Worst meal ever,St Rd 674 in Ruskin Fla.33570
We ordered the biggest meal you sell with the tenders and the 8 pc. Everything we ate tasted like metal. There was no flavor in any of it. Even the side dishes we got with the meal, total metal tasting.$36.00 wasted. My family all said the same thing about the metal taste they had in their mouth. Very disappointing to all of us.

6/7/19 3:00 pm ordered two chicken dinners to go from Shelbyville Ky Boone station rd restaurant.Fifteen minutes later we opened the orders.Both dinners were cold over cooked and tough.The biscuits were hard the mashed potatoes were uncovered and cold.Spoke with the manager she seemed unconcerned and did not believe me.I've ate at this store for years and have never been treated so poorly.Untill something changes we will not spend our money there.

I went into your Kentucky fried restaurant in Bartonville,I'll.... yesterday. 2-28-18..
It was discussting..used to go there when I worked close to it.
I payed for buffet $8 and some change...I looked around and left..it is horrible.i use the bathroom...
And the truth is u can't clean it up.to far gone...so sad. Other one in pekin Il. much better..just thought u should know.

I live close to the location at Mockingbird and Skillman in Dallas, TX. I used to pick up chicken there all the time until you discontinued your corn on the cob. I was out running errands tonight and decided to go through the drive thru. When I first turned into the order line, there was a sign advertising a 6 piece bucket for $10. When I got to the speaker, there was another sign saying a 10 piece bucket of legs and thighs was $10. So I ordered the latter with cole slaw and biscuits. She said I owed $37 and some change. I asked her what she was charging me for and mentioned the sign. She said that special was only good on weekends. I told her it was sitting right by the order speaker. I then changed my order to the six pieces of chicken for $10. Again I told her the sides were cole slaw and biscuits. Drove to the window and paid. I asked for honey and ketchup at the window. She told me they had run out of ketchup. Really? I got home and all I had was chicken and honey. No sides or biscuits. The service at this location is horrible!

Tonight I dined at the KFC on Harbor Blvd., LaHabra,CA. I'm 72 yrs.old, in all of my life I have never seen such filth in a restaurant. I was afraid to put my purse on the counter to get my money out.It was quite busy so I had time to observe the handling of the food before ordering. The food was good except the potatoes were soup and the biscuit was way to small.
I realize that because of the economy businesses are cutting corners BUT cleanliness should be a top priority.
I won't be going back to that location

Just went to the Ridge road Rochester New York location. Ordered a twenty dollar fill-up of grilled chicken. Half of the chicken was so dry it was uneatable. It appears we got some older pcs mixed in with fresh pcs.

I was in the store on 1st and Wadsworth in Lakewood Colorado the mill was completely undone the biscuit was completely raw I could pull it apart like dough the chicken fried steaks were called they put the basket kids and gravy with it and then to the coleslaw and gravy tub on top of that which is unsanitary overall a very bad experience

Me and my family went and got some food at 8:00 pm and I have to say freaken disgusting.... Me and my mother got a 3 piece chicken tender and wow I felt like it was made last night because they were all stale and gross then my dad got a 3 piece chicken and he only got 2 pieces plus we paid $30.00 for all this old food!!!

