The lowest grade of Indian Customer Service.
Customer Service used to be good, since switching to India it's horrible. Most reps barely speak English, finding one that you can understand, or who understands you is a major battle. Ask for a different rep, get put on hold till you give up. Most simply have very little PagePlus training and can't give a real answer, instead they'll read stock responses from a paper that are irrelevant to your issue. They WILL NOT give out any way to reach any English-speaking, knowledgeable help. Only redeeming feature is $80 one-year plan, otherwise nothing.

I love Page Plus!! I have had this service for 5 years, and have been to several states without any problems. There are times when customer service call volumes are up, but I have always had great service with polite representatives willing to help. I recommend Page Plus all the time!

Total incompetence. Rating: -5
I have used Page Plus for 13-14 years. Thankfully, I rarely need to call them. But they win my "Absolute Worst customer Service Award" every year, hands down. Not only will they falsely advertise products/prices on their website, when you call in to make a purchase, they try to sell you the product for much more than what is being advertised for. This is illegal, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Then, as an added slap in the face, they will blatantly lie to you and tell you that you are being sent to a "supervisor" when in reality, you are just being transferred back into the general queue.
