VERY FRUSTRATED

Trying to reactivate a phone haven't used in three years, baught a 25$ prepaid card , ended up having to call customer service, was told needed a new sim card and that they would send me one, was suppose to arrive in 3-5 days, waited week and a half, called customer service again, the gal said i would get it the next day, didn't of course, waited another week or so, called again, the gal said it was mailed January 7 2015, never recieved it, anyway, she said we needed to completely start over, then my call was lost, called again, got a different person, she refused to let me talk to the person I was talking too, gave her the name even, I hung up, had already spent alot of time on hold, relaying same info over and over, still haven't got my phone working, phone card pin is scratched can't return it, will never deal with this company as soon as I get the word out, they are awful sick of this , customer service, what a joke

Net 10 awesome - I bought the wrong card

So I bought a $25 1000 min card but I previously loaded $50 unltd on my iPhone. This month I didn't have $50 so I thought I could just get a lesser amt. I heard that I wouldn't be able to use it though so I first called best buy to exchange it but was told its not refundable. It worked out for me cause Net 10 was able to credit me with the $25 at the unlimited plan but for half the month. So 15 days for $25 instead of 30 days for $50! I'm ecstatic cause I was hoping I wouldn't lose out on $25. And hoping not to race to the store to try for a refund (they did say if I came right away there was a chance they could try to reverse it)

Don't download or game or watch videos, basically don't use the internet. Your internet speeds are limited. It don't take much to use your data usage allowed. Unless you have the time to wait for downloading. It slows down worse than dial up service. Net 10 sucks a waste of money. Go with another phone service is my advice.

worst Company ever

I have been dealing with net10 for a few years. I hate to give exact time because I don't want people to think I'm stupid.

Basically I have the phone for emergencies
it's cheap 15.00 a month for 200 minutes that accumulate if i don't use them, currently 8032 because it wont work in my house and I'm not one to use the phone a lot. I really can't go into all the difficulties, I don't think there would be enough room. MY opinion, they have tried to take my minutes away, they have cut my air time. They will change your payment date without being informed they will keep you on the phone for hours,YOU CAN EXPECT THAT FOR SURE if you have a problem with your phone or service. you might as well call your neighbor who will probably have more info to give you than the net10 CSR, they stone wall ( can't answer your questions ) I have on one occasion written to the Florida AG, when they didn't give me my minutes I paid for ( I was successful in that endeavor. They don't want you to complain to the AG or BBB but they won't change their ways of horrible service I am presently trying to get a refund on my 8000 minutes of which I have been told they won't do, wish me luck. JUST A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT I"M SORRY I EVER GOT INVOLVED TO THIS POINT
As a matter of fact when I called I got the old push this button and that button
not only for various services but for other phone companies ( subsidiaries )
I guess they need other names in order to try and fool the people to think they are different companies. That's it for me I do have a life

Bad customer service

Net 10 is a bogus company with employees that have no people skills. They don't have current technology and when you are having trouble with service you have to speak with several
employees for several hours. I have had service with the comp for a few years and its been nothing but 1 disaster after another. This is not a prepaid service worth your Money or your time! You will spend plenty of both if you go Net 10!

Incompetent people apparently work here.

I wanted to switch my phone over from another service I was using and was told the phone I was using is compatible. So today when I woke up, my phone wasn't working and yesterday happened to be the last day of my contract for the other phone service I was using. I called Net10 to ask why my phone wasn't on and was then told my phone wasn't compatible after already purchasing a $50 plan....nonredfundable too by the way. So now I'm out $50 and I've lost my phone number. Thanks a lot! How about checking to see if a phone is compatible before telling a customer that there phone is turned on? That might help people in the future...INCOMPETENT JERKS!!!!

NET 10 is a rip off

I ried twice to order a phone through their website. The website continued to malfunction and kick me off. It charged my credit card twice for the same order. It gave me a receipt and confirmation. I never received an email confirmation though. I waited and waited for days for my OVERNIGHT product to clear/come through my email. Never came through. Tried to contact NET10, yeah right. WHAT A JOKE! Turns out the order was submitted, charged and then deleted out of the system...... TWICE!
Don't deal with NET10. I wasn't a customer for 3 days before their true colors started showing.

