I have been going to the Pizza Hut for the past 15 years and we were getting good quality pizzas for years, HOWEVER today I placed my order at our usual place 1049 W Glebe Rd, Alexandria Va. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First of all, Pizzas were way under cook. The Pizza dough was raw from the bottom and tasted really bad. Cheese on top tasted like some sort of cheap imitation. Toppings tasted old (maybe gone bad). The chicken was hard and clearly under cooked. Thus with these conditions I was forced to throw those pizzas out. I have not been feeling well after eating those. VERY VERY VERY BAD FOOD

I have ordered a Pizza from 5479 n. macarthur drive, Irving TX 75038. The Pizza Maker was Shai. I can say that this is the best Pizza I have ever. My entire family loved the pizza so much that now it tempts me to rush every time there to pick up more. The cheese, topping, the crust everything was perfect!!!!

For the 3rd time in a row I have gone to the pizza hut in Peru, In and each time my pizzas have been burnt. I mean burnt. The second time I took a piece back there and was told, by the manager, that is the way people like it!! She was very rude to me in front of several other customers standing there. She did make me another pizza but was very sarcastic when giving the person making it instructions on to bake it light! Tonite I thought I would give it one more try. Unfit to eat. The thin and crispy pizza's dough is so thin, I mean I know it's thin crust, but they have changed it with this new management. I*t is so tiney I can understand how it burns. And the sausage always is crispy-even on the pan pizza. I am very disappointed with this pizza hut and I probably will never go back. Just wanted you to know. We normally would eat there at least 3 times a month but we can find another place to go where you are treated better, if you have a complaint, and get edible food.

I go to the Pizza Hut's in Fayetteville NC because the pizza is my favorite. I have never complained but the last 6 or 7 visits the salad bar has rotten tomatoes. I was so tempted tonight to empty out the container and go through them you can't eat them like that. I'm surprised the health department allows it. Something needs to be done. Thank you

Got a pizza from Phoenix AZ store on N 1St St and Pierce tonight at 8:57 pm.

Samantha, the girl who took/made my order, stuffed her finger with a glove on it in her ear and then continued making my pizza. This is the same one glove she wore the entire time I was in the store- touching credit cards, dirty dishes, her hair/face. As someone who also works in food service I am absolutely disgusted by this. I don't remember ordering ear wax on my pizza!

Samantha is gross and should be fired. How is this acceptable?! I will never go to that location a sin and recommend that no one else does either.

This evening I ordered the new garlic knots, veggie lover's pizza + the chocolate cookie pie + had it delivered. They both were horrible!! The the garlic knots were detached from the pizza + placed on top of what was supposed to be my pizza. The "garlic knots: were doughy, undercooked, + there was hardly any cheese. Then the pizza was so thin, undercooked too, and te veggies were raw!! Here was hardly any sauce on the pizza either! Then the cookie pizza was raw as well. I don't think anyone cooked my dinner, and it came to my house cold! I am not a rich person and when I have a chance to order delivery, it is a big deal for me and my family. It was horrible + a waste of my hard earned money! I ordered at the Pizza Hut on State St in Lynn, MA.

West State Street Pizza Hut in Bristol Tennessee has four times in a row either brought me a partial order or been over two hours late. I used to spend about $70 a week there but they have lost me as a customer now. No excuse for paying for cold soggy wings which taste horrible reheated.

So, I prob shouldn't say, but my son brought me home a chicken Alfredo that I had to cook myself, and no lie, first time he's ever done that for me. Just dealing w cancer n exhaustion, he DID it.
Anyhow, prior to it going in oven, I sprinkled fresh parm over it, and then after it came outta the oven, I put a tad of lemon pepper to brighten the flavors, as cooking was a passion before I got sick...long story short, just those two tiny steps took it from "fast food" tasting to Delish!!!!
Hope yall keep that in mind as most places are always looking for ways to sell more.

