Nice
This is for one of the Taco Bell restaurants in Suitland, Maryland, specifically in Forestville. The place is always in good shape and employees are usually fairly friendly. I really enjoy the food, though service can be slow at times. They don't always have the sauces well-stocked, but for the most part, my experience with them has been fine. I highly recommend them.

I ate at your restaurant at Oxford ohio and I will never ever eat there again do you ever check on your workers.There was a person that took my and my wife order he was so screwed up he could hardly stand. And the place was dirty I don't know where you get your help at but you should do a better job on screening your workers.just to let you know.And there was other people left because of your workers and the nasty eating area.Looks like we be finding a new place to eat.

Meatless Beef Burrito Supremes:
I went this evening to get a couple of the beef burritos. I asked for no beans, no cheese, only veggies, beef and sour cream (and of course the sauce). When I got the burrito, there was such a small smattering of meat, like a sprinkle in every other bite.
I've notice Taco Bell managers doing this in the past .. I think it's encouraged by Taco Bell by offering the managers bonuses if they keep their meat consumption low. .. so the customer gets cheated.
There was also an employee eating right next to me who seemed to have plenty of beef on his tacos and burritos.
I went to the manager after I had eaten and explained the problem. (I probably should have taken it to her attention, but I am very leery of handing food I am eating back to the ones who messed it, or didn't fix it properly in the first place. Too many stories of the horrors of what they do to your food).. and I explained to the manager that the meat seemed more like a garnish.. and after all I had ordered a BEEF taco. (I did not raise my voice to her.. haha)
Whe proceeded to tell me she made the burrito herself! Viola! There ya go Taco Bell! You KNOW you offer your managers bonuses if they keep the meat consumption low.. so especially at the end of the year when the managers are up for their bonuses, they don't care whether the customer gets meat in their order at all!
She said that "NEXT TIME you come in, tell me and I'll 'exchange' it for you!" (nope, don't think so... if you can't prepare it right the first time, I'm not coming back for another 'replacement' ... don't trust those who would treat customers like this in the first place.
I asked her what she meant by 'exchange' (or replace) the one she made for me.. she said well, you already ate.. so you don't want another one. (Never offering to make a decent burrito.. (not even one).. and never apologizing.
She told me that they put ONE AND A HALF ounces of beef in the burrito.. (less than any other place would sell you a burger with more than twice the beef for the same price). I told her there was not an ounce on there, much less an ounce and a half.
I also told her I was going to corporate with this issue.. she didn't seem to be bothered by this at all.. so, once again, as I said.. the bottom line is what counts with corporate.. not the customer.
So, I've brought this to corporate, and I will be calling tomorrow.. but I promise you I will NEVER be going back to the Texas City Taco Bell, EVER again!
I may try one in Friendswood, League City, or Dickenson.. IF I get an apology from corporate, and an offer to pay for my dinner, though this does NOT solve the problem I believe corporate is causing.. and the way they treat their customers.

We eat Taco Bell at least once a week. After numerous times of our order not being right,tonight was the last straw! Supreme tacos with no sour cream, or a with a spicy sauce. Suppose to get chips with cheese sauce and you get salsa. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money and not getting what am paying for multiple times.

Breakfast burrito is such a joke and rip off. Commercial and menu show a nice fat round burrito filled with scrambled egg and sausage. What I got was a very flat burrito folded so many times I had five layers of flour tortilla, and loaded with liquid cheese sauce. There was such little scrambled egg and sausage that I could not taste it. All I tasted was flour tortilla and cheese sauce. Taco Bell should call it what it is.....a cheese sauce tortilla !!! TERRIBLE.

I have been to the taco bell in ardmore,okla on commerce numerous times and almost always there is so little taco meat it wouldn't even fill up half a teaspoon and I'm not along on that as friends and family day the same thing some refuse to even go back cause of that.On one occasion I got a family pack when I worked at the hospital and had no meat at all on the tacos. How does one forget the meat? I love eating at taco bell always have but the lack of meat is very discouraging not just to me but my wife and kids!Can something be done about this ? McDonald's got my business instead
My complaint isn't with staff being rude. They just shut down the drive thru when ever they want. Usually about an hour before they are supposed to close. This is the one right next to McDonald's in Sandlefoot plaza in Boca Raton, Fl that is always really busy because you can actually get food there!

I live in Aurora Colorado and on this day 2/11/16 I visited Taco Bell and ordered the "New extra cheesy Quesalupa" I was VERY dissatisfied because of the lack of cheese that this thing had I took pictures of it to post to FB I will never order this again I very disappointed with my food and the item I ordered..

I order a "mexican pizza" and the "cinnamon twist". It was awful. The pizza looked like it had been dropped.The twist was cooked in old rancid oil. The staff was kind but the quality of the food was very very disappointing. Store Georgetown, Tx

Stopped at the N Michigan st, Saginaw, Mi this morning at 720. I wanted to try your $1 grilled burrito and couldn't read the tiny print I had to ask the associate what the choices were, actually I had to ask twice as she was so curt I didn't understand her descriptions. When I went to pay I wasn't offered a receipt or any hot sauce. While the taste of the burritos (sausage and a bacon) was great there was way too much tortilla can't you use a smaller one I am one of those people who watches her carbs.

