LG ELEC855 Electric ductless evaporative dryer service
I am an authorized LG Servicer. The model was discontinued after short run. No tech help from LG on this strange dryer. No service manual available. Unit built in 2012. VERY complicated to disassemble and service. Don't buy it! Seems all companies cut back on taking customer service calls due to COVID-19. Two as nice. He tried.

LG Review
My first LG product was an LG Smart TV. It has good applications built into it such as Eros for accessing some good movies. It also has a WiFi Connection to help you browse and stream Youtube Videos. My smart TV is more than 3 years old now and still functions perfectly. It has a dedicated storage space for saving my files on it.

Don't buy any product's of LG.I bought a LG air conditioner 3 months before its not working and I am fed up with the product.
No service.I am going to complaint it in the consumer court bcoz I am also using a washig mechine of this same company new I have spent 10000/- for its complaint for spare parts.

LG 65" Smart TV
I Love Lg products. I have a LG 65" smart tv mounted on the living room wall, my household enjoys this flatscreen! The picture is beautiful and super clear They are long lasting and durable electronics. LG is one of the top leading brands for electronics and there is no question as to why. They are dependable and reliable. I Would reccommend LG to anyone in the markert for a cellphone, TV, stereo, Washer/Dryer, or anyother electronic put out by LG.

We bought an LG French Door Refrigerator in December of 2015, by August 2016 the freezer section was not working and by September of 2016 we had no refrigerator at all. Two different repair men have come out to fix the problem and nothing. Calling LG customer service has been no help at all. I would not recommend LG appliances to anyone I know.

I have a front loader LG Washer. STAY AWAY from them. They build up so much mold that regardless if I clean it once a month still has it. You will spend more time cleaning and maintaining your washer than washing your clothes. The mold is not only on the dispenser but on the pipe which is behind it and is impossible to clean. I will NEVER BUY front loader.

Awful! We will never buy an LG device or product again! I have 2 cell phones with enlarged batteries that I purchased r months ago. They are dangerous to use and they will not replace these death trap batteries until I send them the enlarged batteries! This leaves us with no phones and they said it will take two weeks to send replacement batteries AFTER they recieve the defective batteries!!! Really??? No wonder they have such bad reviews! Stay away from LG phones!

I bought an LG washing machine and fridge in 2010 the washing machine went over a year ago and today the fridge went. They were the 2 WORST appliances I have ever owned.

I have not been as disappointed in a piece of technology as I am in my LG "Smart" ( illiterate) TV. 55" 4k and I can only get 4 apps that are even worth Get with it already LG!!! You're getting killed out here!!!! I'm selling my lg to buy a Samsung. Thought you might want to know why your sales will be down this year. The market will be littered with cheap used lg smart tvs

i hate the LG Stylo soooo much! Ibe always bought lg products. TV phone accessories ect. This phome is the worst performing phone i have ever owned. I cant multitask.if im playing a game Facebook's chat head disappears. My keyboards disappears at random. Its done it twice whlie texting this message. Im so freaking upset i really want to smash it and never buy LG again. May switch to Samsung. My lg g3 was amazing.but couldn't afford the g4 so i bought this.

I purchased a LG TV, 2.5 years ago, black screen with sound. The service technician said they normally last 3 - 5 years! As I did not get that out of it I am mad.

I have always loved your products, have double oven stove, micro, front load washer & dryer. Loved them. Recently pursued smart drive washer, very dissatisfied, every time I wash it says EU. I have to adjust many times to wash one load. Very dissastified with this product. You really screwed this one up.

Hello my name is Rick Hedlund and I live in Kamloops British Columbia. I just wanted to tell you my experiences with LG first I bought my LG fridge 12 years ago and recently replaced it with a 27 cubic foot stainless steel one. I also own a LG dishwasher and an LG microwave in a couple months I will have my new LG slide in range. I recently bought a 55 inch LG Smart TV and have four other flat screen LG TVs in my house I just bought my daughter an LG 42 inch TV as well, also I have a fairly new LG washer and dryer I did have an LG Air Conditioner stand up unit but I sold it. So if you need a spokesperson for LG I would be your guy, lol... I have had good luck with all my LG products and will continue to go LG like they say life's good with LG thank you Rick Hedlund

I have an LG dishwasher and am completely happy with it. There is one thing though that I would improve on it....add a clean dish button or sign and a dirty dish button or sign so I know when my husband has ran it or not without taking out the dishes and looking at them to see if they are dirty or clean.

