I visited your store on the 21st service was excellent but my rib dinners and dbl Burger were tough. Not like usual

Variable but can be excellent

I've had some bad experiences at Sizzlers, but if yours is a good one you'll probably return often. I recall bad service at one Sizzler, and my complaint form (on the back of the receipt) wasn't even acknowledged! A similar experience at another Sizzler yielded me a free meal of my choosing, and I've had no complaint about that one ever since. The salad bar is in my estimation the pits, and many entrees aren't that great. I usually choose the Chicken Italiano, and that's fantastic (and especially for lunch a great bargain). I've found at many Sizzlers that the baked potato is among the best--cooked a long time, so nice and tender.
