I bought a pair of shoes not that long ago and I recently stepped in a puddle and they broke. I had the exact same pair right before I got these ones and they lasted me 2 years. I mean the old navy on them isn't wore off at all. I'm not happy.

I have a complaint about your suppose to be coupon. For Christmas We were offered $30 super cash if We spend $75. Now it's time to redeem it and We have to spend $75 more to get the $30 off. This is such a Rip off!!! We have to spend $75 to get and use the coupon??? Â What since does that make.I don't believe that you would do This to your customers!

The snooty dressing room girl
The store was crowded and understaffed. I waited for a dressing room for about twenty minutes. Then the attendant was rushing me through and making me feel like I was a unwelcome guest in her area.

uNIFORM PANTS
I purchased (5) pairs of pants, uniform Khaki's for my daughter, very happy, size 10Plus, tru to size, I did not have to get her a belt or have them size to her waist measurements, they wash very well, they did not shrink, and needed no ironing, I recomend them to busy parents.

Overworked Employees
I worked for a distributor that sold merchandise to Old Navy so I was basically working with their employees as my peers. They worked very long and bizarre hours - some were there at 2 am, others at 5 am, and didn't get off until their jobs were done. Every morning, they had boxes upon boxes of merchandise that had to be put away before the store opened, making some employees work very early and very hard. They were of course underpaid because it is a retail job, which made me sad because of how hard everyone worked.As for Old Navy's merchandise, I wouldn't say it is the best. The clothes are cheaply made but overpriced. The sizes are all over the place so a size in one garment is totally different than the same size in another. I found myself trying on many different sizes, and none of them fit me well. I definitely find better clothes elsewhere.
