Simple Bank Recourse

Simple should not get away with holding your money!

This online bank will hold your money if you try to withdraw funds. I have had problems with this bank and all they tell me is to wait because they are reviewing my account. Here is a link to file a complaint with the FDIC that will look into their banking services that keep funds from depositors. Just follow this link and fill out the forms to complain about Simple Online bank.

illegal bank

This bank is running and doing things illegally. you can not by law block anyone from their account you have to give them someway to get to their money. they cut me off from my money for 4 weeks. and i now have to wait another week for my "check" even tho they have my external account info. I told them i wanted my money put into that account and the simple account closed. after calling hundreds of times i kept being told to refer to the support messaging which was a complete joke. i would ask for a manager and would never get one. and they only have one number for you to call. i need my money i can't wait yet another week for my money i worked for. and no one will help me. they keep hanging up on me. what ever you do DO NOT bank with these people. everything about them is a joke. i have no gas food or anything and don't know how i will make to work for the next week or until this "check" comes if they even sent it. thanks to this bank my life is a mess. i have late bills and no gas. and they play with it like it's a joke. i can't get anyone on the phone that is higher up the chain. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK they do things very very illegal
