Customer service
My phone has been inoperable since Sunday. My only phone so have to contact by email. Still no response after 2 emails. Think I will check out other co. I am 80 and need my phone. Not at all happy with Great Call right now. BevAnonymous-97030.... February 2nd, 2013
Dishonest
Was told by customer service that they'd replace the wall charger, no charge, as it was under 1 yr old. 2+ wks later, no charger arrives.Another call to customer service, who says they didn't send as it wasn't paid for. would not honor earlier replacement. ended up paying $21. for a new one.