Pizza Hut College Park West 86th St. Indianapolis indiana

Ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. The gentlemen taking the order was not allowed to use the register so the guy making the pizzas stopped and handled the money and was not going to even wash his hands before starting to make pizzas again, until we ask him to. The after our pizzas was put in the oven a manager came around and said something to him about dough, and he through some away. After receiving our orders we drove to the hospital to eat just to find out that the sausage was spoiled and the sauce had a sour taste. I went to call the number on my receipt but the number had been disconnected. So I'm writing this review.

Another disappointment

ordered a large, hand tossed pepperoni lovers pizza with garlic butter on the crust. I also requested the pepperoni be placed on top of the cheese. The pizza arrived only 10 minutes late but the rust was dried out and tough (also no garlic butter) the pepperoni was like jerky and the cheese was coagulated. Tried calling the store it was delivered from to speak to a manager and was put on hold but no one ever came back. Was too tired, angry and hungry to call again. You would think as long as this company has been in business they would be able to get some kind of consistency for a pizza. Ordered on-line, made and delivered from Freemansburg Road, Easton, Pa location.

Your pretzel "flavored" crust is ridiculous! Little Cesar's is 10 times better! I even got a free pizza plus a free cookie redelivered because I thought you guys made a mistake. My comment has to do with the quality of your product. I have been a long time customer of Pizza Hut for the last 30 years and I would give you one piece of advice based on my experience: stick with what you do best and stop changing your product. Your supreme pan pizza has always been delicious. I ordered one it for takeout and it nothing like anything I have ever ordered. Kudos for the veggies although the amount of sausage an pepperoni was lacking. But the crust.....was bready and doughy with no distinguishing taste.
I could comment on the chicken wings but I won't go there except to say they used to be decent.
Thank you for your time. I hope you can revert to your previous quality and stick with it.

I bought two pizzas both with the new crust sauce, two different kinds of wings, and two boxes of breadsticks. Anyway it cost 50$ not with the tip, and it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. My husband hated it and all five of my kids had one slice. We threw an entire pizza away. Literally throwing out money. Really disappointed with this pizza. Yesterday evening we ordered a " pretzel piggy" pizza and stuffed crust pepperoni from the Choctaw Oklahoma location and botg were greasy and overcooked. Well, my pizza from pizza hut got here cold again and 35 minutes late. The delivery guy was nice, but you should give a better estimate or hire more drivers so the food doesn't get delivered cold. Ok, for years I have put off complaing about the quality of Pizza Hut pizza, partly because i buy now from another vendor. But tonight I thought I would give you a shot ( obviously not because of price) and again, big mistake. I ordered a large thin crust, extra sauce, extra cheese, Canadian bacon, jalapeños, and pepperoni. Again not only was the quality not like other "Delivery" pizzas but the pizza we were delivered was not what we ordered. We received , thin crust , extra sauce, pepperoni, jalepeno's, and "hamburger". It had ( and I counted them) 2 pieces of Canadian bacon and not extra cheese. Again , affirmation of what I already knew.

Last night my wife wanted one of your new bacon and cheese stuffed crust pizzas. Trying to order online was a joke. Three times I entered my order. First the pizza. Second the z Pepsi. Every time I hit continue after selecting the drink, I was returned to the start screen. NO ORDER! I finally called direct and placed the order. I wish I could attach the photos I took. First, the outer crust was between 25 and 35% of the pizza. That might have been ok if it was "stuffed" with bacon and cheese as advertised. You could see some tiny bacon bits but almost no cheese.

Doubt I will ever order again.

I visited your facility Sunday 6/15. I'm not a pizza lover so I ordered 24 chicken wings for myself and wife. I was surprised to find when I received my food that I had twelve wings cut in half, 24 pieces of chicken. I asked the waitress and she said that no one has questioned this before. "This is the way that Pizza Hut sales this item". Your menus states "Chicken Wings" not Chicken wing parts. I spent $93 at your establishment Sunday, $16.95 on 12 chicken wings. I ordered pizza hut tonight, 2 1/14. I was so unimpressed with the guy on the phone I almost called to cancel order. I'm sitting here eating the worst pizza I have eaten in a long time. What a shame:(

I personally love the food quality. I find the crust of the pan pizza delicious. I don't order deliveries, only carry-outs, but the website is easy to use and all around, well designed. I like the customer service given though do not like the employment holiday terms.

