morgan Chase
In Modification with Chase since Dec. 2009. No statement received in Feb. I called 15x bet. Feb. and April. Everyone said my mod was in "maintenance" and that it was customary not to get a statement and that I would get one shortly. Long story short, never received a statement, received letter of Acceleration and notice of foreclosure. They told me the same thing, this was customary, loan in maintenance, etc. Received a letter from an attorney saying they were retained by Chase to foreclose on my home april 1st. Since april 1st, Chase stopped accepting my payments and THEY ARE PUTTING ME IN DEFAULT since I never missed one payment have have always been on time and they never gave me any valid reason why they want to foreclose when Im in a modification agreement with them.Anonymous-24439.... I always wondered why their branches were empty of customers. This bank has the worst customer service, the worst software and the worst client reps ever. I would never recommend using them for film or TV production.