Screwed By Net10

This is OK voice service. I have had net10 for 2 years. I got a smartphone 1 year ago and my service went to crap. The truth is they do not want you to use data! If you do you will be toggled or cancelled! No one at net10 can tell you a data limit for your unlimited plan nor can they tell you how your usage violated these limits. They told me to just wait but couldent tell me what to wait for! They are stealing money from people and not telling them what is expected from them! Do yourself a favor and get a real provider! Net10 sucks and their liars!

Worst carrier ever

1. The 200min-for-15bucks plan is listed on both their website and the user's manual as a easy-minute plan, but when you go on to purchase it, the price goes up to 20 bucks, and they'll only give you a $5 discount if you enroll in their "monthly plan" (in which you authorize them to take money out of your credit card every month). This is purely deceiving.

So I ended up paying 10 cents per minute, which is way more than what I pay for calling to China.

2. It is stated in their FAQ page that the easy-minute plan can be canceled at any time with no fee. What they don't tell you is that the minutes you have purchased are not refundable.

3. They also don't tell you that texting (both sending AND RECEIVING) costs minutes. Normal phone text messages cost 1 minute each, and multi-media ones? Don't even think about going there.

4. Customer service is pretty useless, both on the phone and live chat.

5. It's a good thing that I did not get the "unlimited international plan" for $75 a month because apparently after you purchase that you have to buy another $10 "international card" in order to use it!

Staff bad english

When going to a new phone from net.10, i had to call for help from your net 10 company. Your staff, was a lady, dhe was very rude hollered at me. Her english was so poor,, i couldnt understand her at all. I am so upset i went to a net 20 10 phone...

Net10 is the WORST

first of all, if i could, i'd give them negative 5 stars.. I dont personally have them, but I work at a prepaid store. The first 2 months we launched with them was awesome. People loved the unlimited especially with iphones. Then came the changes. Internet cut to 1.5gb, international limited, and the worst part was customer service. They are uninformed, have terrible speaking skills, and repeat themselves over and over again. As an employee in the pre-paid services, I SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY. Go to H2O! Net10 is owned by America Movil, and so is Simple Mobile, Straight Talk, Page Plus, Tracfone.. These guys are lies and I suggest there should be a petition against these guys because they are using false advertisement and taking hard working peoples moneys. *IMPORTANT* If you would like to port out of Net20, use the sim card number starting with the "103..." or serial number as your account and then the pin is the LAST 8 digits of the SIM CARD. And lastly make sure the net10 is still active or else they wont let you out of their so called "No-Contract" service.. Goodluck to you all...

Customer service useless waste of time and money, rendering phone service same

I have been working for weeks (starting on 5/19/2013) to get my phone, a Net10 (company owned by TracPhone) LG900G, to be able to send images (it can take photos but you cannot send them although it will charge you for each attempt but will fail) with customer service. Over and over and over again I have to do the same steps, as if they have no record of what had passed before. I have spent between 50 and 100 dollars in minutes now trying to get this resolved (for which I am told I can only get reimbursed after the problem is fixed which it is not). I actually have two of the exact same phone (one for me and one for my son) which are LG900G and they both have exactly the same problem (and have have the problem since we got them). Finally they sent me a SIM card for one which did NOT fix the problem and yet they closed my ticket although it is unresolved (help desk ticket 1070211487). I have over 8 hours of phone time with them on this single issue. I have filed a better business bureau complaint over a week and a half ago (BBB case #90206603) and have yet to have any resolution or even movement on the issue. I cannot say enough about how bad this experience has been. And what is sad is that I had been a customer for years but now cannot say a single good thing about them. Update on 5/31/2013 I have yet to get any response from the better business bureau case contact named Shelly. She left a note on the BBB message site saying she tried to contact me once but there is nothing on the call logs of either my phone or my son's. I have attempted to call her every day this week during business hours and have sent a corresponding BBB message after each one.

WORST COMPANY OUT THERE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Have had them for 4 months, the suspended my data at under 1 gig and then when my next billing cycle began they kept the suspension active. so I paid $54.00 including taxes for talk/text with no data... they said the computer generates it they cant over ride it...
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE SAME COMPANY AS STRAIGHT TALK STAY AWAY!!!

