Suzuki customer service is Difficult to reach.
I am extremely disapointed with Suzukis care and concern for their customers well being. Recall concerns and damage over-looked Not looking out for their customers and they need to be kicked out of America

Dear Sirs, I live in Brazil (state of Sao Paulo).
We have a huge problem in the gear box of the SCROSS 2wd glx auto, as the information below:
-first breakdown (March / 2017): going from Caraguatatuba to Sao Jose dos Campos (traffic jam) gear box blocked and the car did not move anymore. After some time it worked again. Suzuki solution (already done): changed the oil and the software command.
-second breakdown (January 2018): Dutra road km 215 (traffic jam). gear box blocked the car could only go at 10km/h. We had to wait 5 hours to be towed and transferred to our city. Suzuki solution (changed again the oil and update the sw). I believe this solution will not solve the main issue. The tests shall be performed under conditions of traffic jam and hot weather.
Gentlemen, we lose our trust in the car. Any traffic jam the car stops and/or goes at 10km/h. We do not admit having a car of this category with such problem.
Today (Jan 23/2018) the car dealer told me that they are changing again the oil and I have to pay it.
It must be a joke. It is not serious.
Could you please help me before I take some measures to disqualify the car and customer service in the global internet as well as take judicial actions?
I'm waiting for an answer.

I have a 1993 Suzuki Swift two-door with hatchback. It is about 400 miles shy of reaching 200,000 miles. With proper maintenance and TLC, I am proud to say that the car is still running like a champ. Over the years, it has been a real pleasure to pass by all those broken down cars on the side of the road, especially the likes of bmw's, cadillacs and the like.

The car break down at a certain amount of mileage the car just not good if you keep it too long it cost too much money to fix the problems then something else goes wrong with it they need to stop making it if the engine is the first thing to go

Suzuki shouldn't be allowed to make cars.by an unsatisfied idiot
I bought a2000 suzuki esteem wagon at auction in 2010 58,000 origanal mi.thought low mi& looks gd 2010was told value was 8,000 when KBB listed it at 3,000 exc cond. sunroof & backdoor never opened.within 6-8 wks axle nut sheared off (man. defect) screwed up rotor&drum next water pump&serpentine belt,battery,tires&bad mpg,last too sluggish. Now I know why low mi forbeing 10 yrs old broke ¾ of the time I usually drive 1,000 mi a mo. with my dreamcar,I mean nightmare I went 14,000 in 2½ yrs that averages out to 1½ yrs without a car suzuki should be banned from selling any vehicle in this country leave that business th the big boys who are knowledgeable with cars& graduated jr high my adviceto you would be buyroller blades more dependable,laugh in their face then run other way they don't even deserve 1 star rating

I Bobby White Own A 2007 Suzuki Xl7 And It Has 84k On It And I Have Owned For 6 Years And This Is The B I G G E S T Piece Of ???? I Ever Owned, No Wonder This Vehicle Is Not Making It In Us, Want To Burn This Car And Forget I Ever Owned One. It Is Driven By My Wife Only In Town, Not Freeway, That We Live In. Love The Motor Cycles But You Should Stay Out Of The Cars Cause Mine Really Pisses Me Off With The Stupid ???? That Fails Due To Your Lack Of Abilities To Build A Dependable Car That Will Make The Owner Happy. Thanks For Nothing Cause Once Again , All I Do Is Repair This Piece Of ???? !!!!!!