Generally your menu items individually selected by my family are very tasty and consistent from visit to visit. We as a family have always enjoyed the flavor and warmth of a well-made soup. And in fact we are very surprised that KFC does not offer their very own version of chicken noodle soup and chicken rice soup at the minimum.. Of course to be fair to KFC maybe you have tried this in the past and it proved to be unsuccessful. However, if this is not the case what are the chances of KFC developing their version of chicken-based soups? It would be very interesting if KFC were to at least provide their customers an opportunity to taste test your versions of chicken-based soups. I would suggest offering a limited time of 30 to 60 days to get a read on your customers viewpoints. Please feel free to respond to this suggestion/comment via my email address. My KFC store is in L.A. On w. 3rd St. I think some KFC outlets have better products then others but this one for years has been the best in my opinion. The quality seems very fresh... I like the extra crispy.. I like the southern style of honey on fried chicken.. Why are you now using something called "Honey Sauce"? Was there a time when you used real honey? Yes its fried chicken not exactly a heath food but I don't want high fruitose corn syrup,sugar, honey fruitose, carmel coloring and a bunch of other crap in my honey.. I thought the label always said honey.. The product you serve has only 7% real honey., Why do you do that?. Can't you serve something of quality instead of trying to cheapen natural honey which is so perfect in its real form so you can make more profit... Your prices are not so cheap that you are giving the food away... I was disappointed & my opinion of your company has gone way down doing this. I can buy ready fried chicken at many places now so you are no longer my only choice.. Remember KFC "Cheap is Expensive" How long have you been using this imitation honey? If you say 7% its probably more like 5%. Take the Junk out of Junk food! Good luck to you....

The KFC on Brewerton Rd. in Cicero NY, was the most horrible food I have ever gotten from any KFC. The chicken was so greasy, and the coating was falling off and soggy! To top it off, they didn't even get the order right. They forgot to put the large Cole Slaw in the bag (16 of. Meal), and I ordered a mashed potato bowl for a disabled veteran I take care of and they forgot it too!! I live 45 min. away from that KFC and didn't want to go all that distance back. Anyway, they need some re-education on how to make KFC chicken again. It was a total waste of money and time going there.

I don't know if you read this or not. I am 44 years old. I have eaten Kentucky fried chicken my whole life. I just want you to know that I'm here in Jeffersonville,oh. They have the best chicken I have eaten in probably 20 years from one of your restaurants. I don't know if the workers mix the spices themselves or if pre made. Most KFC don't taste the way they should. If you want a real piece of KFC the way the Colonel made it just come here today and you will see what real KFC should taste like. I have eaten at the KFC in Corbin, my before. You need to make every piece of original recipe the way it tastes here.

Bad bathrooms
I live in Green Bay,WI and I was recently at the Oneida Street KFC. I went there for lunch with my husband and upon entering the restaurant I noticed the lobby to rather clean, good sign, went to the restroom and it smelled horrific with one of the two toilets filled with urine. I told a worker that the toilets are not flushing and she stated, water pressure, water pressure, water pressure and corporate does not seem to care. I said wow really, I will write to them. Also the ventilation in there was not good as they had the back door wide open, which I am sure is not allowed. I hope these problems will be rectified, I plan to go back there in a month to see if they are or I plan to call the health board and get some assistance there. This was the worst food I have EVER tried. The chicken was cold and raw. The greenbeans smelled horrible and had a taste of sour. The potatoe wedges were so thin and crispy that my daughter asked if they were chips! Im pretty sure that I could play baseball with what is supposed to be a biskit. I will never go back to this restaurant and I sure wont recommend it! The girl that did our order continually kept repeating the wrong of what we ordered. Seriously, this restaurant should be ashamed of itself.

Went to the KFC in Salem va and purchased two 5.00 fill up boxes and the chicken was burnt and dry. Had been left in Warner for hours and the biscuits were so hard you could only, eat the inside of it. I have been so excited about KFCcoming back to Orangeburg SC. However in first 2 times going it has been a bad experience. There have been no drinks in soda machine and when Iasked for help the guy told me he had to deal with his customers.The drink area is not clean. Also the store has no plates? I know Bojangles and Popeyes does.I want KFC to succeed in our city. But if this is how it is I am afraid it wont. Love the food but service in store needs help. I am doctora helen ferreras, former manager of a poultry processing plant in the philippines who delivered chicken for kfc. I am now working in italy as a caregiver but still working as consultant for food companies in the philippines and auditor of GMP AND HACCP, i just want to inform you that i've been in nice france yesterday and eat in kfc tgere, but i can say that it is the worst kfc store ive ever seen. Sticky trays, scattered fries in the display, unsatisfactory counter, in terms of rest rooms, mamma mia! When you open the door you will be showered by water dropping from the ceiling and with fouk odors. In terms of customer servicem, very poor because tgey or not even 1 know ho speak in english and when ask why, tey will answer that it is not their duty to speak english as quoted" you are in france so you should know to speak in french

