Just to say,not happy with your product Flash with Bleach 3in 1. Not even 1/2 way through the bottle and the foam spray system has packed in. Tried cleaning the nozzle,just in case it was blocked to no avail, now using it as a normal liquid by removing the top completely.

Hi. I feel that I have to let you know that just Lately your quality control has gone down hill. From time to time I have experienced your spray bottles not to work, and always keep a spare empty bottle in my kitchen cupboard. Just lately every bottle I have bought the spray doesn't work! I have three on the go all the time as I have two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Wouldn't it be better to sell the liquid in a capped bottle, and forget about the spray. The spray always ends up in the bin. This goes for hand soap also. They don't need to sell a spray with every bottle. The hand soap is thicker than the bleach liquid, but always comes out each time. I feel there is a problem with your sprays. I hope you can resolve this problem. I have tried other products, and never had a problem with them. Thank you for your time. Regards. Jean willis.

I must tell you what a "joke" your Mr. Cleaner bath scrubber is. It is a total waste of money and is not a helpful product for the consumer. Helpful, useful absolutely not!!

Finally after years of disappointments in the changes in liquid soaps I found, refound?, the Ivory concentrated I now use for hand laundry and dishes. It takes so little and still cuts grease!. Classic fragrant. Don't change a thing. It takes me back to the 50s! THANKS

Dear Procter and Gamble, I recently bought your Detergent and Fabric Softener..... Fantastic product, great smell, leaves clothes lovely and fresh. Just one comment, its hard to get it out of its container, you have to really work hard to do so, it must be very hard for your elderly customers, who could possibly have painful joints, limited dexterity. I hope this feed back is useful, and helps you to think about your design on this particular product. Many Thanks. Mandy.

I recently bought a pack of Charmin double roll 3 count. Upon opening it I discovered one of the rolls was only half it's normal size in width. What a ripoff!

My comment is regarding Tide powder detergent, origina scent. I have been using this detergent for decades, and not only did it clean my clothes well, I didn't smell like a bottle of Febreeze. Much to my disappointment Proctor & Gamble has decided to change the fragrance of original scent powder Tide detergent. I can actually smell my clothes all the way from another room. Due to this and the terribly strong smell, I will no longer use this detergent. My clothes not only do not have the light scent of original Tide, they smell like they have been soaked in some sweet nasty perfumy scent. Bad choice P&G~ if it's not broke don't fix it.

This comment regards the 100% Natural Propellant Febreze Air effects. I have purchased at least three of these items and each time it stops spraying when the can is still half full. I tried putting the top under warm water and also used an old toothbrush thinking the hole may be clogged but none of these solutions helped and I had to throw each one away. Will you please check out this problem and try to solve it because I will not be buying anymore. Thank you for your attention.

My name is Courtney Kurowski and I have 3month twin girls and have used luvs diapers since birth. I bought a box of luvs diapers size 2 and was very disappointed when NONE OF THE TABS WERE USABLE!! This has happened before and I figured it was a one time thing. I love this product but cannot afford to keep buying them if they are defective.

Tide PODS - do not dissolve in cold water - used two different containers at two different locations both front load machines. When the clothes came out of low heat dryers both loads had globs of stuff that looked like melted jelly beans on all the clothes - was really disappointed since have used Tide PODS for a long time and loved it. I bought both of these at the same time - they both did exactly the same thing - unfortunately won't buy them again - took pictures but there is no email address - odd in this day and age

It just left my local Kroger store. They would not accept the PG Tide Oxi BOGO. I am truly disappointed with Kroger because I had been to Giant Eagle and Target previously trying to find this product. Because it would not scan at the register, the manager said they did not have to accept this coupon. Disappointed is not how I feel right now!!!!!

The Procter & Gamble "Fixodent" gets blocked half way as the nozzle is so narrow. Tired of having to throw half of the tube away (currently nearly £4 at Boots) because I can't unblock it. You need to return to the original tube where the nozzle was wider so if there's a blockage it's possible to insert a needle or something to unblock.

Thank you for years of great toilet paper! Recently, my husband and I have noticed that you have shortened your roll width, and I suspect you have increased the thickness of the paper. Is this true? Your roll no longer fits our holder! We go through a roll, well- in no time flat. We would never use profanity but we liked your product better before! It was softer and stronger!

I have been purchasing the Tide Pods since they came out and I love them but......this is the second time that I have purchased them from Costco that the container, when opening has cut my finger.
It appears that the lid when grasping to open, has a very sharp edge. Please change this as although the Tide gets blood out, it's painful! :)

I have purchased yout Tide PODS , Please re-name this to a Singular "POD" they all stick together and they are a mess. This has happnened twice , shame on me for making a second purchase.. Do not buy this product you will be wasting your money.

I recently purchased a large package of Charmin Ultra Strong. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and discovered the severely shrunken width of each roll. You can be sure that it's back to Quilted Northern for this household. Shame on you.

As sorry that I have to contact you regarding MaxFactor tonal mascara for blue eyes. Purchased two mascaras yesterday one for myself and one for my mother following my recommendation as I had previously purchased on three previous occasions. Annoyed and embarrassed with purchase- both mascaras dry,one brush bent. There is more product in my old mascara that I have been using. Absolute waste of money. Disgusted now with P-G Crest plus
I did this once and it did not go through. I quit using Crest Toothpaste because of the large, thick difficult lid, which makes it very difficult to get the residual paste out of the tube. I went to another brand after 41 years or better of using Crest. I did the same with another brand I also favored and it too was because of the dumb lid. Last, why do you not allow the (-) to light up as a choice because quite often there may be no wish by a person to even use a one star rating as is the case here.Anonymous-128296.... Has anyone ever encouraged you to promote Dawn dishwashing liquid as a laundry aid? Gentle enough to remove grease from young wild life led me to use it for removing grease/ oil stains from laundry (Coolking oils,pizza etc.) Boy does it work!!! Sometimes even if it has already been through the dryer! Apply Dawn to the stain along with any other stain remover, as needed, and launder as usual! Grease that is "colorless" (fried chicken, cooking oil) Dawn alone is enough. I add additional stain remover if there is a "color" like from pizza or BBQ sauce. LOVE it. Dawn has saved many a garment!

