Expensive but long-lasting
I have two North Face jackets and I love them both. They keep me warm and are pretty cute. The only problem that I have with them is that if it is windy, I have to put on a hoodie underneath it or the cold will come through the jacket. I'm sure there are heavier coats from North Face, but this is just what I have seen with mine. I have had mine for 4+ years and they show no sign of wear or piling. Great jackets!

So I bought The North Face Shellista lace boots before christmas. This is my second week whereing them and i keep thinking i'm going to break them in. The back part where the leather is at it bends funny so it rubs the back of my ankle and it hurts. Well today walking to work it rubbed so much it peeled my skin off and made me bleed. These boots really suck. I just wanted comfortable warm cute boots. I thought if i spent the money on some good brands i wouldn't have a problem. Well i was so wrong. Maybe i should have dished out more money for some UGG's. :-{

Expensive, but you get your money's worth.
While I rarely buy Northface clothing due to the steep prices, when I do, I don't have any problems with the gear. They last for quite some time.

Love the Jackets!
My fiance and I are both fans of the famous Northface jackets. They are so very comfortable and they last a really long time.

Quality Gear. High End Price-wise
North Face gear is usually pretty good quality and built to last. You pay for this though, as thier stuff tends to be pricey. For gear this may be worth it, but their casual clothing line usually is not.

hello
my name is Ron Paska & I aquired one of your products in Israel a vest model thats calles Jenesis gray colour about 5-6 months ago.
i was very surprised the the zipper went out as I zippes it up.
Further I was insulted by the store manager in Israel - your authorised dealer - names Yaniv that told me that it would be one monthe to amend it & that he is not sure its under warranty.
I was under the inpression that your products are of the highest standarts & that these sort of faults does not happen with them.