The chicken at the Wahiawa, Hawaii branch was oily and soggy. I ordered the original recipe, and was very disappointed. The taste was there, but the texture was terrible. Not crispy at all. This was not the first time chicken texture was soggy.

Purchased KFC pot pie on Wassingham Rd, Largo, Fl on 2-13-16. Pot pie contained only one small nibble of chicken; about size of a nickel. cashiers Melissa said pie made in store. Suggested that store is shorting customers and to let manager know about it. I left.

I just purchased 3 chicken legs mashed potatoes & gravy, 3 chicken tenders mashed potatoes & coleslaw at the KFC in Leadington MO. The chicken legs were so small you couldn't even get a bite of meat. They were dried out & awful. The rest of the food was ok. I took the legs back to the restaurant & the manager did give me 3 more really small legs. He was not friendly nor did he apologize. The rest of the food was cold by the time we got to eat. The manager didn't offer to replace anything but the legs. I think a squirrels legs would have been larger. KFC is not what it use to be. We will not go back. The cost is high & the quantity small. Not worth our trip! I would give you the receipt information but I didn't receive one.

Went to the KFC on Freedom Drive Charlotte North Carolina last week..Bought the 10 piece dark. Wnen I got home the drumsticks were on top in the thighs under the bottom. The drumsticks were petty intestine and color but there were no 11 herbs and spices. The thighs were obviously cooked in another batch. They tasted old, they were dark like they were about to burn and full of grease that I had to take a paper towel to dry the chicken out. I want a certificate to go somewhere else and get my chicken.

Had a chicken pot pie yesterday and was very disappointed. There were 3 pieces of shredded chicken, mostly potatoes and gravy and very few vegetables. I have had this in the past but the quality has bottomed out. I won't be ordering this from the menu again, IF I get chicken from KFC again.

I'm looking at all these comments and realize that here in Ireland we probably have no chance of a complaint being handled. Well in Dublin Ireland we have a KFC on the main street here and it's no surprise that it does far less business than it should. The quality of the food is terrible. What happened to the herbs and spices? Why sell fries that are not cooked properly. Does anyone train the staff? How could KFC sell their, what was a once great franchise and allow these types of operators to use their name. I have had a dismal experience in Blanchardstown Dublin 15 also. It's not isolated, it's systemic. A very sad day for Mr Sanders. I used to love that treat but I guess those days are gone. This is the WORST Chicken. There are four kfc in the area that i live in and i have try all of them and i will not go back. My husband and I went to the West Fargo Nd location and there was no chicken, potatoes and gravy were so old they were dried out hard. Had to ask 4 times for new food the place was a pig sty with garbage all over, tables needed cleaning and the women's bathroom had poop all over the toilet. I spent $20.00 for nothing.

There was a news article in USA Today about KFC puts the Colonel back in the chicken. KFC will never make a come back until it gets back to the basics. They have changed the way they have done things. For instance they no longer use the milk and egg dip when breading the original recipe chicken. They don't marinate the chicken for the crispy anymore. They took away the Little Bucket desserts. Their menu is way to busy. Quit trying to compete with everyone else and get back to what got the Colonel there. What KFC is doing is trying to satisfy everyone's wants. It's to labor intense to do all these things. I could care less about a Chicken wrap. Get back to the basics and have tight restrictions on who you let have a franchise. Some of the franchisee's you have are killing KFC with poor operations. As KFC once had a commercial back in the day "At KFC we do Chicken right. If you don't know how it's suppose to be done then have some of the older franchisee show you how it ought to be done.
