Target is an excellent place to get games, food and accessory's. I go to target to get food, games, and more. If you need a place to get amazing products target is the place to be!

yesterday i wss at target at 1431 austin tx. in grocery area there is no bison, lamb, veal, chuck eye steak--beef. you do not have the yellow red-skinned potatoes and long ago dropped whole waheat bread that did not incorporate lots of seeds. good grief, get with it and do not drop someof the things that bring people like me to target. i understand that you drop items annually and addd others. i do not care for the intellgence or the atste of the recent decision maker. please improve at once.

Big stores which always have what you need.
Oddly enough, Target has great deals with their stationery. If the local branch was closer to where I live, I'd be able to utilize this fact better to my advantage.

I purchased men's sheve gel/w vitamin E and it was runny and not very fun to use. I will not buy that brand antnore. I was very dissapointed in the product.

I purchased the "Up & Up" brand of power toothbrush replacement heads for my Phillips E series sonic care toothbrush. I trusted the Target brand and wanted to save money by purchasing this brand over the expensive Phillips brand. The mechanism at the bottom of the head (where it attaches to the brush handle) does not make full contact with the base and thus does not actually function at optimal level - probably only vibrates at a 20% level.

Last evening, I purchased 1.74 lb @$2.99/lb of green grapes (267094024) at the Kissimmee West Store. These grapes are the most sour tasting grapes I have ever had. They are horrible and 2 people besides me think so. At $5.20 I am very disappointed. I do not regularly shop at this location but I was in the area and decided to stop.

I love target
Target is my go to for everything from groceries to baby items. They are great with all of my returns and never make me feel bad if I must bring something back. I spend more at target than any other store.

Great customer service at pharmacy
The service given me by the pharmacist at the Glendale (California) location is outstanding. She volunteered very useful information that I would not otherwise have known after being given a prescription at the hospital ER -- that half the dose would probably suffice (it does), that the medication causes drowsiness, and that an over-the-counter version is available at 40% of the co-pay price (with the further advantage that it comes in the half- strength referenced above). I will be sure now to fill all my prescriptions at Target.

Great staff response.
One time, I purchased 2 Yugioh trading card game tins from a local Target. After returning home, I found that one of the tins had been tampered with inside, with cards missing and packs ripped. I called Target, and they kindly offered to exchange for a replacement the next day. I appreciate Target for doing me this service without suspicion.

A vacation
I love shopping at Target. The stores are clean, bright, and filled with great merchandise. I love the baby section - there is always clothing on sale that is just as good as the regular-priced stuff. And somehow the store is ALWAYS quiet....I know they don't play music in there, but it is always calm anyway in Target. They are stepping up their selection of produce and foods and I think it is really helping their appeal to customers. Shopping at Target is really a vacation from other retail stores that supply the same kinds of merchandise.

Good Morning,
I was trying to locate a site to leave a comment, not so much about customer service, but the ever increasing lack of quality that you at times offer. I LOVE Target, I am a regular shopper to your stores, I must say thought that I miss the quality of products that you once offered, I miss the candle ailse where you would find so many creative and unique candle holders ect, now just plain candles and basic holders, I can get that at WalMart. I can imagine with the economy, things have to change, however, I recently purchases 12 boxes of white twinkling holiday lights, box of 100 each and when I get them home, three boxes were not working correctly, only half the lights came on. Now keep in mind, I have not even used them yet, just took them out of the box, really !!! How cheaply made could they be? I then had to go back to Target to get more and return the others to complete my holiday decorating on time, hardly what I would have expected in the past from your stores. I hope you do not turn into another WalMart offering junk and low quality products,,,, please re look at your quality of products. Thank you for your time.

The 5% Target Red Card is a penalty, not a gift! The Red Card means that I can only shop at Target if I provide you with personal info including access to my checking account? (If you don't see the obvious, shoppers without the Red Card pay 5% more on everything!)
Basically, Target is punishing customers who won't give them personal information.
Please let me know if you change that policy, and I might shop at Target again.

My wife returned some goods to your roma store and recieved a credit and she wants to purchase a few gift vouchers as xmas gifts, but she is told that she has to pay for them in cash, she is not allowed to use her credit there to purchase them.
why as you have the money as all we need is gift vouchers?

They have terrible clothes. The womans section is only 2 or 3 racks, and is always located with maternity clothing. The womans clothes are the ugliest clothes in the whole store, even the maternity isn't as bad. The prices are too high for the quality. I can go to Marshalls and get beautiful items for the same price.

I brought tent last week From target Framingham Ma and did not open for check. When I arrived the camping place last night opened up the package found the tent was used which was smelly, wet, with a lot of dirt, also missing many accessaries.
I can not believe this is from target, just learned target how to deal with the returned merchandise. I will tell everyone I knom this worst experience.

