Cannot invoke "Slide Show", although the icons are shown on the home screen. Cannot even transfer photos from camera.

This product is glitchy and buggy. Neither the software nor the hardware work as advertised. Roxio support doesn't exist unless you pay for it. I've been trying to get the Roxio HD Pro to work for over a week and my computer is well within the specs but it will not work. All the issues I'm experiencing can be found all over the web. I seriously can't believe these guys are still in business.

Do not ever buy a product off of these people. Completely incompetent, unreachable, and flat our liars. By the time you start to get the product figured out, you are out of time to return it. Avoid completely.

I purchashed roxio easy vhs to dvd at local best buy ($59.95). Boy did I get ripped off. Of all the software I've purchased over the past 12 years this is the only one I can't debug. Been waiting for a responce via email from customer service over a week. Phone tech service available for $1.89 per minute ,minimum 15 minutes, another ripoff.Web site support also a joke.

Please do not buy Roxio VHS to DVD. I bought this from Staples a week ago and did not realize until I looked at the receipt that they would not refund my money or give a store credit. I have never bought software before because I have read and seen all the problems people have with the lame software that the companies make dam sure you are not going to get customer service or your money back. I have never in my life not been able to get past the installation. This is a first for me! I have never ever restarted my computer so much since I actually bought it. I never got past trying to install this software. I kept getting reasons why it would not install and then trying to get some help from Roxio forum was and is insane. There were others who had the same problems I had and not one person I could read actually got any help from the Techs. Have you actually had a software tell you that a file is missing from the actually software. I was dumb founded. People do not purchase software from Roxio, you will only be disappointed and lose your money. Like one writer said get it other ways. I stopped payment on the software through my credit card company.
