I will not buy another kitchenaid dishwasher. This is my 2nd washer and only lasted 4 years.

I have a kitchen aid blender ive had aproximataly 3 years and im very disapointed the blades are rusting not realy good for health hazzards in honesty the rest of the blender and function very satisfied i would like to know your feed back thank you.m

We purchased a set of 4 Kitchenaid appliances for our new home. Overall, I am pretty much satisfied with the refrigerator and dishwasher.
The microwave is okay.
The dual fuel range bakes and roasts very well. My complaint is the aqualift self cleaning system!!!!!????? Clean...really!!! It does not clean, so after the so-called "cleaning" is over I have to use a magic eraser to actually clean and remove the grease spots. I have actually avoided roasting because of this, and will never attempt to broil anything. The oven will look terrible and probably smell forever!!!!!!

2 years and a half ago i got married and for 1st i started buying things for my house!! I knew about kitchen aid and i heard about the mixers i convinced my husband to buy me the classic mixer and the matching blender after a month i decided that i wanted pink so i bought the artisian pink after a month that i had the classic one !!and of course the matching blender ! My husband was so happy to see me happy that decided to buy me everthing pink mini chopper ,pots and pans ,even the toaster even when i do not use the toester that much!! But i bought it to have it in my kitchen!! I used it maybe 5 times in all this time and what was my surprise that a few months ago decided to use it and didnt work!! After so few times of use!! And of course i didnt have warranty ! The same happend to the food proxessor after 3 months of use it broke !! The pans and pots not good quality either! To be honest i decided to spend a little more money than with avrage other brands !! So i was expecting them to last longer ! And thats the thing the quality is about avrage ! I dont know if it was different in the past but now i had 3 experiences before ! My blender ,my food preocesor and now my toaster ! Im very dissapointed because i didnt pay 15 dlls and when i called custumer service and they told me to buy a new one because i would be more expensive than repair the old one!! I feel scammed !! If its more expensive should be because it has better quality !! Not only pretty colors

Worst experience ever
My wife and I purchased a kitchen aid product during christmas of 2014 and it had a rebate promotional attached to it. We sent a rebate to the processing center of kitchen aid and double check with their customer service department, by phone, to make sure that they had receive the proper information to process the rebate, they confirm the information. After 10 weeks of the date sent and no rebate or response from kitchen aid, we contacted their customer service again, just to find out that the information for the rebate was not complete to process the rebate. I explained to them that I had contacted one of their technicians to make sure everything was appropriate, but I guess for the kitchen aid company, it was to late. After several discussions and numerous tranfers to supervisors( Amanda-special handling,Jonella-id:1169, and Michelle of Ontario, Canada and Greg based of Michigan) my wife and I just gave up on the whole idea. Rebates are not suppose to be difficult or trickie, they are supoose to reward a customer that chosen a product by its quality and customer service

Our dishwasher KUDS30IXSS4 broke down 6 times since we purchased it two years ago.
According to our extended warranty it should have been replaced or Kitchen Aid provided compensation if the number of breakdowns reached 4!
Although the unit was repaired each time, there was a period of 12 to 21 days without the use of this unit.
Response from Kitchen Aid has been ZERO.
How about that for product quality response?

I would have to call this a "love letter" to your company. A KitchenAid dishwasher had been installed in my home almost 44 years ago. And it worked perfectly from that day until the day it died, about a week ago. No problems; no complaints;no leaks; no blown fuses; nothing but clean dishes and pots and pans!! Needless to say, I just purchased another KitchenAid appliance and hope it works as well as the last one. Thank you for making a dishwasher that works and truly washes dishes.

KitchenAid Repair Parts Rip-Off
The detergent dispenser on my KitchenAid dishwasher requires a replacement spring. Pop the dispenser door off, place the replacement spring on the spindle, and pop the door back into place -- a 2 minute repair with what should be a $2 to $4 part.KitchenAid/Whirlpool refuses refuses to supply the spring -- my only repair option is the purchase of an entire dispenser for $90.00

Bought a beautiful full suite of top of the line stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances for my new kitchen. First the tiny plastic buttons molded into the door liner that hold the gallons size milk container break off, no more milk tray. Then the knobs on the range begain to fall apart. Now only 1 1/5 years from purchase I'm left with 2 out of 5 knobs. Very sad quality performance. $25/knob replacement cost is unbelievable!

We purchased our KitchenAid range less than 2 years ago for more than $1000. All 5 knobs are now cracked in the back. The other day my wife could not turn the stove off. Seems really dangerous. I called customer service and they said the warranty is only good for 12 months. I understand that but not being able to turn the gas off puts me and my family at risk. If a stove can't be turned off then maybe it should be recalled. I'm very angry that I need to buy 5 new knobs and hope no one gets hurt the next time they break! DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID!

Well-priced products.
KitchenAid products are all very well priced. They are inexpensive, but their quality makes this fact not so obvious. In particular, I like my KitchenAid rice cooker. For $30, the rice comes out with a rich taste. A great bargain!

I purchased a new home and had 3 dishwashers installed 2 drawer and 1 full sized in butler pantry. the two drawer dishwashers have worked well and I am happy with but the full size after 10 or less uses (used only after holiday family dinners) is no longer working. I understand that the dishwasher is past the 1 yr new time it still has approx 10 uses, and should not be already broken (no power going to machine and checked, plug is good). This was a top of the line machine and this quality is not what I would expect and at this point would never purchase another kitchenaid appliance.

A Standard

I have Kitchen Aid Double convection, self cleaning ovens. I am single, and live alone and the ovens get very little use. They are 6 years old. My touch pad went out It is going to cost over $600.00 to repair but they don't even have the part. It's on back order and they don't know when it will be available. What's worse I have gone online and there are so many complaints like mine. Ovens don't work after you clean them. Why buy self-clean ovens if you can't use them. Who is out there to protect the consumer from a company that won't recall their product even though there are so many,many complaints about the same problem. It makes no sense. Where is the consumer to turn for help?

I am no longer a KitchenAid or Whirlpool customer. My professional grade KitchenAid stand mixer quit working after just a few uses. Since it was out of warranty (based on two years, not number of uses), they would not refund the $50 repair cost on this $300 appliance. I have lost trust in the company and its products. Beware, anyone looking to purchase a mixer.
