There new web-mail is horrible takes up to much space with their advertisement.. cant get rid of it...can't send file acttchments...and many other thing like using your searches to advertise to you..

RCN, my internet provider, is now charging customers $1 TO PAY THEIR BILL VIA THE WEB!!!
Is this idiotic, or what? You can't pay them over the phone, either, without incurring a many dollars fee.
Apparently, though it is obviously cheaper for them to process internet transactions than mail, they realize that their customers are now used to paying their bills online, so they are charging them for paying their bills efficiently via the web.
