the crap norton won't remove,a program that does work,norton says it is bad,but if norton would remove the trash (conduit toolbar & a whole top of the screen,filled with this stuff,norton won't remove it but rates it bad & has a high rating for removing this stuff. i am about ready VERY close to letting you have my over 200 days left,don't like your INDIAN help,last time i used them it cost a lot to get my computers out,allbecause i wouldn't buy his high priced plan.won't go there any more,will wipe the whole computer first

recently confronted with the FBI virus. How could this happen ? I'm protected, right ?? Not so fast.
I pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 a year. yet this does not protect me from the FBI virus/ ad to shell out $99 to Norton for them to clean my machine.
Their explanation - well, this is s a different kind of virus; yes, I know- it's one that Norton antivirus protection is useless against. The worse part is I still have no protection against FBI - if I get tit again - "$99. please"...

I have been using Norton 360 for 3 years now without an issue untill this year. I installed the update to two of my coputers, Vista and Windows 7. When I attempted to install on a brand new Windows 7 the problems began. Each time during the install as the program to to "Starting Services" it would crash. After that I could not reboot. If I did a windows restore I could get it back running. I tried numerous times to run malwarbytes, micro trend, Mcafee, and Norton eraser. All programs ran fully and did not find any viruses or malware. I used removal tools to get rid of each install but I still had crashes. I downloaded the latest Norton 360 and it crashed. I reloaded my OS Windows 7 twice and it still crashed. I scanned my ram but it checked out fine. I gave up. Customer service was a joke. They just kept telling me I must have a "nasty" virus and should start over again. Enough! Your product is flawed! Admit it!

Worked in IT for years, took Norton off of 300 desktops, botched up many workstations,
tell EVERYONE how bad it is, as the company continues to screw over unsuspecting customers, for years and years!
they just scam away!!...

THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER OWNED. NORTON SIMPLY DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER FROM VIRUSES. ALL YOU DO IS RUN SCAN AFTER SCAN TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR SCAM. I HAVE LOST VALUABLE PICTURES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION BECAUSE OF THIS. YOU PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR ABSOLUTELTY NOTHING IN RETURN, EXCEPT HEADACHES, IMENSE STRESS WORRYING ABOUT LOSING VITAL INFORMATION & VAUABLE FAMILY PICTURES THAT ARE GONE FOREVER & NOTHING BUT VIRUSES, RUINS EVEN YOUR BACK UP'S. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING NORTON AGAIN!! NORTON=TRASH.
*NEVER WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. MANY OF MY FRIENDS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS, ONCE THEY SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ANTI-VIRUS, PROBLEMS GONE.

Looks like norton might be a scam They get money and we get nothing I havew over $60.00 paid out and recorded in my bank accounts as paid yet I have nothing.I also see I am not the only one with problums , but a long list of people . What do ya think , something wrong here ?

I submitted a ticket to Symantec customer support about two weeks ago and still have not talked to any tech. I get their first layer of people and they say my case is marked as critical and I am at the top of the list for a tech. I have been on hold for over 10 hours now and have not been helped. I have been hung up on at least three times. They have a great product, but when you need help. Good luck.

I was by told by Norton Support that in order to file a complaint with their customer service department about their lack of support, I had to provide a time and date for their customer relations department to call me back.
Still waiting on that call back! LOL
