I bought a CX-9 a few weeks ago. It is the third CX-9 we have had in the last 10 years. So I have 1400 miles on the car and I am driving down a 5-6 land freeway in Phoenix. A truck ahead loses several wood items that cover each lane. Several cars and trucks had no choice but to motor on which I also did. I ran over some wood crate or whatever. Ruined my driver side back tire. Had to replace at more than $300 which I added road hazard protection for $35.00.

You guys should have covered my 4 tires on my new Mazda or at least gave me the chance to buy tire protection. Diappoints me. Whatever. As they say in Russia "tough

2016 Mazda CX5 and have owned it since last spring. Vehicle has 15,000 miles and has been in shop three times for squeeling and grinding brakes with no resolution. Dealership points finger at Mazda,as they are supposedly working on a solution for CX5's with this issue. Getting impatient with Mazda and may end up being my first and last Mazda.

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX 9 Signature and am ashamed to drive it. About 3 or 4 weeks ago I hit a small animal and tore the trim off the right rear wheel well. Seems Mazda can't get me replacement parts. $45,000 car and I am ashamed of it. Won't make this mistake again.

I have had two issues with my 2013 Mazda 3i, one concerning a driver's side window "buzz" if I did not keep base, treble and all other settings on radio/CD player at 0. Mastria Mazda of Raynham, MA said it was the door panel and they insulated around the driver's door speaker. Went back a second time to Mastria Mazda secondary to an overly loose driver's side window. Service Adviser very arrogant and rude to this 45-54 y.o. purchaser of this car; he said: "there's nothing wrong with window and that the significant "play" of the window is meant to allow window to open in case of freezing weather. I said I think it is due to inferior quality of some aspects of this Mazda. I have a second vehicle at home ( Toyota ) that has very little "play" (side to side). I also mentioned that the wheel covers are very flimsy and cheaply made; they have become sand blasted within 15,000 miles. I will not see this service adviser again, Jack the younger looking Jack, as there are 2 Jack's at this service dept. There are definitely quality issues c parts of this car, that might cause me to trade it for another brand an to not buy another Mazda. Inferior quality for this $20,000.00 2013 Mazda with only 15,000 miles on it. David.

I would never buy another Mazda--I am a person who never says never but the CX -7 engine issues (internal noise) is a big problem that they won't admit and cost the customer because of a bad design and/or materials used.

Same problem with 2 other vehicles in the shop and its not a recall?????????????????

The Navigation System Owners Manual that was furnished with my 2013 Mazda6 Grand Touring Sedan is lacking in readable graphics (that should support the instruction text).
The graphics are too small to be easily legible.
I speak from experience as a retired technical writer of instruction manuals for programmable controls.

This morning on my way to work my 2007 CX7 lost all it's power. I had it towed to Mazda of Oakland. My car being only six years old I did not expect to hear that the timing chain was broken and pistons were damaged and the engine replacement is an estimated $7k WHAT!!!! This is not an old car. Oh yes it's no longer under warranty after 70k miles. I have 95k miles. The trade in value of my car $50 dollars. A joke. A single mother, grad student and now car less! I've paid thousands of dollars in car payments. Had a diagnostic done a year ago when I got a new battery and there was no indication that the timing chain was faulty! And all I get from Mazda is $50 trade in. Unbelievable. I'm in tears.

I have a Mazda 2012 that spontaneously stalls while decelerating. It also stalls predictably on an incline. Mazda corporation has stated "the stalling on an incline is a characteristic of all CX-9 Models" and are not willing to fix it. They have informed me that stalling while decelerating in my car has not been able to be recreated by their tech so they are doing nothing about it. I have been in two near miss accidents. The car loses power steering and braking and the driver has little to no control when it stalls. Please watch this video of a brand new (loaner from the dealer while they looked at my 2012 CX-9) 2013 CX-9 (125 miles on it). This is the "characteristic" I am referring to, please advise future buyers of this very unsafe "characteristic". When it stalls in my driveway, I cannot brake "sharply" or effectively enough to stop the car from drifting into the road.

