I have to be honest I only go to Olive Garden for my wife and I don't like going because your draft beer is crazy and price everywhere else 250 draft three on the high side and that your organization you want close to 6 bucks it's ridiculous

This comment applies to my visit to Olive Garden in Wentzville, Mo. First I will say I am ecstatic that the menu is offering vegetable (zucchini/squash) noodles! My family does not eat grains of any type so we have not eaten at Olive Garden for about one year. I wanted the Chicken Carbonara only with the pasta switched to the vegetable noodles (no wheat noodles just the vegetables). This was politely done for me in Decatur, Ill. but NOT at the Wentzville location. I was told that I would have to be charged full price for both the vegetable noodle scampi and the Chicken Carbonara. This greatly limits our menu choices when it is such a simple switch that previously occurred at another Olive Garden with no problem at all. I would like to suggest that the pasta dishes would be offered with the vegetable noodles instead as an option at all locations. Sadly, we will not be returning to an Olive Garden soon if there is only one option for the vegetable noodles.

Went to Olive Garden Sunday 2-11-2018 with my husband and two grandkids we all order Cheese Ravioli and was very dis please with them . They were tough and very little cheese in them I always get Raviioli and this time they were different my grand kids would not eat them needless to say. that burnt me for a while on Olive Garden but we were unhappy with the food this time I don't know what they did but it was different.

I have been dinning at Olive Garden for years, Probably in excess of 100 meals. I need to tell you that I have enjoyed every morsel of food put before me.Sometimes I go once a week.
However I must insist you tell me one of your secrets. What do you do to the salads? Without a doubt it s the FRESHEST when compared to any restaurant anywhere! You must have some special process to be able to consistently serve such high quality salads.... so good. Keep up whatever you do what you ..

Tonight me and my family had the worst dining experience ever at the Texarkana Texas Olive Garden. First, it took ten minutes for a server to arrive after we were seated. Second, my spaghetti had something in it that resembled human skin. Third, the server dropped a tray of drinks on our table which in return soaked my lap. This experience was a total nightmare.

The forgetful waiter
My Husband took my sister and I to Olive Garden to celebrate our BIRTHDAYS. I told the waiter twice that it was our BIRTHDAYS. He then said not to worry he would make sure when our deserts were brought out they would sing their BIRTHDAY song to us.Okay, so he then brought us a sample of the wine which we each had a sample.We then had a glass each and then we bought a bottle which we paid 33.00 dollars for. He forgot the bottle, kept forgetting the bottle until he saw my serious face then said oh. He then brought the bottle which we enjoyed. we didn't finish our meal so he brought only one bag, later on when i called for him he brought a second bag. He forgot my Husbands cheese cake and went back to get it. My Husband finished his cheesecake, My sister finished hers and a was almost done with mine.He gave us the bill 215.54 Which my Husband paid in cash.I told him i was disappointed that no one sang to us. It would have made our day. He said sorry took the money and never gave us a receipt.He brought us some chocolate which to e was not the same. I told my sister to take it home.We will never go back to Olive Garden again. And we will tell all our friends and family our experience. We had choices Red Lobster,Dave and Busters, Chillis,sizzlers, Unos but we chose Olive Garden.Never again.

My husband and I visited your Hickory NC location on Sunday November 20, 2016 at around 8:30pm. We ordered Sweet Tea as we do not really drink soda. We were told by our waitress Chyna that the Sweet Tea had been poured out. She said that this is a normal occurrence. This being the south it seems ignorant, since they didn't close for another hour. I ordered a water and later on got an unsweet Tea and tried to sweeten it but only took one sip because I couldn't get it to sweeten. This was charged to our bill and where as the waitress was nice, this ruined the only night we have been able to go on a date in long time as my husband has been fighting wildfires for the last 2 weeks. I am not happy with this restaurant as we do normally enjoy eating out at Olive Garden in a different location.

I love Olive Garden, however am so disappointed in the coffee that it prompted me to write a comment to corporate. The coffee is always barely warm. I've even asked the Waite staff to microwave it for me but they say they can't. Coffee should be hot (especially in Wyoming where it can be very cold outside). It's so disappointing, that I never order dessert. I really enjoy hot coffee. Many others share my thoughts.

Hello. My husband and I love eating out, especially me, as I worked & raised family & cooked at home for decades. I AM NEVER CRITICAL -- HONESTLY. But for the first time I'm leaving a critique...as I feel this may "help" Olive Garden. (Downingtown PA location) I ordered the Chicken Marsala (thinking of my one experience with this at Cheesecake Factory -- it was so delicious) Oh my, what a TOTAL LETDOWN! Instead of a beautiful wine rendered mushroom sauce (Cheesecake Factory), Olive Garden's was gloppy sauce, 99% being cornstarch. TOO MUCH CORNSTARCH. I'm a cook -- I do recognize cornstarch. The sauce literally "held onto the fork" it was so thick!!! So disappointing for $15.00 A poor sauce imitation -- gloppy & thick. Even though I'm a size 4, and I absolutely gobble up *ALL* restaurant meals (in appreciation for "eating out") but I couldn't eat this. It simply was not worth the calories. Thanks for reading. I genuinely think if your Chicken Marsala is cooked like this in all your restaurants, then please please please pleasereconsider a recipe change. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! ABSOLUTELY! I Wrote To You Before About The Awful Chicken Scampi Dish I Took Out (with My Other Items) Angel Hair Pasta Stuck Together, Scampi Sauce Wayyyy To Salty, And Hunks Of Chicken Tossed In (which Was Not Appealing) Anyway I Have Been Eating At Og For More Years Than I Can Count.. Never A Complaint, But Now Things Are Changing!! #1 I Am A Senior, On A Fixed Income, Was There To Get My Take Out On Monday 2/15/2016. I Ordered Chicken Scampi (among Other Items) Awful, Awful!!!! Angel Hair Pasta Sticky And Gummy, Scampi Sauce Was Tooooo Salty And Tasted Awful, Chicken Looked Like It Was Thrown In In Large Hunks, Instead Of Cut In Pieces.... Terrible, Terrible, What A Waste Of $--- I Am Very Dissapointed, So I Thought I Would Let You Know This
