Pogo energy
Do not use these people ! They will cut your power off whenever without warning and ruin your food in your icebox. And they put a switch hold on my account(keep in mind p.o.g.o. Is pay as you go so you never owe them you pay upfront) which in turn required $4-500 deposits with every power co after that. This place is bad news and should be shut down. Stay away fr far away. And there is no such thing as customer service

I have been a Club Pogo member for two years but will not be renewing my membership for a third year due to the issues and concerns I'll mention here. To start, games tend to freeze and not load properly. This is not due to an issue with my computer, as I've had it checked and it works properly on other websites. I've also contacted Pogo and discussed in the Pogo forums glitches that occur while playing certain games. I've noticed these glitches since I first became a member. To this day, the glitches have not been corrected. I am not the only one to have experienced these issues, as other Pogo members have discussed the same problems at length in the Pogo forums. Also, Pogo customer service is subpar, to say the least. There is no telephone number in which to call Pogo because the company only offers live chat or email as a means to contact them. I have experienced live chat wait times in excess of 230 minutes during normal business hours. When I've contacted Pogo via email in the past, there was a lot of emailing back and forth and I felt that the Pogo representative communicating with me was not able to fully assist me. I've also noticed that there are significantly less people playing games on Pogo than there were two years ago (Pogo shows how many players are online at any given time). In my opinion, Pogo is no longer the fun gaming website that it once was and is not worth the $39.99 yearly subscription fee simply because it's become a source of stress for me. I'm now starting to play games on Slingo and Facebook because the games on these sites are free. If I ever experience a problem with Slingo or Facebook games in the future, I won't be upset because I'm using a free service.

Never had a problem
I had a Pogo membership back in 2007 and never had a problem with the site. I always had a lot of fun playing the games. I can tell by other reviews that things have changed, but I think that is normal of online gaming sites. There will always be bots and you can't really expect to actually win anything or feel that your money is well spent. If you don't pay money, the site can just be fun to play on.

I constantly get kicked from all games, I never get tokens I achieve and the games I choose never load. These issues should be resolved before as many people as do play these games actually do. In order to make a complaint, you have to go through hell and some to find where to do it. Not user friendly at all.

I bought a monthly membership for 6.41. Then I decided to get a yearly membership. After I got the yearly membership they steal charged me for the monthly membership and for a year I have been trying to get them to fix this problem and cant seem to get any help and they keep telling me Im not a member they owe me over a 150.00 dollars and I cant even use the membership or get any help. Pogo.com bad account don't play

Most heart players no longer come to Pogo. I wish I knew where they went so I could go too. Pogo has done nothing about cheating and now it is no longer any fun to come here.

Pogo is not the site it used to be.
They've been changing their game formats from Java to Embedded Flash games for months, and for months now, many of the games do not work right or even load at all for MANY of their customers. This has been going on close to 6 months now, and still for many customers, the games do not work right, and all they get from Pogo customer service are rude remarks, justifications, and denial. Pogo used to be a great site, but it is not anymore. Save your time and money and find another game site to play on. If you do decide to try Pogo, do NOT pay to subscribe until they fix their problems because at this point in time, many of their new embedded Flash games cause don't work right or even load at all for MANY of their players, both paying customers and free players. Reaching customer service is next to impossible these days, and if you do manage to reach customer service, they give you basic steps that do not solve the problem then tell you that there is nothing else they can do. They even posted on their own forums that there are so many valid complaints about the new embedded Flash game formats on their forums that they would delete any posts about those new games not working. While all of this is going on, they continue to defraud customers by accepting payments (and refusing refunds) for a service that they can no longer provide for many of their customers. My advice to you is to look for another game site to play on. Games are supposed to be fun, and when the game site, non-working games, problems with new formats, rude or nonexistent customer support, etc. cause more problems and frustration than anything else, then that game site is no longer fun - it's just added frustration and aggravation because 1) you can't get the games to work right, and 2) they don't care and won't listen or help which makes it doubly frustrating. Pogo USED to be a fun site to play on, but it is not fun anymore.

Pogo spades has to many cheaters. I don't mind losing. I don't like unfinished now one player can boot you from a game. I have been a customer of pogo since 1997. I will no longer have paid or free membership with them. I am tired of not being able to play a fair game.
