Do buy onkyo products. If you do save your receipt for 2 years. There is known issue with there hdmi board.

ONKYO Singapore Sucks
I am writing this to let you know my frustration with Onkyo service and support for Singapore Region - HWEESENG (ELECTRONICS) PTE LTD [GST M200389271).I bought the HTS-3300 from audio house PTE LTD in Singapore on 12/12/2010.
As my onkyo receiver has got some problem I contacted HWEESENG (ELECTRONICS) PTE LTD for service. And they helped me arrange for pick up on 30/06/2012. After 2 weeks later, they have claimed that the problem has been solved. But some how at the point of the testing on delivery, the same problem has been found and took back the receiver. And after on e month later, they said the problem was solved again, but exact same problem has been found and took back the receiver for the second time. And for the third time after the receiver has been delivered, the same problem occurred again. It's not only once, nor twice. It's the third time and th e problem hasn't been solved yet. It's too much waste of my time and theirs too. I am very very frustrated with the service provided by this HWEESENG (ELECTRONICS) PTE LTD and I have no faith on this company. If onkyo really wants to stand for its name, i think they should change this third party Company which has no skill to solve the problem of the Onkyo receivers. And until now the problem has not been solved yet and two months has been passed. I think they are doing this deliberately coz after the warranty period is over they can claimed the service fees.
But i m sure i won't suggest this Onkyo for any of my friends nor I won't use the onkyo products in the future anymore. Enough is enough.
Onkyo singapore service sucks!
