Supercuts.... I had a "hair" emergency for a quick cut in 1989 in Huntington Beach CA. I have been going to you guys ever since and I have med/long hair. Today at 68 years old it is still full and I am ALWAYS getting comments in my cut and colir. Almost every day!. I tell everyone about Supercuts. While my friends pay $100s for style cuts or color, I use you guys even for highlighting. Yes.. I am a man but I am very particular about my hair. Just wanted you to know loyalty is there even if you're a public speaker, an author and a grandfather. You guys RoCK. I would send a picture if I could... THANks!

The worst haircut of my life the girl made a guys cut then went into just making my hair look like I should have just started hacking in random places all my friends ask what the heck happened and what my cut was suppose to be now I am bummed cuz I can't go back or I will not ever go back to supercuts agian plus the girl that did my hair was a manager not good super bummed on how my hair looks and can't save it cause she did short layers with scissors when I asked for a razor cut

Went into the Holland, Michigan store near Wal-mart. The ladies seemed nice. I asked for a certain kind of haircut. What I walked out with was a hack job. One side was 1 1/2" longer on one side. The front looked like a blunt cut bob and the back was cut short and in two layers. When did this become an a-frame hair cut. I got home and realized what she did. I cried all weekend and had to go to a high end stylist to have it fixed. I called to talk to the manager and ofcourse she was off. Never again will I ever step into another supercuts. I wouldn't even send a homeless person to them.

I will never return to a super cuts. I visited a supercuta 3 times a month to have my hair washed and have been a customer demographically for years. I loved the fact that they had added waxing and color to their menu. I also had my hair cut there as well. I went to a supercuts in lodi on kettlema. Lane today have my hair washed. The menu stated that the price for a wash was under ten dollars but when I went to pay they told me it would be the price of a hair cut because they had to comb my hair out. I was extremely disappointed since it doesn't state there is an additional charge for a comb out, perhaps it was because I'm half black that it takes longer to comb my hair through. I found this supercuts to be racist and unprofessional and I will never return.

Came into the Dixie Hwy Valley Station salon and it was me and my sister who needed our hair trimmed and colored. My hair turned out nice but my sisters hair was not done correctly. The blonde was orange and she didn't cover any of the grey. Called and asked if it could be fixed and she said that she couldn't do it. So in all reality I spent 70$ on her hair which was a big waste of money. So disappointed.
