Scheduled a ride??

We scheduled a ride and then tried to cancel the first morning of our vacation. It is not easy to cancel on the app and I was charged a $10 cancellation fee, because we had "scheduled the ride". We got an Lyft from the airport to our hotel and Michele was the best! Later on the same day-now we are on vacation- and went to the grocery to pick up a few things. We waited 1 hour and 10 min for a Lyft back to the hotel. Two drivers cancelled and we were waiting for the third to respond. After 9 min, I cancelled, downloaded the Uber app and they were there in 8 min. Only one ride out of three (five total drivers) performed well. Guess who is getting our business the rest of the week?