Net10 Unlimited Phone Plans Aren't Unlimited! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS!

I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now and always had great things to say....UNTIL RECENTLY!
Every month I buy the $50 monthly unlimited plan and never once had an issue until January when I bought my zte merit z990. A week, maybe two after buying the phone and activating it, they killed my data completely! I had no idea they cut their data to 1.5gb and not once did I ever get any indicator that they had. (Im always calling to find out about updates etc) Nor did I ever receive notification that I exceeded the data limit or was close to exceeding it. Without notice they just shut it off.

I called customer to inquire as to why I had no internet let alone pic messaging and was spoken to. In all my years I have NEVER experienced anything like that. I let it go, and decided to call back to speak to a supervisor once I composed myself enough not to snap back. Upon calling, and calmly requesting to speak to the supervisor and or manager about the situation, I was assured that Net10 would turn my data back on. Never happened. So once again I found myself on the phone requesting to speak to the supervisor again, this time being told that the system would "magically repair itself" within 24 hours of replinishing my account with a new $50 unlimited service card. THAT WAS RIGHT AT 4 MONTHS AGO ABD THEY NEVER REPAIRED ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER! Last night I sent an email to their corp office asking how they can blatently steal our money by not providing all the services we pay for and to either fix the data, refund partial payment of the money I've spent over these past few months for services NOT rendered, or they could unlock my phone so I can go to another provider, Within 15 minutes I received a reply from them stating that they had only "reduced my data, I wouldn't be getting any refund and if I were to unlock my phone they would sue me for breech of contract!!!!

Net10 is a NO CONTRACT PAY AS YOU GO PHONE so how can I be sued for unlocking something I've bought and is now legally mine?

Futher more taking someones money for services then not providing them with those services is THEFT BY FRAUD and advertising something as UNLIMITED BUT LIMITING EVERYTHING IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! (Yes I've spoke to several attorneys on this matter & was informed we, as customers can file a class action lawsuit against Net10 for this)

So yea, NET10 steals money from their clients. They dont discriminate. They steal from everyone INCLUDING a single mom of 2 small kids, one of which is dusabled and dying. And if it makes them feel better to sue me for unlocking MY phone from their towers due to the crappy service and theft, then so be it......they can meet my attorney as well.

I WILL BE UNLOCKING MY PHONE ASAP AND TRANSFERING MY SERVICES BACK TO STRAIGHT TALK.

ALL IN ALL I SUGGEST THAT IF YOH VALUE YOUR MONEY AND WANT WHAT YOU PAU FOR THEN AVOID NET10 AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF CONSTANTLY!

Was good but then that quickly changed

I wanted out of the contract world and paying an arm and a leg for my cell phone service. So I chose Net10 I was happy with the service and price but then that changed fast. Service is now horrible and getting help from customer service is another story. I am now happy to say I found a company I really like. I pay only $49 for no contract unlimited talk, text, and 4G data. Unlike Net10 the data is capped at 4gb!! That's double or triple of Net10 and other carriers. If anyone is interested please let me know I will be glad to help.

Good for The Money

I have used Net10 services for over a year and never had any issues. I find Net10 phones less expensive than other top brands. I bought an Android for around $60 lately becase I wanted to upgrade and it works as good as the more epxensive ones. There is no contract or surprises. Cusotmer service answers fast when you do have issues. My only complaint is they don't give refunds on minutes.

i have net 10 for few yrs until they took my internet and when you call them they dont have the answear they tranferyou to stupid machine that doesnt give you any answears so try onother company!!

Use AT&T prepay

I had net10 for 6 months then switched back to AT&T. The phone was good and the service got good reception. Had no issue even when I was travelling from state to state. The real issue I had with them was the customer service. You get a person on the line that knows nothing about the product you are lucky if you can understand them! I will not pay for a company that cannot even hire tech/customer support that has the knowledge to help the customers. I will NEVER use them again unless they get better customer service.

Stay Away From Net10!

I only gave this 1 star because I had to. I wouldn't give Net10 any stars at all. This is THE worst no-contract phone carrier I have ever dealt with. Customer service is awful and they WILL scam you out of money. I have had three different phones with them and lost money with no help from customer service. Please do yourself a favor and get a contract phone. Or any phone except Net10.

