Stihl Km 130R
This was a great idea, but made so cheaply that they constantly break. The drive shaft should have been more substantial, with a stronger silicone sleeve. I constantly pull out the drive and break the sleeves. I have most of the attachments, but have been very disappointed in quality.ViejoMenace.... September 29th, 2022
Stihl products backed by a real service dealer network set the bar high.
For decades, Stihl has produced top level outdoor power equipment, with chain saws the primary focus. Their product line is diverse, covering most yard, garden and industrial gas and electric powered equipment needs. They support that with a full range of accessories, as well as replacement parts and consumable pieces like bars and chains, blades etc as well as lubricants, oils and even fuel. Their service dealers are fully educated and stocked to handle anyone's needs whether it be maintenance, repair or warranty related. Where is that kind of backing when you save a couple bucks at the big stores. Who will show you how to use your boxed equipment, advise you on options, back the product with service beyond their exchange warranty period? Bought a 170 2 year warranty stop working 8 mounts later been in shop 3 weeks no spark good little saw but service sucks

Bought two Stihl products in last 8 months- BG 86 blower and M S 391 saw. Both were defective and needed parts replaced. After first fix on saw, (day one) started at store. Tried to use two weeks later, today, same problem. Am completely disgusted. Have owned and used stihl equipment for 35 years, whoever is in charge of quality control should be fired. Would not feel comfortable recommending your products, unfortunately two friends bought saws on my recommendation just this month.

Just get my stihl pole saw of 600 dollars used for 5 hour and when i want to stend it to reach tall limbs it doesnt work, what did i buy?

New trimmers and chain saws are under powered and choked down due to EPA regulations! Stihl used to be a reliable quality made product that would last many years without issues. When you send your product to China for cheap labor the quality of the product goes down and the Brand is damaged as cheap! Past two power tools I have purchased have been returned to dealer after purchase and sold for a loss due to performance issues. Customer service blames new EPA regulations for inferior products made in China. No more New Stihl products for me!

I give stihl. 55555 stars I purchased a helmet with ear and face guard used it three times and ear piece fell off and replacement is outrageous after I paid seventy bucks for a piece of five star popp,
