MISTREATED CUSTOMER...?????

On December 1, 2013 I could not remember my password to the online account system so I called to get asstistance and would you believe the my card was placed on lock. Yes, I was actually locked out of the account by a supervisor who because I felt she did not help me and I requested additional help placed my account on review status, locked my card, I could not load and pay bills, and possibly altered my email account address I loaded into the system. WOW!!!!!