My husband stopped on his way home from work to order carry out. We know on Tuesdays the pasta is a great deal and it is usually delicious. No one at the restaurant seemed to know it was Tuscany Tuesdays so to begin with, my husband was overcharged. He ordered two pasta dishes. Mine was the chicken alfredo and the huge problem! It barely covered the bottom of the container, you could see the foil container through the pasta. Honestly I wonder if it is someone's leftovers. I would love to add the photo I took of it before I threw it out.

Pizza Hut Schoolcraft, MI

Just wanted to say that we frequently order out from this particular company. The ten dollar any size, any toppings pizza deal cannot be beat (although it did recently go up to eleven dollars...still a great deal!). Their pizza is always fresh and tasty, and ready on time! Customer service has also been good thus far! We will keep coming back for more!

My sister, brother-in-law, and I thought your 6 flat bread pizzas sounded good, so we ordered. I picked it up, and we tried to eat it. It was dry, having little to no sauce, cheese, or toppings. They were over cooked, tough and the few toppings were dried out. It was gross and indelible. What a waste of time and money. We threw it in the trash and ate leftovers. Wasn't worth the 7 miles drive to take it back. Won't do that again. Dominos is closer, fresher, and better!

I am a frequent customer and recently our local Pizza Hut has totally removed their salad bar. I have to admit that the salad bar has not been that great because it hasn't been that fresh & by all means, not alot to choose from but who's heard of Pizza Hut with NO salad bar??!! I mean, REALLY?? Where does the buffet come into play? Afterall, that is part of the buffet isn't it? Did the price of the buffet go down any being their is no salad bar now?
I can tell you that a good salad bar in our town goes a LONG way. Mainly because we don't have one anywhere in our little town & I can guarantee that with a great salad bar, your business would improve tremendously!!

the delivery driver is always polite and courteous - usually early. my food is always hot and tasty, drinks always cold. ordering online is easy and fast. I never have issues and no matter what state I travel to, everything is consistent- food and service.

I ordered the new crazy cheese pizza i saw advertised on tv and i thought i would give it a try. Well let me tell you that's the last time i will buy that pizza. The crust was tasteless and the whole pizza in general was pretty bad !!!!! I guess pizza hut lost another customer

Not a big fan of the new sliders. The crust is to thick on the bottom and 3 toppings are not enough. Left over pizza is easy to reheat and is even good cold. The sliders do not reheat very well because of the thick crust to chewy. Cold they are not good at all. We had to through our left overs away and have never had to through away any left over pizza. Sliders are not a good idea, try inventing something else.

Pizza Hut is not worth.

The Pizza Hut brand has been loosing steam consistently over the past years; empty restaurants, poor service, high priced food that never feels worth it.
My husband and I have tried thier take out a few times when they've had a promotion but somehow it always turns out to be just as expensive as they're regular pricing as they nickle and dime you on every little item ($1 per dipping sauce). The last 3 times that we've given them a chance we've agreed that it would be the last time!
Last night we gave them another chance and it was CERTAINLY the last!!
Promotion was for $10 medium pizza on hand tossed crust with 3 toppings. There was NOTHING hand tossed about that crust......more like premade frozen dough that tasted awful. Not to mention the kids in the back making it decided to put the sauce and toppings 2 inches from the edge so we could see the perforated crappy crust. The pizza arrived 40 minutes after we ordered (restaurant is a 5 min drive from our home) it was cold, and the crust was bready/uncooked on the bottom.

Needless to say, we're writing them off for life. There are hundreds of other pizza places out there that i would consider trying before EVER deciding to go back to the "hut".

today was byfar the worst time at pizza hut I ever had. the customer service was good but when I got home and had a look at my pizza man I ws pist off feel like I should have had a half off pizza coupon or just flat ass paid for half a pizza because thats exactly what i got. If you would have seen it you would laugh its like half the cheese never got put on it but the peperonie was there. wtf dont think iI will ever go back to the pizza hut in Rupert,ID ever again.

