Never buy Lexus again! So many little issues and they keep coming back! With a brand new car, the maintain fee cost me more than 4 grands. I'm so sick of this car, and the service managers don't even give a damn about it. What a horrible choice I made to buy a Lexus.

I am the second owner for 6 months now of a 2008 LS 460 with 74k miles. I had now idea about the sticky dash issues before purchasing this car. There was no sign of this problem in December 2016. I am experiencing a melting dash and door panels that leaves black tar on my hand when I close the door. I'm not getting any help from customer service or the local Lexus dealer. This is a manufacturing breakdown and no Lexus owner should have to foot the bill for repairs in or out of warranty, below or above 100k mileage. Who knew that a car that had a retail sticker of 69k would be worth less than a 2003 GMC Envoy!

We have owned 3 RX models and currently have a 450H. We have been very pleased with the previous cars and overall happy with the 450H. However, the Enform add-on feature free for the first year and then and incredible $329 thereafter is totally out of line. The real rub with this is if you do not take the service you no longer have remote start from your key FOB, really!!!!!! You can by a $18k to $20K car and they come with a remote start, period.
This is ridiculous!!!!! just to drive a revenue stream.

I own a 2016 Lexus ES350 and am very unhappy with Lexus policy regarding remote start features. I am forced to pay a yearly fee to Toyota to be able to remote start my car after the first complimentary year of service. Why? Most manufacturers provide RS as standard. Lexus should provide a RS system that is free with the smart key and paid if one wishes to use a smartphone system. I plan to purchase a new car and will consider other makes due to this policy.

I own an '08 RX400 and am in search of a new car. I like my Lexus very much, but will consider another one when your design team regains its senses. The current models rank right up there with edsels. Hideous. New does not automatically mean better.

What a disappointment my LS460 F Sports brakes are. Two dealers have now seen the car with no answer for the squeeky brakes. They say there is no fix at this time. I was also told the car would need a brake job at 25,000 miles.

i skidded xmas eve on black ice and hit a guardrail at 25 MPH with my 2003 Lexus 300 ES sedan.. That Lexus really was solid and the inner fender sheet metal upports saved the engine compartment from being damaged as well as saving my body from injury as well..Its a very safe car and built like a Mercedes for half the price!

On Jan 1 my wife,granddaughter and I were traveling from Ontario to Vegas.My wife was driving she had the car on cruise control about 70 mph she stepped on the accelerater to pass a truck when she did the accelerater went straigtto the floor and stuck.Having been informed of what to do I told her to put the car in nuetral we got over cut off the engine we restarted the car it was running just fine.We were treated with nothing but skepticism the next week when we took the car for service.We were eventally told that the floormat had hardened and caused the accelerater to stick.You know I know and the person who told me this know this is a farce.All I want is some assurance this will not happen again.I feel less safe now than when I took the car in for service.

I own a 2007 Lexus RX 350. My wife hit a deer and we had to replace the headlight. I noticed moister/condensation inside the headlight so I contacted the Lexus dealer (Flow Lexus in Winston-Salem, NC). The “new’ headlight had been installed on the car for 54 weeks (2 weeks past the Lexus warranty period).

My wife took the car in to the shop so they could see the problem. The shop took pictures and said they would get back to us. After waiting 3 weeks without getting a response, I contacted the dealership. They said they remembered my wife coming in but would have to get back to us.

The following day Lexus offered a 50% discount on the new headlight since the headlight was out of warranty. When I asked the service manager if I could talk to someone else he gave me the 800 25-LEXUS phone number. Dealing with the folks at that number was a total waste of time.

When I mentioned to the 800# folks that the body shop mentioned that they had had issues with condensation in the headlight, she said "some parts are defective". So I asked do you not replace DEFECTIVE parts? She replied that she thought the 50% was a fair since the part is out of warranty.

I cannot believe Lexus is so cheap. I will never buy another Lexus. I could have bought a cheaper after market headlight for a lot less and probably gotten better quality. I know I would have gotten better service.

Apparently, Toyota/Lexus did not learn anything about standing behind their vehicles and parts when they had all the recalls during 2009 and 2010.

UNBELIEVABLE and VERY DISAPPOINTNIG – sorry customer service!