Thank you, Michelle Welborn

COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED

Allow me to start this by saying......I purchased a used vehicle on 2-28-2013. It came with a "100% parts and labor" warranty.

im continue by saying that the service I was provided by this group is totally unacceptable. Please read the rest of this before realizing what you may be getting into

I found 3 problems with my car, following the purchase. 1st off the power liftgate wasn't working.2nd the Microsoft sync was not responding, I asked about that at the dealership, and was told it probably needed a software update. 3rd the radio/climate controls stops working sometimes. I made multiple calls to the dealership over several days, (10 to be exact) I got no responses. I finally called the guy who sold me the car.....no response. the next day I called again. no response. then called the Operations director, I got a response pretty fast from him. at the same time I spoke with the salesman, who then scheduled me a service 6 days later. in that time I decided to take my car to my local Ford dealer and get the 2nd key made, which they refused to have made for me, and get the problems diagnosed. That Ford Dealer advised they could fix it all in about 2 days, no problems. when I took my car in for repair, they had someone look at it and advised they needed to send it out to their preferred Ford dealer for advising them on repairs. so that happened. I drove home a loaner car. I then called every day checking on my car like clock work. every day I was told the same thing, "your car is at University Ford being looked at, and we haven't heard anything yet. " this same thing was told to me every day from March 21st - 28th, when I personally drove after hours to look in their lot, and see if my car was there. GUESS what I FOUND on the night of the 28th????? MY CAR.....that had not been moved since I dropped it off. no mechanic matts in the floor.....it had appeared to not been touched. I was absolutely angry at that point. I sent an email to the Operations director that night, expressing that I was very unhappy about this. He replied to me the next morning, stating that the service had to be scheduled, and that everything is being done to put me back into my car. Well it did go the day of the 29th, and was returned, unrepaired. for the next week or so, I called everyday, just like clockwork checking on my car. I was told every day the same thing as before. University ford has the car, and they are waiting on the parts, so my car could be repaired. Now.....this has all been a month or so...I finally fed up....started making calls. University ford looked at my car on the 29th of March, and sent it back unrepaired, they had not seen the car since. my car mysteriously shows up on Saturday April 6th after hours at County Ford in Graham NC.. I know most of them there personally. I had already taken the car there before to be diagnosed. Now......if my car is supposed to be at university ford in Chapel Hill......waiting on parts.....how did it end up there? the service dept found the Keys in the drop box Monday morning so I am told by them. I received a phone call from county ford advising me of the repairs that Sport durst approved and the others they did not approve. I then attempted several times throughout the day in making contact with them in regards to the declines of repairs. No such luck. I received a call when Sport Durst personnel picked up my car, which is only about 2 miles from my home. I jumped in the car and caught up with them on the interstate. I followed them to Sport Durst dealership and waited for the call about my car. I waited only a few minutes and picked up my car with only one of the items repaired. I expressed my HUGE disappointment to the service staff in the office.
After all of this......I have sent out several emails to concerning persons at Sport Durst group, and have heard nothing in return. I even gave them an ample amount of time to authorize County Ford to finish repairing my vehicle under the 100% parts and labor package my vehicle came with. In my emails I made it perfectly clear that I was unhappy with this entire venture, and have heard nothing in return. I could have been happy with just getting my car repaired like it was supposed to be. Like the salesman told me it would be. Like the operations director told me it would be. But now 6 weeks later.....Im a completely unsatisfied customer. So....buyer beware.....watch out for the "rope a dope"......they got me. I know this deal could have gone so much better. I feel like I have been SPIT on by this dealerships service. Maybe I need a lawyer to help me.....THIS CAN CHANGE

My Mada 3 neo,at 25,000Ks has brake shudder which surprises me as as a previous '323', 07'3' and 09'2' were no trouble. Trying to get a reply to my request for causes, other than the b--dust given by the dealer ie. over-brking down a local, long hill, is waste of time. Will be looking for a different make next year!

I have a 2010 Mazda 5 with 23,200 miles which I owned for just under two years. I had a rear tire blow and brought the vehicle to the dealership. The tire was worn on the shoulder down to the steel belt, but the rest of the tread was fine. The dealer contacted Mazda but because I could not prove that I rotated the tires (I do them myself and I check tire pressure bi-weekly) and because I did not have an alignment done at 12 mos/12,000 miles I was not covered under warranty. This is completely unacceptable for a car that is less than two years old to have that kind of tire wear. I took the car in for an alignment to a third-party and was told that both rear cambers are out of spec but they cannot be adjusted once they leave the factory. I believe I purchased a defective vehicle, but Mazda will not replace it and it appears there is no fix to prevent it from happening again. The cost of the alignment and four tires was $582.00

Mazda ignores its customers

I own a CX-7 2007. Love its power, style, and handling in the snow. Hate the constant string of problems associated with it: bad tires (lasted less than 26,000 miles), bad breaks (the pads have slipped 2x in 68,000 miles, air conditioning failure (it smoked), ball bearings in the wheels that failed, and now a faulty VVT actuator and stretched timing belt (costing $1,000). I was lucky to find it before the engine blew. And the Mazda website has a space for customer service emails--but unfortunately it doesn't work either. There should have been recalls for at least some of these problems. I have no idea if I just paid to have the same faulty VVT part put in again. We also owned a 1990 Miata for 20 years. Was the greatest car. But Mazda seems clueless and about the CX-7--and apparently doesn't want to hear from customers.