Had the worst experience ever at Pizza Hut. Stopped in Houston Miss.Only 3 less than half cold pizzas on the counter. No utensils in half the food, had to dip marinara with a spatula, had to get breadsticks with tongs off the salad bar. Then to top it off there was raw sewage in the men's bathroom.NEVER AGAIN.

I order pizza from pizza hut only because they're the closest franchise that will deliver. I promise yal that every time we order food from them it's something wrong, either the food is cold, late, not what you ordered or prepared so fast the dough isn't cooked thoroughly. When I call to complain the first thing they want to do is take $3 or $5 off your order. What to ever happened to making sure your order is correct, smh! today i went to pizza hut at farlim penang to have my dinner with my friend. we have ordered deli wings and i have to say that the deli wings is the worst chicken wing i have ever eaten. the chicken is not fresh and the color look like one kind. i wonder if we have been served chicken that have been kept very long or most probably ady expired. we have serious food poisoning after that. i feel really unfair paying that much amount of money but getting this kind of lousy food. i have to also mention that the service there is quite bad. they never wish customer thank you after we made our payment instead they just show their frown face to us. i just wish that the higher management will look seriously into this matter and take action on it.

Hi my name is Terry it seems to me that the parking lots aren't as full as they used to be. In the late 1970s and 1980s The pizza tasted a whole lot better! You would even look forward to eating it cold the next morning. maybe you could go back to those recipes cooking times. We ordered a Pizza here in Ft.Mohave Az tonightwe had it delivered,it took an hr to get het here when it got here it was warm,had a terrible taste onions were burnt.Now I know Pizza would not let a Pizza leave the store like that. My family decided to order from Pizza Hut tonight knowing that in the past we haven't had good luck with them. Of course we had the same experience once again!! The pizza had NO SAUCE on it and tasted like eating cardboard. The crust was hard and the pizza itself was cold, not even a little warm! Pizza Hut can Cook Tonight

Our pizza hut makes a taco pizza that is wonderful on thin and crispy crust. There are two people at our's that make the best. Not all towns carry the orginal taco pizza either found that out on vacation. We order pizzas many of times for the workers the prices have dropped and affordable now. I do like the salad bar, breadsticks and soup all you can eat deal too I hope they have that again that was great. They have the best potato soup oh that was great. Keep up the good work...

What happened to the old pizza hut? Used to be different than Dominos .... A few steps above and you could go to anycity and know it was the best pizza in town.

Ordered pizza last night and they never hold me there was a choice of crusts but gave me a thick dough boy like bread with very little sauce.

I thinly they should stop trying to copy competition which has has not as good pizza as they do.

We had a pan pizza at the Pizza Hut on Mckinley pkwy in Blasdell NY and were very disappointed. We have always loved the pizza and were always given a consistently good product. But this pizza was so dry. There was barely any sauce. Unfortunately, because of this experience we will probably not go back.

We just ate a pizza from the Pizza Hut at Halls Ferry & Parker in Florissant Mo. We have had pizza from the Pizza Hut before and liked them, but we were very disappointed in this one. It was not crisp and it was dry.
Also it was not sliced all the way and was not hot.

My spouse and I ordered a pizza along with the Garlic Bone In Wings. The pizza was great however, we were unable to eat the wings due to the amount of salt. Great pasta, but...

The pasta at Pizza Hut is, in my opinion, the best item on the menu. However, why go to a pizza restaurant and not get pizza? I have to say, the pizza at Pizza Hut does not compare to the pasta. The sauce is ok but could use a little more spice, the bread is always amazing, but it doesn't make up for the greasyness. I always feel a little sick after eating their pizza, and don't exactly enjoy it when I'm eating it. The price is what keeps me coming back though, because with this economy, a great deal is hard to come by and Pizza Hut has just that.