On the new LG 750 HBS-750 Head set you DO NOT get a charger. You get a USB cable labeled "Data Cable". I am amazed that LG thinks a USB cable labeled data cable is a charger. I can not plug in a USB cable to my wall outlet. I can not plug in a USB to my car out let. I even tried reading the definition of "Charger" from the dictionary. If you LG product works great, you are in for a good day. If it doesn't you are in for a long haul to hell.

Don't buy a lg product .Cain't get parts even for a new appliance. My stove is six months old ,still under warranty.The part to fix it is been back ordered for over two weeks. I don't know if the problem is from sears or LG.

Worst Experience.
hi, in previous i had good openion on lg company service, but i changed it. I had a worst experience with lg. I requested for service of Tv, num: RNA131014016566. On same day one executive came and tried to understand problem but basically his volt meter is not working. He repaired his voltmeter and tried to understand TV issue, and took the TV board to service center. Then for four days no call from them, i called them asked, they told we resolved the issue and tomorrow we will come set TV at your residence.Next day they came fitted the TV board, for 5mins it worked then got the same same problem. T v not got repaied properly. Finally they are asking us to bring total Tv set to service center. So after spending nearly week on repair also they are not in a position to repair TV.
This is second time i got the issue with the lg product.
So we are not supposed to expect service at our home for lg products.
They always give bleady suggestions like we ourself need to bring product to service center.
i won't go for lg product next time, will suggest others also.

Are people aware that the new LG toploading washers do not have warm water on the warm setting? Temperature was set too low (design flaw) and the machine has no heater. Company said tough luck.

Hi, I bought a new 42LA4200 3D LG TV. as per product specification it has built in wifi, but I am not able to connect to internet either via LAN cable or wifi. TV does not detect any wifi network, their service engineer visited but were not able to understand problem and so there was no solution. feels like throwing that TV in dust-bin. but yes, its really very disappointing experience with LG TV and I repent my purchase,LG products are cheap at cost with cheap quality.

It's so inconvenience for us to travel this far and if having another service centre maybe a better solution and more customer will be willing to purchase LG product..?
Can improve the service quality..?? Just collect the phone only a week and the problem became more worse.. The phone is very important to me because I have to answer many client calls.. It's a new phone..if there is a one to one exchange will be better.

We purchased a LG washer and dryer about 7 months ago. We had to replace the waser due to leakin. We are NOT satisfied with the dryer...we have to put the clothes through the dryer 3 - 4 times per load. This is ridiculous. If you are going to make a dryer with sensors, the sensors should be in te back, front, an thrughout te drum, enabling the clothes to dry in one session. The washer seems to be okay.

I bought a LED-LCD 32 inch TV on feb2011. With not more than 2 years, the tv display is not working. They simply say the panel should be replaced, which cost around 27,000/-Rs.
I was terribly worried about this LG product.
If u purchase LG then ur life is not good
it will be very bad.

I own an LG 47" LED 3D SmartTV, that STINKS! After a year of ownership, I maybe had 2 or 3 months of Netflix access that worked. The firmware/software is horrible, every upgrade results in something else not working. the last upgrade to 4.3.2 ? completely stopped WiFi access to my router from the TV. I'M DONE WITH LG, NO MORE !!!! Third rate product, third rate company.

The matter is not picture quality, because all tv's have good picture quality. The matter is reliability. How is it possible that a TV breaks down afetr 14 month of "some use". LG should be ashame of selling this products in the USA. By the way did you know that in Europe the warranty should cover all electronics for 5 years! Now customer support? why the heck calling customer support. First of all we shouldn't be calling them after all.

