go buy a different brand, my $300 xp510s didn't last 2 years with minimal use by an adult, mic side support has 3 cracks and the company is giving lame bs that its not covered as warr was only 1 yr when its obviously a defect

I recently purchased a pair of your turtle beach 800 elite refurbished headsets and I just wanted to say my opinion one of the greatest headsets I've ever used. Thanks for making a great product wish I would have bought them sooner

turtle beach ripoff headsets. did your break above the swivel?? if so check ripoff reports as I have found the headsets break from a defect.

So why do you make cheep equipment, i bought turtle beach x12, and the damn audio splinter went out three weeks into having it, and my cables were kept vary nicely with no kinks in the wires. i never bought a warranty because there were "good" reviews. went out and bought another one just today because after only being able to hear out of one ear for a year now decided that it would be nice to here the new game in both, and it broke again, the second one, it worked for a few days and now it doesn't. You really should make cables that WORK, wow i would have never thought of that.

i have got to say i dont know why everyone is listing bad comments.ive had my p90x Headphones almost 2 yrs,ive dropped them,stepped on them many times,accedentally twisted the heck out of them,heck i even bent the headphones jack and they still work GREAT!you can use them for so many things,watching tv,they work on my tablet,my computer too! THANKS for the awesome product!

I just bought the X31 wireless headphones for my son for his birthday and in the left ear is a static noise and buzzing. Is there a defect in them or can I do something to fix. This is the second pair I have purchased today, the first I had to take back due to them being broken.

A decent headset for the price
The x42 headset by turtle beach is a great headset for the gamer on a budget. All though its not the best sound quality, you still get a good bang for your buck. If you want a decent headset for a decent price, go with the x42.

after about 1 month they stopped connecting 120 bucks in the trash they don't pair to each other anymore and once i got lucky but i could only talk to my freinds and not here game sounds or my friends so right now there as good as earmuffs TURTLEBEACH YOU SUCK!!!!!!!! and i will never purchase your product again and would advise anyone else to do the same!

I've had two turtle beaches and both of them have done the same thing the first one that broke was the second one i got and it was making these loud poping noises when ever you turn the game volume up less than half way, later i pulled my turtle beach just a little and BAM turtle beach is dead, so i just used a logitech for my computer. My first turtle beach was the last one to break and the same exact thing happend and i didnt even have ether of them for a year yet. the first one that broke had wire tubing ripped out a little so i thought that might of been just a accident but then when it happend to my other turtle beach i looked at the wire and nothing there are no cuts no holes no nothing so now im mad and i ether get a new turtle beach for free or i wont be able to play on xbox again.

Turtle Beach SUCK!!!
after forking out 80 pounds for a pair of headphones that Officially sponser black ops 2, I was both shocked and dissapionted after gettin home and realizing I could not use3 them without an adapter for my xbox. Surley if you are going to charge so much for your product the least you could do is make sure all parts are includeed.
As a very unhappy customer I will not be using any of their products again and will advise anyone I can to do the same.