You have changed the lids on the Crest Toothpaste. It is now a flip-top lid that is totally messy, both inside the lid, and outside!! It does not close securely!!Ido not know if it the same lid on all of the toothpaste, now, but the box do not show what the lid looks like.
I have used Crest Toothpaste for at least 30 years When I had kids at home, it was the family brand.
If it is the same on all kind of Crest Toothpaste, I will be looking for a different brand!!

FEBREZE AIR EFFECTS spray can are and a bad product and should be taken off the market.I have eight cans that I used down to half a can and all I get is a squirt.
I have now gone back to the old can design
sold as HEB SPRAY DEINFECTANT it works.What
good is fancy design can if it does not work?

I'm glad to see others have voiced their concerns about how narrow the Charmin rolls are now! I felt kinda of weird complaining about this, however, the width of the roll is now at least 1/4 inch smaller than other brands and I think it was very noticeable when you put the roll on the toilet paper holder how small it was side to side. I remember when the toilet paper rolls almost were too big for the length of the dispenser and now they slide generously side to side and appear chintzy as well as the width is barely wide enough to cover your hand when dispensing it and you end up using more just to get enough paper to cover your hand when wiping. This should be an embarrassment to Proctor and Gamble to manufacture an inferior product that feels insulting as a consumer to use let alone a guest in my home. I will be finding a new brand to use!

The TIDE PODS were initially great to use HOweVER-during wash several times the POD stained items such as two new white towels, a new JJill t-shirt, my favorite white sweatshirt from cold water creek!! NOT a TIDE fan now. We just purchased a new top of line DUET Whirlpool washer and dryer. What happened! I'm out s several pieces of newly purchased items--I'm not going to use these pods again although I like the ease of using them.

REALLY if you make your charmin mega rolls any narrower I will be able to put 2 rolls on the holder at on time. Do you really think you are fooling anyone? This seams to be the new way of doing business, less product for a higher prices. Sorry but someone else will be getting my business.

do NOT like oral-b complete toothpaste
it sticks to the bottom of the toothbrush and i have to use another brush to remove it - also drops of toothpaste fall on to my washbasin so have to wash this every time as well

I haven't spoken with customer service. I just want to say it figures, once Procter and Gamble became involved in pet nutrition, there would be a problem. My cat's and food was recalled because of salmonella. Sadly, my cat is a special needs and it took a long time to find a food she could handle. California Naturals worked. Now I am back to square one, trying to find a food she likes and can tolerate. There had never been a recall of this product in all the years I have been buying it until you took over. I will never buy anything related to your company again.

I just want proctor and gamble to know that they have an awesome product which is the Dawn Ultra Cleans greasy dishes 2x more Original scent. I was in Vegas in April and was at a show when the lady behind me spilled a RED drink on my brand new top. I couldn't believe it. I tried to get it out with soda water and then soap. It wouldn't budge. So my sister says don't wash it until you get home and then put some dawn on it. When I got home I didn't get to the store for at least a week and a half or so. Finally picked up some Dawn and put it everywhere there was red. (Which was a lot) I didn't get to washing it for another 2 weeks. When I finally washed it, I couldn't believe it.
It was like a miracle. Every bit of the red was gone. My top looked great. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Sandee Heltemes

I have used Olay Regenerist in red jar for many years and love it! A new product I bought and tried recently is Regenerist filling and sealing wrinkle treatment. I find it very drying and it even looks dry on my face. I am very disappointed in it and will be throwing it out. The lot number is LOT 2293PRH. Was it a bad batch??
I no longer have my receipt so I can't return it.

I am loyal safeguard user, Me & my family had been using this for years. Though it may not be the cheapest in the market but for us it answers our needs for germicidal protection. In some cases due to busy schedule to run for grocery in supermarkets, I go to nearest sari-sari store in the neighborhood but apparently I noticed that the SAFEGUARD SOAP I bought was odorless, rough to touch and easily dissolved given that I just bought it 2 days ago and also I was amazed by its PRICE which is more cheaper than in supermarket. Later I found out that FAKE SAFEGUARD SOAP are out in the streets and I am just concerned and afraid that the latter I bought was an indication that I too maybe 1 of the victim of this product. As a consumer who patronizes P&G products we deserved a quality products. I would appreciate if you have an action on this!

Unreliable customer service
P&G manufactures a huge number of consumer products. I haven't tried anywhere near all, but quality seems okay to good. I've downgraded the company because of its customer service, which has been too often unhelpful and even unfactual. One example: I wrote for information on a product. As the information was incomplete I phoned. The rep on the phone told me what I'd been told in writing was wrong! She also wanted me to send her the package, but when I told her I wanted a mailer (to defray the cost of my sending it) she was no longer interested. The call took about 10 times a long as it should have, as she was continually placing me on hold. I have used Pantene for a number of years, the basic shampoo and the 2-1's very happily, but alas in their 'wisdom' they have decided to bring out a New Design of the aforesaid products and they are terrible. I have purchsed your Dawn Dish Wand with high hopes, and to be honest it is not a good product. The sponges falls apart within less than a month and your replacement sponges are not cheap. I will be looking into another manufacturers product.