I bought a LG Optimistic android phone, this is the worsest phone I have ever purchased, I have sent it to be fixed 3 times, it's still giving me trouble. 1) it freezes up 2) drops calls 3) touch screen sticks,4) cuts itself off 5) I try to make a call sometimes it makes a frying sound ( happens a lot) 6) my phone keeps telling me my similar card has been removed. My service was and is the worst I have ever experienced
I bought a new LG tv in December and by January it did not function, since I have been in contact with them and I get the biggest run around known to man kind. Review of LG Refrigerator Mod LSC27926SW, S/N 703MRGCO9967
NEVER BUY LG! LG repairman have had to come to repair this lemon 8 times over 3 years and are coming again this Friday (11/16/3011). They have replaced every part in the refrigerator including motor. Issue of icing, fan stopping due to icing, refrigerator stops working and has to be unplugged due to fire hazard. LG refuses to replace even though problems started prior to warranty expiration. I spoke to Alan today, 12/12/11. Four years ago I purchased an LG washer/dryer combination and now the berring that rotates spin basket came loose and Top Digital Appliances wants $870 to repair. I think this is outrageous that Alan told me that there is nothing LG can do. This appliance is only 4 years old and the only thing I can do is fix it for $870 or purchase a new machine. I am very disappointed in LG.

Cinema 3d is a joke. Can see lines and resolution is half of what they illegally claim. The glasses are cheap and mine just snapped in half. I also bought the smart tv upgrader which they are now discontinuing. Gee wonder why!? It has no flash updates, no skype. This stuff sucks and looks ugly. Stick with samsung.

Bought a 22" LED LCD in Sep of 2010 and it not working after 18 JUN of 2011, no picture. Luckily, i have warranty with this. So, they taken my LED for replacing the boards Last 22 Jun 2010, Till the time I'm following the customer care.No Result this is very frustrating. LG, would at least want to admit the problem and just issue a recall with a replacement.

I purchased a LG electric range 4.5 yrs ago from Home Depot in Moses Lake Washington. % months after I purchased in the touch pad started giving me problems. Then the door started to fall apart. Then the paint started peeling off above the oven vent. I fought with LG 'customer service' for MONTHS. They kept putting things off, then there is no repair man out here, then our warrenty had expired. All of the problems started BEFORE the warrenty was up. Now my oven is not working properly. When my husband pulled the back off to replace the part that I was assured was the problem we found that all of the wires in the back are charred and now the whole thing is a fire hazard. Off to the dump with a $1000 stove that is less than 5 years old. DO NOT BUY LG APPLIANCES!!

I just purchased a top loading LG washer and a dryer. I am so disappointed! After the Home Depot contracted installers RAS Delivery Servise installed the washer/dryer and left I decided to do a load of laundry. I went into my living room to watch a movie, only to have my husband who was downstairs come running upstairs yelling "there is water coming into the basement".....come to find out the washer was leaking water and fast!!!!! I turned it off. Called LG, RAS, Home Depot. Due to it being Saturday --nothing happened. I called over 12 different phone numbers. LG would say to call this number, Home Depot would say call another number, etc. No one was willing to help!!! Needless to say I have a room full of water leaking into my basement! It is now Tuesday and still no resolution. I bought the extended warranty that I was promised would be the BEST thing in the world--hello!!!! Wrong! I was told to call another number because they don't service my area. Now this company doesn't carry the parts so I have to wait for them to order them which could take 5-7 days! I have a $2000+ washer/dryer and I have to accept parts! I only owned it 30 minutes and it was broke! Why did I spend over $2000 and get junk! Why do I have to get parts? Why did my house flood and no one cared. I am calling Home Depot today to return the LG products I will not deal with this! I am so upset with how LG serves their customers. DO NOT BUY LG! By the way the LG customer service person that I spoke to the first time told me that the extended warranty doesn't cover everything and if they send a tech out I may be responsible for the bill, I was floored!

I have called LG Customer care to register complaint for washing machine on 31st March'11, i have recd response from LG & that was attendedThen againi called up LG to register for LG AC maintenance,the exec. took all details & was told i will get revert within 24 hrs but no one called me,then again on 1st Apr'11 is called LG customer care,they told me that the complaint is not registered,he said he has registered & gave me compalint no but till now i have not recd any response,this is worst,there is no response at all from them, i will never buy any appliance of LG.
