Learned a very valuable lesson.
Just paid 2 x face value for 3 tickets to the Miami Jingle Ball concert (a surprise for my kids). Considering they are in the 400 section - I figured how "over priced" could they be, even when I saw the "fees" and cringed, I thought it will be fine. Very disheartening at this time of the year to know that everyone re-selling tickets now only want to make a buck, they want to gauge the customer. Never again. I never expected a great "deal", but I think fair business would be to post the face value along with the sellers asking price. Then I wouldn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Only thing positive is that my kids will appreciate it and the tickets were available to download earlier than stated.

Convenient.
Ordered tickets to a show for really cheap but the problem is that they got their the day before it and i was worried I would have paid and missed it.

Good Service
We purchased same day tickets to the Diamondbacks as a last minute day trip up to Phoenix. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were running a little late, so I called them to let them know, and they had everything ready for us to go right when we got there.BBtix.com is very simple good and easy use sites.

Tickets are over priced (an understatement). Download fees are $5 and service charge is a % of your ticket prices, with a minimum service charge. Complete rip off though we got tickets. But I will never use Stub Hub again. Ever. Website didn't allow us to register. Had to call StubHub and they entered our info. They did answer the phone on a Friday fairly quick. Didn't have the neg experience on the phone others complained about. But the cost is prohibitive. Paid $90 for $57 tickets to a non-sold out event. You must look around as many of these resell web sites are rip offs.
