this is worst experience I have ever had with any hamburger joint in my whole life. My wife got two burgers and the meat would not be good jerky let alone be classified a burger. I spent 13 dollars and got nothing for it except the trash and what ever eats the trash. I will never spend another dime in one of their place of business again. If I knew the main office I would send them this review also. discussing burgers and a disgrace to offer them to the public. No to me again.

Sonic in Fort Smith Arkansas on Burroughs road. This is not a complaint about the store, have always gotten great service from them and will visit that drive in on a regular basis. But I tried the new Strawberry Old Fashioned Sweet Cream Soda, it was one of the worst drinks that I have ever had. Then to top it off the swizzle stick that you put in the drink where the straw goes, you have to take it out but when you do it pops out and sprayed the red soda water on my white business shirt. This not a good situation for a drive in.

St Patrick's Day 1/2 price shakes! I got strawberry, my husband got butterscotch. The the shake were so watered down the were as thin as milk and there was NO flavor. Could not tell I had strawberry and the difference in taste of my strawberry and my husband's butterscotch was....his just tasted a little sweeter. Very disappointed customer.

You should really check on your store in Woodville Texas. They put out the whitest tater tots that I have ever seen. Looks like they were never cooked in grease. Stopped using Sonic. Not even the Manager could get them right

Went Friday to try the new, advertised pretzel dog. It came to me with way too much cheese and only 2 - TWO! - pieces of bacon!!! Advertised on TV with lots of bacon on it. The store didn't care - said it did have bacon on it. Didn't offer to replace my order. I'll NEVER go back!! I stopped a few years ago getting the burgers - they had been advertised a cooked fresh, never pre-cooked. BULL!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

Horrible, was looking for something different for lunch and decided to try the newly advertised pretzel dog which is shown in the commercial as having cheese and bacon on it. Arrived on the site and found it was not listed on the menu board. Asked the server and was told they did carry it. Was not told they had two different versions or asked which one I would like. Opened the hot dog and found it only had mustard on it. When I took the hot dog back and complained I was told that there is the pretzel dog and the cheesy pretzel dog and if I wanted the cheesy dog, a of an extra charge would apply. I just drove away, the bun was soggy, the hotdog was salty and the staff made absolutely no effort to correct the issue and satisfy the customer. How is the customer supposed to know there are two versions of the product or the cost if it is not even on shown on the menu. Will never eat here again.
