Kaspersky will tell you about every 4 months that your product is "obsolete", then direct you to buy it again. If you do not save your "key" you will need to buy again. I had 3 year subscription and have had to restart the program twice, and I've only had it since 11/12. My husband was caught in the net and bought it again! So....beware, they have a shady deal there. Also is your computer really protected when it is in its "obsolete" mode. Penny

My computer is completely messed up!!! I am so upset. The programs dont work, since I installed this really grrr program. I dont know about the antiviurs. It's messed everthing up, I couldnt go onto the internet, so I have to disable it so what is the point? From what i read it's not even going to help phoning to ask for help. I am really not happy, I am searching for another anti virus, a free one since a payed a fortune for this one that has broken my computer. Nothing works!!!

I purchased the Kaspersky Pure2.0 and installed on my desktop and have had my Outlook crash last night for the third time and had to take in again. I had the Kaspersky regular on both laptop and desktop and had no problems. I put the new Pure on the desktop and nothing but trouble. The people that are working on ly computer said that the pure 2.0 has been a problem. I am so disappointed with this. The other was good. Thought from the reviews I read on this on your website made me think I was doing a good thing by purchasing this. So sorry I did. Now I am stuck with this program that I would not install on my other computer. I bought in August but did not install for a while until the other ran out. Purchased at Walmart for $70.00 and now money wasted and crashing my Outlook Express. Please email me at if you can help me or if I could trade this in for the regular Kaspersky. I would be so appreciative. I am not sure I feel good installing on any other computer and having it crash too. Thank You

I am using Kasperky in two PCs and in both cases the software behaves like it itself is a melware creating different kinds of sporadic problems. It this keeps going, I am gonna stop using any anti-virus program, wasting money on them.

Slow but Sure
Pros:Kaspersky Internet Security is still the excellent AV product.
Cons:
Kaspersky Product might crash PC just a little.
Summary:
Overall image of Kaspersky Internet Security is still the best.
