Poor Quality, poor workmanship, poor attention to details, massive over spray problems, rear bumper guard, tire rims, muffler painted, passenger side door area received no paint, had to hide it with a red sharper pen. Also drilled a hole in my front bumper and tried to hide it by attaching my license plate back on incorrectly. License plate bracket gone. Customer Service department works for the franchises so I was told by Corp Maaco Warranty department.

We got an $1800 dollar paint job. Had a blister on the front of the car. Have areas on the drivers side of the car that are not from usual wear and tear that have paint coming off. 5 year warranty. Well, the crappy way they painted the car was disgusting! It wasn't worth $200! The painting and base coat were so totally lame it was pathetic. We had to rent a stinking car for a week before we could get our car back. There is no way I will ever go to Maaco again, and I will encourage anyone who wants to have their car painted at Maaco to avoid going thete. Just an FYI.... I am all over Social Media and I will make sure you never touch my vehicle again!

I got my car painted at Macao in Boise and it was dissappointing to say the least. They broke both of my back doors and failed to paint the wheel wall by my front wheel. They also assured me that they block sanded my car to reveal all the low spots but there are still plenty of low spots in my paint job

My car was recently painted by Maaco at 1220 N. Beckley Ave.,Lancaster,TX 75134.I was charged 1976.36;the car was not completely painted.I was not pleased,my car had not been vaccumed.The trunk storage was not put back neatly like it was when the car was brought in to be painted.Ros did not discuss when to wash car,to use soap or clear water.

Had truck and bumpers painted 12/2/13. Spent $1500.00. Now am told rust showing on bumpers not covered, be $150.00 to repaint. Really, are You kidding me? Never go back and I will spread the word!

i have had 6 vehicles painted by wolcott ct maaco. after the last one, the paint was extremey uneven and coverage was poor. they also cracked a window and wouldnt admit to it. so i decide to learn to paint. and i must admit im much better at all aspects than they are im now doing flames and painted graphics... Thank you Maaco

I have a 98 Jag Vanden Plas. I went to Maaco in Summerville, SC for an estimate to paint only the hood, trunk, and roof. The labor was 270 which is fine, 377.50 for parts and materials which is fine, and THEN an additional charge of 558.00 for SPOT PAINT! What the hell is that! There were no spots on those body sections to spot paint! The woman doing the estimate could not explain any of it and was a complete idiot to the point at not finding the right door to get back into her own building. BTW the car was British racing green, and she called it black while standing right next to it. How stupid and crooked. NBC Dateline really needs to do a segment on these Low Life.

Maaco sucks.
Maaco blows. 400 paint job loks lime my nephew pai te it with a mop. Stupid manager and half brained employees. Please lets all hope this company goes under. Stop screwing consumers. Please ban maaco from painting anymore cars. They suck

In January of 2012, I took my Mustang to Maaco to get painted & I was charged $2700 for a base & clear coat & was tol it would be ready in 3 days. Well it wasn't rady for 2 weeks. When I picked my car their was dust bunnies under the paint everywhere. Their response was if I got the platinum paint job it would've been wetsanded. They would'nt fix it so if you want a poor job & pay to much, take it to Maaco. All the rumors are true. Pissed off!!
