T-Mobile should be called SHYTER-MOBILE MY CELL BILL WENT FROM$85.00 to$270.00 &this is not the first time my Bill have been this High.year before SHYTER-MOBILE Added Things to my cell Without my Authorization when they did that My Cell Bill went from $85.00to$125.00 after I told them about that my bill went back to$85.00the Begining of the year(January 2015)I wasn't able to pay my cell bill(it was off till About March)when I went to have it Turned back on SHYTER-MOBILE says you owe us $270.00 we can put you on a payment plan ( the bill is that much because you have a previous Balance from December.so I got on payment plan)in April my Cell Service is Suspended again(can't Afford to pay on time cause I m still Paying balance which is$270.00+now my bill is due for the month$85.00)now I go to Restore my Service Again&What did SHYTER-MOBILE Agents say Your Bill is $270.00 would you like to get on Payment plan(why is this bill so HIGH)Oh You Have a Previous Balance from December that's why your bill is$270. 00 REALLY SHYTER-MOBILE NO MORE THAT IS IT 3Times I've payed $270.00 BEFORE that I PAIDED$125.00 for Almost 6mo ENOUGH ENOUGH I've HAD IT SHYTER-MOBILE(T-MOBILE)SERVICE IS COSTING ME MORE A MONTH THEN MY PLAN I HAVE WITH MY CABLE COMPANY(I'm getting land line phone Internet&WIFI)WAAAAAY CHEAPER THAN T-MOBILE& I'm getting#3 SERVICE's for the Price on 1 T-MOBILE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED YOUR GOING TO LOSE A LOT MORE CUSTOMERS....

T-Mobile is THE WORST Internet provider that I've ever had the misfortune to have! T-Mobile I hate it! It's sooooooo darn sloooooow.... and it crashes ALL the time! If it were for me I gladly would have gone with another Internet provider company, any other but stupid T-Mobile had not been that my husband bought me the Samsung Galaxy S5 I wanted and he choose stupid T-Mobile as the Internet provider! I HATE T-Mobile! Can't wait for my contract to end so I can cancel immediately!.

gone from $335 a month to $235. I bought 3 $640 phones and i couldn't use them anywhere unless i had a wifi connection, its really embarrassing to have a really good phone with no service. I wish i could switch but that is a lot of money i won't be able to get back.

ok I buy a new t mobile phone thinking it would work great for where I live and no the complete opposite hardly any signal so to receive a call or text I have to literally climb a mountain......needs more signal strength instead of modern cell phones.

bad customer service

i bought a tmobile phone from walmart a set up account @ tmobile web site applied a $30.00 card then found out i had no service in my area .. walmart refuned for the phone,not the card i called t mobile for help ..they said could not refund $30.00 for card ..i think this a bad way to treat customers . why cant they send a refund check..they kept telling me to transfer to a friend .. we dont get service here????

TMOBILE Reps Compromise personal account info and are Rude and Liars

I have been with Tmobile almost a decade. Loyal customer with top credit. Now I have to switch carriers. I have encountered the rudist customer service reps who tried to bamboozle me. The worse part was the rep hung up on me deliberately and then called back a secondary line on my account to leave personal information, which is a breach of security.

As a senior citizen Tmobile reps tried to do some fast talking, offered me a discounted phone for loyalty, but since then have done everything to backtrack from it. They added $27 more to what they promised, changed my account but did not ship the phone, and now act as if I was the one who initiated the offer. I have been lied to, treated like a child, and suffered belligerence and abuse by Amanda in the loyalty department among others.

They NEVER let you speak to a supervisor, but always intercept and try to sugar coat things. Then write up reports lying through their teeth. Even when they speak nicely to you, they are writing and doing something else.

DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE, and don't trust them with your personal information. They say one thing and then write different notes. Record them and take your own notes too.

