TXU UNSATISFACTORY

TXU HAS BEEN THE WORST UTILITY PROVIDER THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTER THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. EVEN AFTER YOU TRY TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THEM BECAUSE OF LOST OF JOB OR HEALTH ISSUES THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN NOT WORK WITH YOU UNTIL YOU GET BACK ON YOUR FEET. AT LEAST THE INDIVIDUAL TOOK THE TIME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES THEY BE CAME RUDE AND DEMANDING OF PAYMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED HOW THEY REACTED. I WAS TRYING TO HELP A FAMILY MEMBER BECAUSE OF A DRUNK DRIVER SHE HAS BECOME DISABLE AND WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR SEVERAL MONTH WHICH SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY INCOME DURING THIS TIME AND HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 9 YEARS AND PAID HER BILL ON TIME. TXU NEED TO BE MORE CONSIDERATE TO A HUMAN BEING THAT HAVE ENCOUNTER SOME OBSTACLES THAT WAS PROVOKE BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. AT LEAST WORKING WITH THE INDIVIDUAL WITH PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT THAT THEY CAN EFFORT AND NOT DEMANDING ALL THE PAYMENT AT ONCE EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT I CAN PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION OF HER CIRCUMSTANCES. I WILL START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER THIS COMPANY HAVE NO REMORSE FOR HUMAN BEINGS.
