Terrible Customer Service!

I requested a copy of my policy 6 months ago and still have not received. Today I spent over an hour and am still on hold. I have been transferred 3X then dropped. The numbers on the website only have you sitting on hold. I would not recommend this company. My family will never collect if I die. I don't have a copy of the policy!
