Warm grain bowls are a 15 on a scale of 10. Over the top. Good to see a corperation trying to do the right thing, health wise.

Panera has gone way down hill
They advertise 6.99 fresh bagel Tuesdays, But they charge 8.99 and do not include the cream cheese in addition the Bagels were cold like they had been in storage. So the Tuesday deal is not a deal and the bagels are hard

I have been a long time customer ever since the store opened in Jefferson city Mo. At time twice daily. However over the past 3 months the ICE TEA has continued to become more and more undrinkable. I have talked to the store managers and the GM. The tea taste like to has been stored in a Rubbermaid container all night. Your sign says FRESH and NATURAL not STORED IN RUBBERMAID OVERNIGHT. Would you think about saving coffee at the end of the night in a Rubbermaid container to serve the next day, What about Milk would it be stored over night in a Rubbermaid container. Perhaps all of your drinks are stored nightly in a cooler in a Rubbermaid container. Is that FRESH and NATURAL.

We bought a chicken noodle soup and bread bowl. We also bought a tomato soup , both to GO. Why is the Chicken noodle soup barely fill the bread bowl? It is a midget container compared to my tomato soup. My daughter also did not get more than three noodles and is still hungry and so now I am complaining. WHY would you offer bread bowl and soup BUT NIT ENOUGH soup to fill the bread bowl?
We have not been to Panera for a long time. I called and asked store manager to see if this is a mistake, and they said they always serve a little tiny cup, but I do know when we eat it in your restaurant , it is filled to the top. I want a refund of $17. I even rounded up for charity . Ugh Makes me sad, and so next time we will order a larger soup or two noodle soups and will have to see if there is any noodles too.

Went to North Olmstead Ohio Panera the other morning and Oh No. Counter person was wiping the food area with dirty towel and then attempted to touch the food with the same gloves. All Panera breads need to Focus on providing Safe food handling and proper training of employees, including managers..

I love Panera Bread but the past 3 times I have been to my neighborhood Panera they have been out of something i wanted. Today it was the french baguette. How can you be out of one of your staple items. And it 1:30 in the afternoon not kate at night where running out if something may be more understood. Bread is in your name for heaven sakes. It is very frustrating. And the people here don't seem to care or try to compensate.

I love panera but visit panera while I was traveling stop in lake city , Fl to drive through , got my order in a timely manner
, the spinach soufflé was a little bit burnt,and the egg white sdw was to hard for some reason, anyway I still love your food I will come back . Just to let you know . From Orlando.

I know you get bad reviews but I wanted you to know I was so Impressed while eating at your Liberty, Missouri location today. The manager whose name is Kellan was helping with orders, making drinks, changing out coffee and cleaning tables. He worked harder than any manager that I have seen there before. Lunch at Panera Cafe 0957 was disappointing today. My friend and I sent our bowls of baked potato soup back. The potatoes were crunchy. The BLT Roast Turkey Avocado sandwich didn't meet Panera standards. It had 1 small piece of turkey, 1 piece of bacon, avocado was mashed, not sliced, the lettuce and tomato weren't fresh, and one slice of the bread had a small amount of dressing, other slice was dry.

Been buying gift cards/eating at Panera. Toledo Central store, ordered small rye with caraway. Was old, last time way same as large loafer. They never told me. Thought I wouldn't notice. Think they called it Meach. Have you stopped making it?

I was not impressed with the steak and cheese sandwich . My steak was raw and I like mine done . I was told they cook it to a certain temp . So I think I will stay with Subway . Much better sandwiches and prices are alot more affordable at Subway .

Last Friday evening I picked up a cinnamon streusel cake from the Wentzville (MO) store. I have purchased the cake several times before. Not so pleased this time. It lacked.moistness and taste. It was either over baked or "fresh from the freezer".

Broccoli and cheese soup
I have bought broccoli and cheese soup from SAMs a few times! The last time I bought the soup it was extremely runny!! It tasted very watered down!!! That is my favorite soup but will not pay for a product that has been watered down so they can fill more containers to make more money !!!

Recently we went to our favorite place for the lunch 7.99 2 item special. It ended up costing double that so now we have to frequent Marie Callendars or Mimi's for lunch. Panera Bread has priced themselves out of our budget. And, we were going there at least twice a week. When you are a senior, we frequent restaurants who are within our budget.
Panera Bread the one restaurant we referred friends to but can't do that until the prices for lunch become competitive again.
Let me know when Panera Bread is fairly priced again and we will be the first in line. All you need to do is serve smaller portions for Seniors!

The best cafe-style restaurant chain!
You can find cheaper food elsewhere but rarely at the same quality. Not expensive, and tipping is not at all required. Get a reward card for even a better deal. Service is always cheerful and friendly, and excellent overall. Mistakes sometimes occur, but are readily corrected.
