Poor customer Service.

I placed an order at the Airport location in Miami. The host was so not concerned about my needs nor made any suggestions and could careless if I ordered or not. They didn't have pasta. I ordered the sampler only to find one of the 3 they didn't have available. I asked for a substitution and was told it would be$1 additional. No problem. When I got the bills it was $2 more and the host act as if she didn't know. How sad that you heard the whole conversation and didn't make sure it was right after all of the changes. I don't understand why people work in CUSTOMER SERVICE fields and do not want to provide good customer service. I have the name of the Bar manager and I'm sure the host name can be found my my ticket number. I have never experienced service at any TGIFridays.