Tmobile insist that the only signature they will accept is an electronic signature, just to force you to transact business electronically and via email. This offers no real protection even if their site is secure, because your email and computer may not be. Senior citizens especially need a different option and a carrier that understands that we are prey to many scams and identity theft. We should not be forced to use the internet as the ONLY WAY buy a phone from Tmobile. They took our credit card and do everything else via phone, but suddenly insists that business has to be done by email.

T -Mobile Sparq

I has recently switched from my T Mobile Blackberry Curve when I accidentally dropped it into a full sink while doing dishes and talking at the same time. At first I was a little disappointed, but after starting to use my Sparq, I found it to be a pretty nice phone. It has been about a month and a half now and I don't even miss the blackberry. The Sparq has basically all of the features that I actually use (one the blackberry there were so many features that I never even used not to mention knew how to use. All in all I think that the Sparq is Android all around Good phone, and I really like the slider option of it, which has given meabsolutely no problems ( I have heard sliders can be a pain). It also was very cost friendly, go on t Mobile, I have been a loyal customer for about a decade and really love the service and producys.

Bac Chat Experience

I tried to chat with customer support.
They asked if I was a customer.
I selected "no."
Then, they required me to give them my TMobile number before I could chat.
That make no sense since I am not a customer.
I just went to AT&T and signed up for their plan.
If the support is that illogical, I cannot imagine their service being any good.

I have been charged with hidden fees, over charged for payments due, and given from person to person when I needed help to resolve anything. Now after cancelling I must pay $507.51. $190 for a phone, $150 give or take for a service that was out of date not prorated or anything. and the only fee that makes sense was an early termination free, which I expected.
no matter what I did they dicked me around, and having to pay or go to collections is a great way to spend the new year.

I was with Verizon for 6 years and switched to T Mobile because of no contract. Now I find that when I travel 50 miles out side of my home base especially in the panhandle of Florida T Mobile has very little reception. People needt to be aware of this so they don't spend $150.00 on a phone like I did and it doesn't work.

T-Mobile Customer support

Been trying all morning to talk to t-mobile person to resolve my issue. I went round and round spending most of the morning getting no where, I when from lvl1 support, to lvl2 support & them lvl 3 support not getting my issue fixed. Then customer center (lvl3) transfers me back to where I started. Then they hang up on me saying they cant hear me, they tell me to CALL BACK!!! I call back and it's the same thing. This tells me the customer center at all levels has no clue what they are doing. Then I call the local T-Mobile retail store and they where much better HELP. The call center jobs that there shipped seas totally suck for customer support. They need to bring these jobs back to the US so you can talk to an american to get stuff done

T-moible

It's a year that I am using T-mobile.
Phone is OK almost all the times, have signals every where, no drop & no problem.
The data (Internet on the phone) is good too.
Only the Internet I have for my computer -which think is Wifi- is not that good; I have gaps & web pages don't load fast. Though this happens some times, otherwise I can easily watch TV on PC. (I got 2 Gb/mo. mayb the higher traffics are better)
@ the end: Phone service is good but Internet is not perfect (for 2 Gb wifi data).

I had T-Mobile service for a long time, kept having problems from the get go. Lost conversations, had to walk around the house to find signal, had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to get a signal, horrible service.

Bad service.

I have been with T-mobile since it was Voice Stream. Many things is deceiving, internet service is not reliable ,slow, calls are dropping 10 times a day, weekends worse. Customer service is bad. Phones are expensive. Even so-called "4G plans" are actually 2G. (Check for details before buying). They are lying all the time. Do not believe in a single promise from T-mobile. The service is getting worse and worse. The net system is overloaded. So I switched to another provider.

Billing and rate plans

I have been with t-mobile since 2006 and recently my husband and i joined plans for a cheaper rating well since we switched it has been higher almost $200.00. Every month the bill is different i called to see if i could get a rate plan the customer service told me yes but it would be a $200.00 cancellation fee for each line. I told her why is it im paying 99.99 for two lines and a new customer can come and pay $69.99 for two lines she told me i could change but it would cost me $400.00 are you serious im so ready to change phone service i would rather have straight talk!!!

