No coffee in room
Just arrived at Motel 6 in Klamath Falls,Oregon for a night. The rooms are small but clean but my complaint is that there is no in room coffee available. That will affect my choice on using Motel 6 again. Morning coffee is very important to me on my travels.

Great customer service
I stayed at the Motel 6 1623 E First St inSanta Ana. I renewed my stay a few times due to the great service from Casey, Yadira, Sandra and Melissa. They were all so accommodating. They were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you so much. I will definitely stay here in the future due to the hospitality these employees showed me.
