To whom it may concern: Thank you Oakley! You not only have the best sunglasses, but you also helped me to save my sight! I was in an Industrial accident on Oct 5, 2012. I was on top of a tar tanker, which was under pressure. The force blew me 20 feet through the air. I landed on my feet, resulting in a shattered right ankle, and a broken left ankle. I am unable to weight bear, and will hopefully do so in the New Year. I was wearing my Oakley Sunglasses at the time. This resulted in them getting ruined with hot tar. In the ambulance, the medics had to remove a few pieces of tar from my eyes, but it was the Oakley's that saved my sight that day. I am sure glad that I was wearing them. Thank you for an excellent project!

Bought a pair of Minute 2 (black polarized lense) as a replacement for my relatively problem free origina Minute in 2010. After just about one year i noticed both the frame and the perimeter of the lense started peeling - just a little. I was busy and did not take it back to the HK office (and the main lense middle was fine) - but then it deteriorated within months to the middle of the lense and really cannot use it anymore. Very disappointed as by this time the warrantee was over and it would have cost me about 50% of the purchase price just to replace the lense even though I argued it was defective!!! I had my original Minute before for nearly 3 years with none of this problem (but I dropped in in the ocean during a sailing race - as i did the previous pair of Minute as well which i owned and had no problems for at least 2-3 years even before that - cir 2004)... I care for the Oakleys very well (I own 3 pairs for different use) washing them with mild soap eafter each outdoors wear. I think they are just not manufacturing them to the same quallity standard anymore so beware for small defects within the first year (still under warrantee). Will explore other brands for real outdooor use

Spendy, but good quality
Oakley glasses are expensive, but they are worth it if you use your glasses a lot. They are well built and make it much easier to see in sunlight especially if you get them at a genuine Oakley store. I have had nothing but good experiences with Oakley.

Parts for Oakley transistor Glasses
NO help from my local dealer & no help from Oakley trying to get my Oakley transistor prescription glasses repaired. Don't buy these frames they broke after 1 year 3months. Oakley said they don't sell parts even though it would take 1 minute for me to fix with one simple part,they don't care! And would rather sell me new frames. They just lost a good customer. Evne my local Oakley reps don't want to be bothered.With allthese people out of work you would think customer service would be at it's best...Not Oakley!

good day to all,, i would like to share about my experience at oakley sunglasses.. i was staying and working at dubai u.a.e,, i buy oakley sunglasses from paris gallery at burjuman center in dubai 1 year ago... from the first 1 week im using that sunglasses i found out that something happen with the lens of myy sunglasses.. it fade!!! and i boughht it 1,300dhs... i make a complain about it,,, and the store decided to change my sunglasses... and now the same thing happen,,, my oakley sunglasses lens fade and at the same time it look like a plastic that stick only at the glass,, can you please do something about it.,... coz that sunglasses was very expensive...
