Every Time We Go To The La Quinta Ca Store To Buy Iams Wet Food Ground Chicken Or Beef They Never Or Hardly Ever Have The Product. They Always Have A Lot In Gravy But Thats Not We Want. We Live In La Quinta But Will Have To Try The Palm Desert Store To See If Any Better Or Try Another Store

My pet had grooming at Surfside SC store. She ended up with no fur between her eyes and skin loss. The cut was terrible-she looked like another breed. She went for a Yorkie cut and came out a shnauzer. I would never use them-grooming factory

While traveling to watch my granddaughter in my son's condo I had to kennel my dog and opted to use the Petsmart Pet Hotel. I was very dissatisfied from the onset and removed him from their facility as soon as I was able to make alternate arrangements at a "real" kennel. Here are my critique:
1) The pets have to relieve themselves on a concrete floor, which is messy.
2) The pets have no access to the outdoors. All activities are indoors with little room to run.
3) Since I was in the area I thought to take my dog out for exercise, but Pet Hotel policy requires that the pet be checked out, with bill paid, and then be checked back in, I could, however, use their play facility, which I did do and discovered my objections stated in 1) and 2).
4) I had packaged up my dogs meals, which included fish oil and glucosimine supplements for his arthritis. However they insisted, per their policies, that they must remove the supplements unless I provided the original container and a veterinarian's prescription. That was not possible since I had never received anything in writing from the vet.
I have used several kennels and this one is by far the worst. My recommendation is to find an established kennel with facilities and policies conducive to the pets well-being.

Grooming
I often go to Petsmart in Harvey, LA to have my dogs nails trimmed & most of the time I (& my dogs) have a good experience but sometimes I go there & this 1 groomer (I believe her name is Kimberly) is constantly having problems with the dogs on her table & appears to be frustrated. She also is trying to talk over the other employees when they are answering my questions, it appears she is trying to be the center of attention which would be ok if she knew what she was saying but she doesn't seem to have too much knowledge and is always trying to flirt with me, I don't know if she is like that with all the male customers but she should zip up her shirt and act more professional

Good selection
My local petsmart has a great selection of products and friendly associates. The associates do not wander around the store or ask you if you need help, but if you ask them for help they are more than willing to help you. I also love the pet friendly policy and the fact that my animals can come in with me.

Petsmart has a large variety of products and services to offer. It has reasonable prices, depending on what you are buying. They also in some location offer kennel services (even for cats!) which can be convenientAnonymous-24724.... March 26th, 2011
Don't get fish from here.. They all are sick in some way. Especially if u already have fish in your pond of tank. I've gotten fish from here three separate times.. Like a sucker I thought they may have gotten better at getting healthy fish.. They all have ICK. It takes over the body of the fish leaving them not to eat.. Small white spots.. Took two days before I realized it whipped out 60 koi fish out of my pond. I was only able to rescue 3 fish with the ICK treatment that petsmart associate suggested.
