Worst customer service EVER
Plan on losing 1/2 a day at least trying to get PB to assist in anything, including a simple profile change. I want to tear my hair out every time I have to contact them

More of the same..take your money and cannot contact them
I've been trying for over a month to close my business account with PB. They just ignore my calls and faxes. I filled out their online "begging" form to get back my money from the Postage Reserve Acct ($250) and all of a sudden I see that they STOLE $1000 out of my checking account!! When I called and asked Mario how and why they did that, he said I had requested it on my contract when my funds got low. I explained they got low because I requested a close out of the account! He said he would fill out a form requesting my refund but that he ahd to fax it to me for my signature (begging for my own money) and it would take 10 business days to get my check. He sent me over to Customer NO-Service where I spoke to Nicole, after asking for a manager. I explained that a month ago I requested a copy of my signed contract, which never came (surprise!)in which she says, I gave ok to debit my account. She said she would email it "right away" to me. I got her email, but it was someone else's contract she sent me!! The call back number she provided with her direct extension, was the phone number for Flowers USA! They obviously don't have any intention of providing to me my contract or even helping me to close my account without paying out my contract term. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY-THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES! ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T ACCEPT ZEROAnonymous-25609.... March 31st, 2011
Awful!! Won't refund our left over money after we cancelled. They must make a fortune ignoring returning unused monies. They promise and never deliver. We have been waiting for over a year!!!!

I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A COMPANY WHO WAS MORE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN SATISFACTION FROM THAN P.B.
I WANT TO WRITE A LETTER RE: MY ISSUES TO MR. MURRAY D. MARTIN THE CEO AND NOBODY AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR P.B. CAN EVEN GIVE ME AN ADDRESS.----RIGHT!!!
