BUYERBEWARE
I canceled my order after the first shipment, I have been charged $32.94 so far the last 2 months, customer support claims since i canceled my order and my first order was at a discount a have to now pay the full price for the first order.Just a warning ....BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have proactive and as a black woman I didn't think it would work as good but it did ...face has cleared up by 75% and I am happy PROACTIVE works on all skin types.. I can't use the alcohol product but the face wash and skin cream still keep my skin clear.

I've been using Proactive for almost a year now. At first, the product was really effective. Everyone close to me noticed my clearer complexion because I used to have really oily and had a lot of pimples or acne.
But I had stopped using it after 6 months because the product wasn't working on my face anymore. After a month I decided to start using it again, I noticed that my acne or pimples got worse. My cousin experienced the same when she also decided to use proactive again after a few months of not using it.
I don't if you guys have the same problem as we do but I guess we will not use Proactive anymore. I'm forced to go to a dematologist to get my face checked.

Didn't work
I read into the hype of the Proactiv commercials when it first came out and was excited to try it. It did NOT work for me. I was really disappointed! Also, it is extremely time consuming to use this product with its 3 step system. Who has time for all of that?! Not me. I immediately stopped my subscription (which they automatically enroll you in when you purchase your first box). It might work for others but that was not the case for me.

All cleared up
Having been recommended Proactive from a friend, I was initially skeptical. However, the product cleared up my acne in a matter of days. This thing actually worked as advertised.

Proactive Review from someone with sensitive skin.
I have very sensitive skin and the label on the bottle discourages its' use for that particular reason.As far as customer service goes, it made the product worthy of an extra star. One could not ask for better representatives.
As far as the product itself goes, the original product burned the living daylights out of my skin in the past. Believing the product to have changed in strength, I reordered. I take all warnings seriously, so when I read the label on the new order I put it back in the box to return it.

I start it using proactive the 22nd of June 2011 to clear up my acne.But instead of it clearing up my face it made it worst by swelling up my left side of my face. I notice the swelling of my face on the 28th of June 2011.