They earned that 1.8 stars they have, i bet its even lower in another year.

I will be nice and give them a 2 for the pay as you go service being halfway decent.
The online support and easy minutes are terrible though. Stay away from those.
Just pay as you go and do not let your days expire, just hope you do not need the support.
God forbid you let them deduct money from your account though, they WILL charge you DAILY!!! For NO SERVICE!!!!!!!

Do you like the Internet on your phone turning off every few minutes when you are not on it? Do you like the service desk to state that the reason the Internet is off is due to you purchasing the phone in another zip code? Then this piece of garbage is your destination.

DON'T GET NET10

Net10 is the worst Prepaid Carrier EVER!
-Net10 does not have a 4 digit pin (Makes it impossible to port out your Number)
-Net10 is not unlimited internet any more (1.5 GB Data Now)
-Net10 $65.00 plan can not be utilized if you have you own phone (it used to but now they require you to use there phone in order to make international texts)
-If you do not pay your bill on time you need to power cycle your phone in order to have your phone working again
-If you do not pay your bill and your phone shuts off they will recycle your number!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if your 1 day late!
-The Customer service line will sometimes hang up on you if there to busy ( UNREACHABLE at TIMES)
-The Customer service reps are UNTRAINED! INCOMPETENT! and lack the capability to use there common sence!

Hello I Have two byo phone to net 10 I've had there sevice for there service for the past three months I had to say I thought it was a good deal for unlimited talk text and data

More unlimited data they sent me a text no more unlimited data its now limited to 1.5 so forget about streaming videos and downloading bigger app's net flix youtube they killed the whole experience of owning a Smart phone and still Selling unlimited plan cards today

I have not had no trouble with my net phone since I GOT it until to day but I am sure I will get get a good result or answer I got my net phone because I live by myself and having the phone is very important to me to be able to get a hold of my doctor and my family in a hurry I love my phone it makes me feel secure when I go out some where and I need to get a hold of some one for a ride I would not be with out it take it everywhere.

good phones,forget customer service

I switched from Straight Talk to Net 10 because the rates where comparable and I could buy minutes anywhere.
Two problems. First I had to change phone numbers. Net 10 could not port my phone number. I waited 10 days for them to do so and gave up. I told them to give me any number that they could activate without further delay.
Second, I upgraded phones and my new phone will not send or receive photos. After trying to solve this on the internet and by calling customer service,I have decided to stop recommending Net10. Just not worth the frustration.

Very Very bad... stay way, far way! This is the stupidest company (ok one of them) that i have ever dealt with! Calling one day after buying the wrong card, them telling me to buy another one and they will be glad to add them together. So i got to the store bought another card, for some reason they couldn't do it over the phone go figure. Call back 3 days later trying to add the 2 $25 cards to get the $50 unlimited one. Sorry but we cannot do this after 2 hours again; they did offer a refund, only if i had both the original receipts. i would have to mail them in and wait 30 days. so go back to the store buy a phone that i can use the $25 dollar cards on figure better use them, since i didn't have the receipts. Got home spent another few hours on the phone trying to get my number back and setting up the new phone. They wouldn't give me my number, o ok i transfer u to manger... from what they said, my old number would work when new phone becomes active, after 12 + hours i still have some BS number...
Time to contact FCC, BBB, and some Guy in a suit

Good coverage, Good phone, and Good price

I've had Sprint for the past 12 years, Sprint's coverage has went down hill in the past 4 years, I don't know why, and neither does Sprint. I paid Sprint over twice what I pay NET10, and with Sprint, I had 1500 shared minutes, with texting, and that's all. With NET10, I have Unlimited calling, Texting, and Data, ALL unlimited for $100.00, 2 phones. The last week before I cancelled Sprint, I had 2 dropped calls, I've been with NET10 for 4 months, with NO dropped calls. I got the LG Optimus Android phone for $59.00 on sale at BestBuy, and it works flawlessly. I am very pleased with NET10 ..... BTW, I'm a Truck Driver, and I'm in a different part of the country every day. No dropped calls so far. And my Dipatcher said "WHAT!! did you do to your phone, it sounds unreal"? And I told her "I dumped Sprint and went with NET10" 4 months llater, and she's still complimenting me about my phone. This review is "100 True" .... I can't comment on the Customer Service, I've never called it, the $50 cards are always available, had no problem getting them

