We (5 of us )visit the Red Lobster in Columbia Mo, on Jan 22nd. It was my 69th birthday. We had a very good waited but I was so disappointed in the food.I was looking forward so very much for Lobster, I guess I shouldn't of order the steak and lobster. The lobster was very dry. I have only had Lobster maybe 4 or 5 times in my 69 years, and it has always been very good, but this Lobster was not. Like I said, I was so disappointed because it was my birthday and I didn't enjoy my birthday dinner.

My husband and I went to your Wilkes-Barre PA restaurant and my crab legs were water logged.And my husband's dish was ice cold and tasteless we couldn't get our waitress to tell hey and we only seen her at the end when she gave us our bill.75$ down the drain. Very dissatisfied.

We love eating at Red Lobster near us on Gordon Highway Augusta Ga. The last few times we have eaten there the food was not good. Tonight , the salad was skimpy, nit fresh, the soup was skimpy, my husband got the shrimp trio, it was skimpy, didn't taste fresh. They weren't even 5hat busy and service was slow.

We live a few block's from the Busch Blvd Restaurant but avoid it like the plague , well we were short on time and decided to give it another shot. The reason we will drive out of our way to eat at other Red Lobster's is because the Busch location is so DIRTY . There was a wad of hair on the shelf of the window, the dust every where was so thick you could write your name in it, booth seat full of crumb's and things that were spilled on the sides of the booth's that were not clean. There is so much dust from lack of cleaning you can see it in the air. The menu's also were filthy with some page's sticking together. Needless to say I wont be making this mistake EVER again, lesson learned

We went to your Red Lobster in Rogers, AR
The waiter was nice but that's where satisfaction ended!! I ordered the coconut shrimp with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts..... I got maybe 54/5 tiny pieces of each veggie and the shrimp was VERY SPICY .... I nearly strangled cuz I can NOT eat any spicy food.... we dblchecked and NOTHING even hints that what should only be a sweet shrimp would also be VERY SPICY..... I hinted several times and finally plain out told them. I got offered a DESSERT???? Really??? We were setting at a nearby hospital day after day with home in another state and got a chance for decent food only to get food we couldn't eat?? My husband got the seafood platter and it was VERY stale tasting..... sad day for us..... walked out $45 lighter in our purse, still needing real food....
I feel we should be at the least reimbursed!!
By the way.... your biscuits are still great but we're not completely done either.....

I ate at Red Lobster yesterday in McDonough. The other party I was with paid the bill so I did not get a receipt. My baked potato was old. It was not even warm and obviously had been cooked for some time. The salad was not fresh and looked and tasted like the salad that comes in bags, with some coutons thrown in. The shrimp were hard around the edges. I cannot believe for the high prices that are charged the food is of such quality. The only thing good was the biscuits and the waitress was friendly.

I was appalled had a 4lbs loand su..ster at your Wyomissing store yesterday. The tail was missing, the claws were under cooked and even after they were sent back they were still under cooked. The manager only took $22.00 off the bill. I get 3lbs lobsters with regularity. I eat only part of them and take the rest home. I had nothing to take home yesterday.I was appalled

Red Lobster is mine and my husband's favorite restaurant. We live in Spartanburg County SC. But I want to tell you, the commercial saying the crAb cakes are chocked full of crab is not true. The crab cakes are fried mush. Normally we would not pick the trip meal. But we are limited on your budget these days. I do tell everyone if you want a good steak go to Red Lobster, the New York Strip is so good and of course the cheddar bay biscuits are to die for.

What the heck has happened to Red Lobster???
Omg, I will NEVER go back. The quality of your food is absolute GARBAGE now. I have bought discounted shrimp at No Frills that is a million times better than the garbage shrimp you guys now serve. I sent it back TWICE. It's the GARBAGE QUALITY of whatever disgusting, cheaper brand you serve now.
Red Lobster used to be amazing. Not anymore.
Disgusting.
Would never waste my money there again.
Your head office should really start rethinking the garbage you've decided to cheap out on solely to save money.
Your franchise will certainly fold in time if you actually think what you're serving is good.
Horrible.
Service was good.
That's it.

Ate at Red lobster 5/3/2016 around 4p.m. We were served wilted bag salad, hard lunch time rolls, but our main complaint is our shrimp was under cooked; it even had a thin pastey orange batter between the shrimp and breading.

Went with 6 couples to Aurora, Il Red Lobster. I love Red Lobster. Had great service but was VERY disappointed with the food. I always eat my whole plate!!! Not this time. Matter fact I don't think I will be returning. Thanks

Went to eat at Red-lobster Madison Height had a lobster and crab dinner food was to salted and didn't get nothing to pick the meat out the shell I was very disappointed Yes I was completed did please with service after paying $35.

I went to the Red Lobster in Phoenix. I ordered mac n cheese for my niece. The mac n cheese looked like Kraft mac n cheese. We will were disappointed.

I usually purchase the $16.99 4 course feast. Well my family tried to order it today and was told that the menu has changed and it it only available Monday -Thursday and it is no longer available on weekends so today will be our last day at any Red Lobster.

I just had the worst meal at your restaurant. There was 10 of us the food was cold and we didn't hardly eat any of it and the manager gave us a family discount. I don't like paying for food that I can't eat. I will never come back here again.

So unhappy with red lobster scince they reduced their alasken king crab orders. We came here twice month for them and they were 1/1/2lbs. Now in the last month our orders are precut down the side so half the meat is cut away and the order is reduced in size.I used to not be able to finish the order. we asked them not to cut them but they refused.Now i can finish no problem(?) They are Vizualy smaller though i did not weigh it. they no longer even list the weigh on the menu and offer 5-6 legs split only for 12.95 called an Appitizer. it was awful disapointing. 1 1/2 is no longer available. why they r even called Red lobster is a crimb.we will be going elsewhere from now on for our lobster

Red Lobster Values
Red Lobster's lunch menu is the best value for a filling, healthy, and inexpensive lunch. They offer many different options that are affordable and inexpensive and are still very filling.Their dinner menu can be more expensive though. It is best to catch one of thier specials. But every entree during lunch and dinner is served with either a salad or cup of soup and all you can eat bread so it's well worth your money. The service is fast even though the wait may be long to be seated. I think it's a good place to relax and enjoy yourself.