Tmobile is impossible to reach.

When you get a bill from them that makes no sense and is way too high, good luck trying to reach anyone to talk about it and resolve it. They're incognito. Impossible to reach by phone! I can't stand Tmobile!!!

Horrible customer service!!!

I have joined t mobile 3 days ago and until today I can't use the phone but I am charged for the service. The problem that they are heaving is an error message in their system that they are getting in preventing them to port my Verizon phone number that I have used for business for years. Now I'm paying for two services and risking to loose my number. Is there a state regulated law that could help me? T mobile customer service people just want to get me off the phone saying it is done but I still don't have my number ported so I'm paying two bills for services that I don't need. Loosing my number would cost me a fortune.

Gets over on their customers!

I changed my bill due date back to what it was before they changed this past month. They did not explain the circumstances of doing this. One representative tells you one thing while another tells you something else. Several of my friends warned me, and I did not head the warning about T mobile, so now I have got burned with two bills and one is only for three days according to the representative I just spoke with. They have just lost a valued customer abd I will never recommend them again

CUSTOMER SERVICE

MY HUSBAND WHO IS VERY ILL WAS AWAKENED AT 2AM BY T-MOBILE TEXT MESSAGE ASKING HIM TO BUY A PRODUCT. I CALLED IN THE AM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HIM BEING AWAKENED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE, HE HAS A VERY SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITION AND HAS A HARD TIME SLEEPING AND LOST THE REST OF THE NITE. NO APOLOGY, THEY SAID I CAN AVOID GETTING UNWANTED MESSAGES IF I PAY $5 A MONTH, I WAS ASTONISHED AND APPALLED, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY A FEE SO THEY WON'T WAKE US UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE, THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO IS EXTORTION AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. I ALWAYS LOVED TMOBILE TILL NOW, I HAVE BEEN A SUBSCRIBER SINCE TMOBILE WAS VOICESTREAM. I STRONGLY CONSIDER CHANGING MY CARRIER.

T-mobile

I had sprint, metro, verzion. Tmobile has been one of the best phones I have ever had. I can talk, text and search the internet all at the same time. I can pretty much go all over the US and not have a problem at all. We go to the woods on the weekend and we have perfect services. Thank you for the great service. Customer service is awesome never had a problem at all with them. I can call and they fix what ever that needs to be done.

VERY poor customer service, and rate plans that were just as bad.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for the past 12 years. I continued to renew my contract with them SOLELY because of their impecable customer service record, and personal experiences in dealing with Customer Service. Before that, I was an AT&T customer and experienced VERY poor customer service, and rate plans that were just as bad.

I had been VERY happy as a T-Mobile customer until this month (October 2011). Seems they have changed their automated system to add additional deterrents in reaching a live person. I used to be able to speak to a representative who would spend as much time as needed to make sure you were happy before they let you go. Today I had conversations with two representatives who were eager and quick to get off the call, and they were not able to help me get on to a different rate plan without having to pay a "migration" fee. This was not the case in the past when dealing with T-Mobile.

When I expressed my disappointment to the agents, they indicated that many customers had expressed the same disappointment and that she will note my account regarding my disappointment.

At a time when mobile companies are competing to gain market share, with plans that offer unlimited everything, I don't believe it's a good time for T-Mobile to change what has been tried and true excellent service.

I have 13 months left on my contract. I will be looking at other options when that time arrives.

Sad to see that while Deutsche Telekom wants to drop T-Mobile, their loyal customers fell like doing the same.

Insanity!!!!!!!!!

I have been with T-Mobile for the last 2 years and decided to convert our plan to a T-Mobile prepaid plan. $50/mo. for unlimited talk text and data. For the last 5 days we have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to convert our plan. I have talked to at least 10 customer service reps in some foreign country that speak very broken english. All of them assure me that they have solved the problem but NONE of them ever do. Bottom line my phone is not activated. I want to spend money with them and they some how can't get their system to activate the line. The worst service I have ever experienced or imagined for that matter.