this company makes it near impossible to find a cover for the phones they sell. You cannot hardy find the 50 unlimited card anywhere. they have this stupid service date which has nothing to do with anything. They are already 5 dollars higher a month than striaght talk and they top it off with a 3 dollar bogus tax when you try to buy the plan online. Can we say goodbye net10 and hello straighttalk sim card.

Absolutely awful service

I got a Net10 phone a few months ago and have had trouble with it since the beginning. I switched from Tracfone and was expecting the services to be similiar since I'd had no trouble with Tracfone. Boy, was I wrong! I couldn't get my number transferred from my old phone, instead, the service was shut down on both phones and I was left without communication. My voicemail box could not be set up. I was charged for minutes that didn't show up for a full month. My service was cancelled after my easy minutes plan failed to refill. I went to reactive my phone and paid for a new plan, which I have been charged for, but have not received. I've gotten no response from customer service, not even a confirmation e-mail, since this issue. Avoid Net10 at all costs. I've never encountered such an awful service before.

Service good customer service sucks

I have switched to the new Net10 Unlimited and so far happy with the service, it's nice using AT&T and T-mobile towers it works great in the country and city, much better service than one or the other, very pleased. Now, as far as customer service they are the absolute worse company that I have had to deal with, it took two days and several hours to set up monthly payments using the internet and talking to customer service reps that obviously do not know what they are doing and a so called floor supervisor which I got transferred to after one person named Walter said that he could not understand English, WOW, if you need help expect lousy service and expect to spend a looooooong time and repeating the same things over and over again and they still cannot get it right not to mention that after all of the repeating nothing was ever put into the computer. The supervisor was rude and it made me concerned about them having access to my personal information. I hope that I never have to call them again for anything. Again service is good customer service is awful.

I have had Net10 for years, but this last year my phone has had several error msgs and is eating the minutes but not delivering service, i try to text, minutes disappear then text drops and same with phone calls, i've been a loyal customer many years and they have never offered me anything, time to switch

BYOP service is a great deal!!!

I see some have had trouble with this company's equipment, but I have been using them for two months with great service, very little hassle, and by signing up for auto-pay and paying on line, I have a reduced rate of $45 a month for wireless service, including UNLIMITED EVERYTHING!

The customer service agents who helped set this up were quite helpful and expedient. I have to give this service high marks!

i love this phone!

i have a lg900g and i love it. i wouldnt trade it for any phone thats out there now. im a single mom and im tryin to raise $ kids all on my own. i was payin up to 100 dollars a month. that i really didnt have so i had to let my phone go. then i discovered net 10 . i pay 50 and have unlimited talk text and getting on the web. it aldo has a mp3 player built right in so all i need is my phone . i dont have to pack around 3 or 4 differnt things just to do things, if anyone was to call and ask me i would recommend hands own to switch to net 10. its so affordable that i got a phone for my 8 yyr old. i put 60 min on it everyone month , that way if he needs to get a hold of me or anyone in case of an emergency he can. i even got me and his dad and mamaw an auntie all on speed dial so all he has to do do is push a button. no trying to remember .

Terrible service

First they tried to cheat me out of 3000 minutes when I bought a new crummy phone from them while being a net10 customer upgrading my crummy phone. I had to contact the Florida atty general and file a complaint. Before contacting the atty general I spent hours and hours on the phone( mostly holding on and wasting minutes ) yes that's right they charge you for talking to customer service about their crummy service. The atty General of Florida got them on the ball and got them to transfer almost all of my minutes.

Now a year and a half later most of the time I can't make a call, says emergency calling only, that is if I get a signal ( some bars ) Net10 is now taking money from my checking account and NOT giving me air time or minutes for the money. When I call customer service they put you on hold and use up your minutes without resolution to your problem. I have never felt this kind of frustration in my life. I am stuck with 4068 minutes. I have the LG800GHL phone which is crap in my opinion. It locks in seconds. If you make a call and they want you to press 1 for english the phone locks before you can press 1. Most everything about Net10 is disgusting. Why there is NO class action suit is beyond me. If someone knows of a class action suit or wants to start one LETS DO IT NOW !!!

