Overcharged
The clerk tried to rip me off as if I aren't paying attention to the invoice charged my card then gave me the print out and old me that I would be reimbursed for the overcharge when I returned the car then told me to call corporate because the manager wasn't in after I inquired....I was told a manager stays on the site tl 4 p.m.....at this was at 1233...so sad...I wonder why they can take your money so fast but when you're not satisfied with the service it's takes forever to get the money back...the clerk was nasty...she walked away from the counter without saying anything to me in regards to over charging me for at least 12 minutes and there were at least 10 people in line behind me waiting to get service as well....never again will I rent from PAyless car rental.... Poor customer service all around.

DON'T RENT FROM PAYLESS... I rented a car from 3/26 at 11:00 p.m. to 4/6. I called to say that i would be coming in a few hours later on March 27. The person that I spoke with said that rebooking would go up from $217.08 to $435.00 (FOR 6 LESS HOURS OF HAVING A RENTAL CAR). The manager in Orlando tried to compare it to changing a flight reservation.NOT BUYING IT. I have paid for the car, I am picking up the car and will just have it for 8 less hours. NOT LONGER, NOT A WHOLE NEW RESERVATION, JUST GOING TO LET IT SIT IN THE GARAGE, WHILE I PAY FOR IT, FOR A FEW HOURS LONGER THAN I THOUGHT. Horrible service, bad customer service and no resolution offered except pay twice as much for 6 less hours - UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!