Good Day I am a vegetarian and frequent your restaurants. I often order the Cheesy Gordita Crunch with no meat add pico de gallo and I have noticed that I am charged extra for the pico de gallo even though I don't get beef. I would like to know why this can't be done as a substitute instead of an extra cost? Or better yet if meat is not ordered could a discount be given for the same item since in actuality your company is saving money.

I saw your ad about you have breakfast so I tryed it today ( bacon egg and cheese biscuit) it was terrible they let me try something else I got a breakfast burrito with sausage and that was terrible so I went to mcdonalds next door.

Awful
My family went and waited for the ordered items. No service for about 15 minutes. When my order was received it was all cold and dried out. I would rather choose any other fast food chain from now on.

I do not recommend.
This is utterly rubbish, it's not even Mexican style. The pictures they show you on TV commercials and in the restaurant are a complete lie. The first time I ate there was my last time I had taco there. It is all taco no meat and it's also very expensive.

I along with my family wish to express our thoughts on your tasteless ad with the elderly lady flashing her husband. We use to enjoy your places, but now will think twice on choosing to eat there. Like my daughter asked, what does that ad have to do with tacos except being tasteless and disgusting.

I visited your establishment In Centre, AL for lunch today and had the most awful XXL steak nachos. The chips tasted old and like they had been in a warming bin all night. The cheese sauce was sour and the "steak" tasted more like a beef bi-product

The tacos never have enough meat in them or cheese,my husband refuses to eat there because he first eat lettuce and his taco had not even enough meat to go to the ends of the taco and only 5 strands of cheesy litterally and when he took it back up there they said I'm sorry that is how we make them and the same thing happen to several other family and friends who are now loyal taco casa fans who do put meat and cheese on their tacos

I went to the Taco Bell on Brambleton Ave. In Roanoke Va. I ordered meximelts and was very dissapointed because like many times before I was not able to enjoy them because the soft shell sticks to the wrap! I never get to eat all of it because of this.

I don't know what this place does to train their employees, but more places should use their methods! EVERY time I patronize this store, I receive customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty...and it is always given with a friendly smile! I had a beef burrito and 2 (1 was thrown out ) crispy tacos. The tortilla on the burrito was HARD !! He just bought it!!
The taco shell was stale it tasted like it had been left out for days and the lettuce was no good. I was very hungry and that was why I ate what I did , but with all the choices for Mexican fast food I will not be going back. I hope you can get better.

Went to Florida for vacation, took the family for dinner at Taco bell. Purchased a kids meal and asked for chocolate milk for the drink. When told they didn't carry it, I asked for regular. Then I was told they didn't carry milk at All! Much diff from the Taco bell at home in Mass. After receiving our food I asked for the kids toy only to find out they don't carry toys! What on earth did I pay for? We drank water, Sat in a sticky booth and washed our hands in a sink filled with hair, gross! Taco bells in ma are better

My family loves Taco Bell. So it's a real treat for my 5yr old & 8 yr old sons they love the beef mexi melts. We went to store 027891 and we waited 16 minutes for our food. That's terrible service and then they still messed up our order. We are very disappointed. It's not even a meal time and there was hardly any customers. Me and my husband had gone the previous week to the same store and waited 17minutes on our lunch break. There was a lot of upset customers there. There was business woman and a worker from culverts and waiting for our food wasted our whole lunch break. Very disappointed in Taco Bell not a fast food place

Today we went to the taco bell in waverly,tn. I ordered the nachos supreme and a chicken burrito. When I got home I opened my nachos . All I had was about 5 chips and a teaspoon of cheese. Nothing else was on it. No meat,no beans,no tomatoes,no sour cream. Nothing. My burrito was cold and disgusting. It had a little chicken,some rice,and I believe it was ranch dressing. Like I said it was disgusting. I won't be going back.

I ordered two beef nacho loaded grillers from taco bell. When I opened the paper wrapping, I saw a flat tortilla shell in a roll. I opened the tortilla and found very little beef and cheese. I went back inside and asked the manager politely for the rest of my loaded griller. According to Taco Bell only 1 scoop = to 1.5 oz. is to be put in a loaded griller. If you look at the picture the tortilla is round. 1.5 oz. will not round out a tortilla. The manager was very friendly about it, blaming rising food costs. So PLEASE Taco Bell raise food costs but give me what you are advertising.

We bought the 12 pack meal deal of crunchy tacos and when we got back to the house we say down and began eatting. To all of our surprise ALL of the tacos were just shredded lettuce. There was no meat at all ! It was lightly dashed with cheese hard cheese! Then to make it worst the shell was soggy and cold! Warrenton oregon Taco Bell I am disappointed. We go to Taco Bell quite often and wanted to voice my opinion on the change in your rice. The rice has no flavor and ruined my 7 layer along with a side of rice. The new rice is tasteless. The old rice was much more flavorful .