TO MAKE A LOOOONG STORY SHORT - I HAVE 2 NET 10 PHONES. I ADDED AN UNLIMITED CARD TO ONE PHONE AND 300 MINUTES 60 DAYS TO THE OTHER PHONE. RECEIVED MESSAGE THANK YOU FOR ADDING 300 MINUTES & 60 DAYS. THREE DAYS LATER I HAD 49,998 MINUTES AND 30 DAYS ON MY PHONE AND THEY DEACTIVATED MY UNLIMITED PHONE. HAVE SPENT OVER 12 HOURS ON PHONE AND HAVE TALKED TO 13 DIFFERENT PEOPLE INCLUDING 3 SUPERVISORS(?????). THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. WHEN I ADDED THE UNLIMITED CARD (WHICH I DID NOT) I LOST THE 3300, YES, 3300 MINUTES I HAD ACCUMULATED. MY TIME RUNS OUT IN 7 DAYS IN WHICH I WILL NO LONGER USE NET 10 SERVICES, BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT THIS BATTLE WITH NET 10. YOU PICKED THE WRONG PERSON TO MESS WITH!!!!! THIS IS NOT OVER YET. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU IF YOU STAY WITH NET 10, SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL BE EXPERIENCING WHAT ALL OF US HAVE EXPERIENCED - LOST MINUTES, LOST MONEY, HOURS OF FRUSTRATIONS, ETC. GET OUT NOW BEFORE THE PROBLEMS ARISE. USE YOUR MINUTES AND THEN CHUCK YOUR PHONE.

I got the lg optimus net from net10 for $80 it was cool at first but it would drop calls like crazy, I fixed the problem by getting the net10 samsung t404g less complicated phone but when it comes to calls way better.

Stay away from NET10

I purchased a Net10 Phone and prior to activating it I misplaced the sales receipt. I contacted Net10 to activate it and for some reason the store didn't scan to phone properly on purchase and therefore Net10 would not activate it. I contacted 1st, 2nd and 3rd level supervisor support (Nuri Crawford) all to no avail. He suggested I throw the phone in the garbage. Gotta love that for supervisor recommendations. He was in fact correct - the phone is GARBAGE. STAY AWAY FROM NET10. In this day and age they should have been able to see that the phone has never been activated. NET10 GET WITH THE TIMES!!!!!

Already Have Problems From Day 1

I just activated my phone yesterday and it was a nightmare! My phone number changed suddenly and their customer service was blaming me for telling them the wrong number, which was clearly shown on my phone. I had to tell others my phone number was changed, but their service still sucks like a manhole. Simple texts would take so long for others to receive and I gets their texts way later. I mostly use texts and it is crucial to get text promptly. I paid for 750 mins airtime and I already spend over 100 mins for nothing while testing texts back and forth on a phone with a customer service rep. She was a complete mean lady who was rude like some strangers on a street and had a big attitudes of she was right and I was wrong. I was stoned and humiliated badly enough to leave net10 even I still had a brand new phone and 644 mins of airtime. Don't waste your precious time dealing with those who steal money from you. I had nothing but a horrible experience using net10 service and their " technical support" team. I know I wasted my money, but it's better to switch a company who has a decent/ simple service. I have never left negative reviews for any cellphone companies except THIS. This is a complete joke. I would love to report and complain about their service is not fair.

Poor Customer Service!