For those who have the Samsung Vibrant it is the WORST phone. Sadly every time I have called with a problem T-Moblile reps do not have knowledge or a clue about the phone. If you sell a product you should be knowledgeable about it. I will not go into detail about the hold time are the number of transfers the rep do all for nothing. I can honestly say if you looking for a cell phone company with GREAT customer service T-MOBILE is not the company to sign up for. They only sell phones but do not know anything about the product they are selling. SAD but TRUE. If you have all day to hold and be transferred to different reps all for nothing this is the company to sign up for. Never no answers and more than likely you will fix most of your own problems by the time you get through holding while they are reading manuals.

Untrained personnel

They dont know how to solve any problems with the many useless phones they sell, so they convince you the solution is to buy another! Then, like myself, I'm stuck with a worthless crappy "Comet" + "blackberry bold" ; a very expensive cell with an expensive service and rare times that really works!! Expensive service

I have experienced difficulties with T-mobile, because I couldn't find the price list to call to Belarus. They only mention about attractive tariffs on their website, however if you dial the number which is in the "wrong place" than you would be surprised how much thay can charge you... All my efforts to contact the operator afterwards asking for the price were unsuccessful. The call quality wasn't great either.

Peripheral

T-mobile has always been one of the peripheral large wireless companies. They have averagely prices plans, but not the cheapest in the industry. They also do not have comparatively very extensive coverage.

I absolutely love T Mobile. I have been with them for 2 and a half years and have never had a problem. Called today to upgrade my account from flex pay to non flex pay and i didnt spend one minute on hold!! I have never had such excellent customer service with any other company ever!! I really hope at&t doesnt take over because i absolutely love my tmobile!!

Loosing faith

I have had T-mobile for over 7 years and have always been a big advocate for their service and price until recently. They are not keeping up with the Joneses (Att) at all anymore. I live in Florida and the service is lacking to say the least. I used to say I would never leave T-mobile but have recently changed my mind. I'm jumping ship and soon.

Something is lacking...

T-Mobile used to be great! The company was producing profits, and was known for great customer service. Additionally, their customers seemed quite happy with the lower rate plans offered by the wireless provider, when compared to other leading national wireless carriers.

In Florida, T-Mobile offered what many claim was "second best" coverage. Apparently second best was pretty good considering who they were up against, but all of those good qualities seemed to slip away once Alltel Wireless was merged with Verizon Wireless. After that, T-Mobile's customer service started diminishing, and they began acting like most other money hungry companies out there.

It seems like coverage has reduced as well. I like to hope things will be better with the AT&T merge, but somehow it seems like it will only be worse.

I had their service since they were Voicestream. When I wanted to transfer some lines from my daughter onto my account. It got so messed up by the reps. When I wanted to complain to the presidents office in Bellevue , WA they would not allow me to do so, I was not able to even leave a message with the secretary. They said I would have to speak with an individual in charge of sales. I left a vml. I never recieved a call back, I lost my money. They even backed up their online sales team they did nothing wrong. I spent well over 30 hours going back and forth trying to get my money back. It wasnt a life changing amount of money but just think if they did things like that to even 2% of their customer base. I am stuck with a 2 year contract now its been 6 months still no refund, still no attempt on their side to resolve the issue. Oh yeah a rare kind customer service rep who took pity on me after readng all the notes and me giving her the reps id#s times and dates she gave me a $20.00 credit. Wow thanks t-moble for the 20bucks even though i pay 200. If I had known this was the new and imprved tmobile I would have gone with another carrier.
T-Mobile should come with a consumer warning, just like cigarette, alcohol and clorox bleach! they are poison!!!

purchased phone on 2/25 and no service on 3/15-they saw my number was ported to another co without my permission so i no longer have a number or the 1000 min i purchased-i was on land line for 3 days and in store for 5 hours-no help- what a jip this co is-never again
