You make it sound like a deal until you go thought pages of having to fill out info and selections to finally get to the page to pay where you see all the ungodly fees!!

I received flowers from my daughter for Mother's day. They were hiddious. She sent them a photo to show them what a terrible arrangement they sent and they argued with her not to refund her. The flowers are all from on the tips and will never open. For as much as she paid for these she could have gottn better ones at Walmart. Shame on you Pro flowers. Never again

Strike Two

Last year my husband sent me a dozen roses from Proflowers for Valentines Day. They arrived on time but 7 of the roses were either broken or dead. I called Proflowers and they sent me a replacement order a few days later. They were beautiful. This year my husband once again ordered me a dozen roses from Proflowers. He even paid extra for guaranteed Valentine Day delivery. It is 6:00 pm on February 15th and I still haven't received them. He called Proflowers and received a full refund. We will never use Proflowers again.

Pitiful

As always I like to surprise my wife with beautiful roses for Valentines Day. So I ordered a dozen roses through ProFlowers and that was the worst mistake I have ever made. The roses looked pitiful! They looked nothing like the picture in the ProFlower site. I was very embarrassed when I presented them to her, she usually posts her flowers on facebook to show them off but did not this year, and I don't blame her! The day after Valentines Day I went to Aldis, they also sell roses, and boy were they beautiful. They were big, the color was incredible, the stems were long, and they were only $12.99 a dozen. They looked a thousand times better than the ones I got from ProFlowers. I learned a valuable lesson, NO MORE PROFLOWERS!

I was very disappointed with flowers I received from my niece for Mother's Day. It was pink tulips which alot of petals were falling of and purple irises which petals were falling off. 2 of the tulips were broke off & the leaves were torn on the edges & brown. The bouquet did not look very healthy.

My wife brought home the flowers I sent her on the 13th. The only thing that looked like the picture was the vase. I was very embarassed. I think I know why they weren't advertised by Rush or Sean H. this year.

As other have stated I was not expecting the flowers to be shipped in a box. It was embarrassing for me to hear from my girlfriend that she received her roses in a box. Some of the roses where damaged from shipping and she had to fix the arrangement. This was a first time order and will not recommend them ever. It ruined what was supposed to be a happy moment.

I will be regreting using proflowers for the rest of my life! This is the first and last time that i will ever use this website for anything! I chose a specific flower arrangement to be delivered to my husband, and what he received has NOTHING to do with the flower arrangement displayed on the website. I wish i could post the picture of the arrangement that my husband received. I am sure no one will EVER use proshop and they will all be out of business!!!! Horrible experience.

How unfortunate I decided to use this company to make what could have been a wonderful experience for my wife. The website is full of beautiful arrangements that had I ordered from a local florist would have fit the occasion. The flowers and vase I ordered came to my wife in a box and she had to arrange them the best she could. If I wanted her to be the florist I would have gone in the back yard picked some flowers, went to a store and purchased a vase, gave them to her and said now you arrange them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! In a box?

If that's how the flower arrive, then put that picture on your website and stop FOOLING people into thinking that's what the delivered flowers will look like. Show pictures of the flowers and items in a shipping box, because; what you have on your website is an illusion and false representation of what one actually receives.

I should have ordered flowers from a local Florist, that way she would have got them in the beautiful arrangement they are presented as, NOT STUFFED IN A BOX, for her to try and arrange. WHAT A JOKE!

Also, all the added charges all made the experience a painful one. Completely unreasonable charges and I don't care what your excuses are for them, they are excessive.

ProFlowers; you had only one chance to make a FIRST IMPRESSION. You dropped the ball, it was a complete unpleasant experience and I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER give you another opportunity to ruin another occasion you ruined for BOTH ME AND MY WIFE.

Your complaint department was understanding and did all they could to remedy the painful experience; but IT WILL NOT CHANGE MY "First Experience" with you and it can never change the feelings SHE AND I BOTH experienced. Goodbye Forever!

Received The Dozen Roses For My Wife Today. I Was Not Very Happy. I Followed Your Directions But The Roses Were Cut To Short For The Height Of The Vase. Four Of The Roses Are Poor In Quality. The Entire Arrangement Looks Terrible. I Could Of Gotten Better Roses At Kmart For A Lot Less Than $48.00.

GREAT FRESH FLOWERS at an OK price.
ProFlowers...YOU need to understand that they do not provide a florist bouquet ready-set, all to go.
THAT IS HOW YOU SAVE MONEY. YOU MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

That is the problem, people think they are sending a florist bouquet, ready-set, all to go.

I WOULD RATHER cut and arrange MY GIFT in MY VASE...I have so many vases. If you send something to a hotel , Hospice, or hospital...MAKE SURE YOU ADD a Vase. Hotels or Hospitals are not the best places to use this company; no knife is added to cut the stems on an angle.

The people I send PROFlowers to ARE in a home situation--everyone has a vase. Many HAVE a wondrous vase to use. (May 2012- my sister for mother's day, May 2012 -friend in Canada for her birthday)

EVERY PERSON I have sent Proflowers to understands this. They love the FRESH Flowers that last for weeks...BUT I also know which flowers to send.

I have had delivery issues, dealt with easily via the phone.

This a great service. Maligned by the reviews I have read. I have had my problems with ProFlowers over four years, I support and stand with them. AND I have no financial connection.

I received ProFlowers from my son on May 13 (in his card...early to beat the rush) they were two boquets of tulips. They lost their pedals by Mother's Day. I also got ProFlowers that Friday for Mother's Day and they were lilies....they are still on my table! I have been lucky enough th receive your flowers many times over the year, and this was the first time I was disappointed. (the tulips didn't look that great when
they arrived) anyway, i know they are guaranteed
for 7 days and thses lasted barely 5. I am complaining so this doesn't happen again...i know you have a great rep. thank you

product received was very poor quality and was missing roses. would not recommend anyone use this service.