Net10 "customer service" is nothing but a bunch of incompetent people with a thick foreign accent that you can barely understand,much less get a problem resolved through them. They plainly tell you on their products and in their advertisements that you can keep your same phone number if you buy a new phone. All you have to do is transfer your existing number to your new Net10 phone. Sounds simple enough,right? WRONG!!!! When I purchased a new Net10 phone and requested to keep my same number,I must've went through 5 different people,the last one being a supposed "supervisor." Well,to make a very long,complicated story as short as possible,let me just say that I was mailed 4 different Sim cards,and each time I'd call to have the number transferred (after receiving each Sim card in the mail)I was told I needed yet ANOTHER Sim card! Well,after four times of this bull crap I finally requested to speak to the "head honcho" over there,whoever that may have been. Lo and behold,the "supervisor" had an even thicker foreign accent that was more difficult to understand than the previous people I'd spoken to. Guess what? After I explained this whole mess as plainly and slowly as I could so that this "supervisor" could halfway understand me,I was told AGAIN that I needed ANOTHER Sim card! I finally just yelled at the "supervisor" and told her to forget it,that I'd just keep the number that was given to the new phone. Never have I EVER dealt with a company that had representatives so incapable of handling issues. I think there's a big communication barrier there that had alot to do with the whole mess. I feel like this,if you're going to hire people to deal with English-speaking customers,then at least try to make darn sure those people can clearly understand and SPEAK English CLEARLY enough so that they in turn can be understood! I DO NOT recommend Net10 AT ALL!! Steer clear!!

I have only had my net 10 phone for about a month and they have messed up my phone already...i just recently paid my phone bill and they have deactivated my phone and my sims card without my permission the also changed my friends phone number without her permission then i call them and ask them why they did it and they could not give me an explanation which i don't think is fair as soon as i get the chance i am going to change my phone company back to straight talk they then tell me that it will take them 3 to 7 business days to get a new sims card to me which i find to be so stupid they can turn my phone of within a matter of minutes but it takes them days to send a sims card to me i would not request this company to anyone

Bes net10 phone is not most expensive by far

I really enjoy thpredictability of net 10. Customer serv wait time bad, also whats with the buisness hours shud be 24/7 . Best phone by FAR LG lg900ghl Bought 2 diff upgrades pricier 1s hated them file compatability, file management ect.not to mention the flip u cud not see in slightest sun ligh all bad. The 900 ghj, It has huge screen, compatable no reject downloads like the samsung, brite at day ectt,,,,

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE

Do NOT order through their online store. NET 10 took my money, then demanded a signature for delivery. After 3 days, when I wasn't home because I was working, they had the phones shipped back to them. Now over 150 days later I have yet to recieve my $218 refund. You never speak to anyone in america. And you are tosseed around from person to person. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beware, they are THIEVES and WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Amazingly they know how to charge whatever they want to your account and take your money. But not a single person there is smart enough to figure out how to process a refund. All they say is "yes i will speak to upper managment" but yet upper managment is never willing to get on the phone with u. They are a scam, and I will be posting this review to warn other people of their unethical business practices anywhere I possibly can. Please help spread the word... NET 10 needs to be held accountable for their actions. HELP BOYCOT NET10

Transfer minutes from damaged phone to a working phone.

One Net10 phone died in the washing machine. Customer support wanted to know how many minutes were left on the dead device. I provided my best guess and was told that another department would be contacted to confirm the accuracy of my guess!??! There is no way to know the "minutes balance on the web site.

I bought a net10 phone at WALMART,a motorola w408 flip phone. I have had the phone for two months. One day it works, next day it does not, I called for custermer service several times to get help. each time they would check a few things and say its ok.NO IT WAS NOT!bought a 300 min. card but the phone still does not work. the customer service shucks!!!!! I waited an Hour and 30 mins to talk to a Representative they never answered the call... reason for the call was I purchased the phone not even two weeks ago for my daughters birthday.. and we cant even turn on the phone without a collection agency calling for another person that had this number before us, which uses your Mins. if u answer the phone.. my call was to get the number changed.. but seeing they will not answer the phone I suppose I will take this crap of a phone back..
Oh and the online support.. they have on their website they want u to pay $38.00 for! lol what a awesome company NOT !!!

The phone service is OK.. Customer service is the worst. Got the Easy minutes plan and the exp date is not getting updated. Hate to lose 9000 minutes but this phone is going. Most horrible customer service ever.

I plan to contact the FCC, FTC and the BBB in your state about the poor coverage and service you provide. Selling on the basis you cover my area and reality is that you don't I have a friend who has been unsuccessfully trying to get her new net10 phone activated 7 days later customer service and tech support have been unable to resolve the issue..I say it's time for a class action lawsuit. I will always badmout you products
