So disappointed after over 25 years, leaving Telus!!

I had charges for easy roam intl that I hadn't even signed up for $300 I called and asked for help and it took over a month to find an actual person. Robots online robots on phone it was actually crazy .They said they couldn't help and dished out 60$ to comfort me.
Ridiculous service I'm so out!!