Return Policy
Bought my first smartphone from Target. Sales person said I had up to 90 days to exchange it for a better model if the one I bought didn't work for me. After about 60 days I couldn't load any more apps on it and decided to exchange it for a phone with more memory. Store said they would only exchange up to 45 days. Went to electronics dept Braintree Target. The rp was not helpful at all. He said he was to answer phones. I tried three 3 times when he was free but it looked like answering basic questions on products was not his job

Please READ and Respond !
On January10 2012, I shopped your store in Brainerd Mn(Baxter).After shopping for 2 1/2 hrs I went up to check out noticing I had much more then planned (I used to love Target and your new expansion)So knowing my exact balance in my bank,I went to use your ATM for another $100.00(My daughters B-Day on the 12th)I proceeded to put in card ,after waiting a little longer then usual a slip popped out stating Amount of money ($100.)&transaction not complete!I then entered 2nd time to Inquire balance again transaction incomplete now the 3rd time Inquire balance it came out SAYING AUTHORIZED and a Balance of -100.00. I went back up to cashier who said don't worry it must be broken. After finishing up checking out I rushed home to check my bank online and it showing that IT TOOK THE money OUT!! I then called back to Target to speak with a General Manager but could only get a TEAM LEAD name ERICK ! Now he said to me there is NOTHING HE could do because it is a THIRD PARTY mach.So he gave me the # to cardtronics so I called them, She stated that their's nothing she could do, but usually it would drop off by the end of day.Then to call my bank because they would know what to do.I called my bank ,now they are saying it might take 5 days and then drop off !! Well iots day 6 and nothing has changed but I know my bank will figure it out ,being a HOLIDAY today .My whole point of contacting you is I have NEVER been threw such INCOMPETENCE FOR customer service IN MY life !! I USED TO love YOUR STORE and shop it very regular. I have spent 1,000's of dollars there.But now at this point I am thinking of starting a BOYCOTT regarding the way this has all been HANDLED! I just can't believe that a MACHINE in one of YOUR STORES, that is there for CUSTOMER SERVICE, and NO-ONE could take care of this PROBLEM. Terrible Customer service!
I was sent to Target store to purchase a cosmetic product for my wife. I could not find an associate to help me. After walking towards the check out lines I see 3 people attempting to help another customer. I asked for assistance once, and was totally ignored. Second time they sent the person in charge of cosmetics to help me. His name was Nef. After explaining to him what I was looking for, He had no idea about the product which my wife had purchased there several times before. There was another person named Odette who was supposedly the store manager, who once again totally ignored me. After asking repeatedly for help, She asked me to leave the store! Needless to say, more than once have I had problems with Target employees not knowing about the products in the Department which they are supposed to have knowledge of. Target Store..... Never again!

TV STAND

Dorm Shopping
I went to Target to get all the things I needed for my dorm room this fall semester and I saved tons. I had no idea how much I would need for college until I sat down and thought about it. I thought I would have to pay thousands of dollars that I didn't have. When i went to Target i saw all these sales for dorm room items, and felt immediate relief. I got a mini fridge, microwave, tv, saucer chair, and bedding all for lower prices than anywhere else. Target is now one of my favorite places to shop.crazyredhead87.... July 4th, 2011

Gift registry
I love Target, so when it came time to register for wedding gifts, we chose Target as one of the places we would register for gifts. They were helpful in instructing us how the guns worked and we had a great time registering. It has been very easy for our guests to use the registry to purchase gifts and it has been clear and straightforward and easy to use on both sides.

Good Prices. High Convenience.

What a long list of complaints! I recently bought a ton of socks and underwear that were on sale. I do not wear these items without washing first, so I washed them. As I am pulling them from the dryer to sort and fold I discover that each pair of socks contains at least on hole and several pair had more than one hole. So far, 3 pairs of underwear have simply disentegrated- frayed elastic sticking out in all directions. I could not return the items because I had washed them. Warning to all- if you shop here CHECK your clothing carefully before you wash it. Not a big fan of this store!

I have been a very loyal customer at Target for nearly 20 years, and I have a red card, and I have excellent credit, and yet these people call me at my home now NEARLY EVERY DAY, THEY JUST CALLED ME AT MY WORK, AND ODDLY I HAD JUST MADE A PAYMENT OF $155.00
AT THE STORE ON 20TH AND SHERIDAN IN DENVER, AND YET THEIR SYSTEM DID NOT REFLECT THIS, BUT THEY CAN ALL MY WORK AND HARASS ME?? UNBELIEVABLE. MY PAYMENT WAS NOT LATE - THE BILL SAID DUE ON 4/04/ IT IS 3/31, AND HOW DARE THEY HARASS ME? I WILL BE SO GLAD TO PAY OFF MY CARD AND NEVER USE IT AGAIN. I ALSO WILL NOT SHOP THERE AS MUCH WITH MY CASH, AS THEY HAVE BECOME A GREAT ANNOYANCE, WAKING ME WITH THEIR CALLS FROM SLEEP, WONDERING WHY MY PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WHEN IT IS NOT EVEN DUE YET, AND IF THEY WOULD LOOK AT MY GOOD HISTORY... Recieved an Amazon Kindle as a gift 45 days ago. Kindle stopped working 2 days ago. Waited 2 hours at Target Fullerton CA for an exchange. After 4 associates were farely sure I would get to exchange for another Kindle, associate #5, Mark, said I must have cracked the screen so it was my fault and he couldn't help me. I called the Target customer service number that Mark gave me. It was answered by a thick accent who had never heard of a Kindle or Amazon.com. He kept calling it nintendo. I hung up and called Amazon.com/Kindle dept. and Britney had a new Kindle on the way to me in 10 minutes with an apology about the customer service I received from Target.

A man was fixing the shelves & I asked him where the sugar free jam was he said, with an attitude, "all the sugar free is on top shelf"...not wishing to help me get it...2nd incident was the clerk at the register..I had asked him for another bag as he put all my heavy cleaning items in 1 bag..he looked at me like I had 2 heads...3rd incident..when I got to my car, there was four carts by the driver door. I saw a target clerk coming down the aisle & asked him if he could move them for me...His answer, "I am off duty & going home? So where is gentlemen?...
